About this house rental
Fantastic views of the Tennessee River, Downtown Chattanooga and the Mountains from your balcony while still an easy walk to restaurants, shopping, parks and the Walnut Street Walking Bridge.
The top floor unit has a private entrance waiting for your family and friends. With two private decks overlooking Downtown Chattanooga and the Tennessee River, your guests won’t believe the views they’ll experience. You’ll have plenty of room with about 2,000 square feet.
You’ll be a short walking distance to Chattanooga’s NorthShore with restaurants, shopping plus Coolidge Park and the Walnut Street Walking Bridge. Downtown Chattanooga is about a one mile walk and provides access to more restaurants, entertainment, the Tennessee Aquarium, IMAX Theater, the Creative Discovery Museum and so much more.
In addition to the walkable attractions, there is plenty to do only a short drive away including: Rock City, Ruby Falls, Chickamauga National Military Park and many others. We also have lots of outdoor opportunities close by with hiking, SUP, kayaking, biking, rock climbing and more.
You’ll have 4 Bedrooms with the following setup:

There is also a full kitchen and a Washer / Dryer in the unit.
To get you going in the morning, we have a coffee bar with a Keurig Coffee Machine and starter coffee supplies. We also provide starter soap, shampoo, detergent, etc.
If you have little ones coming with you, we can provide high chair and a crib so you can simplify your packing.

We are a family of 9 and we had so much room. Everyone had their own space. It was a very easy check in and check out. View was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

Nothing but kudos for this property… conveniently located, extremely clean, spacious layout for 7 adults and 3 kids, panoramic views of downtown Chattanooga, and very accommodating host!

It was wonderful drinking coffee every morning overlooking the river and downtown Chattanooga! Everything was clean, beds and pillows were comfy. Short walk to North shore amenities and free shuttle bus to downtown.
Highly recommend.

Awesome place to stay. Beautiful views and scenery and didnt even turn on tvs for 4 day. Basically right downtown and close to everything. Loved it and will do it again

The location was perfect for walking to sights and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The beds were comfortable and it was well stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

This property is everything it says and more. Absolutely perfect for a family. Four bedrooms with three of them having their own bathrooms. Large sitting room for the family to gather at night. Two covered patios with beautiful views of the river and Chattanooga. Perfect for coffee in the morning and wine at night. Close to restaurants and shopping. Jim, the host, was more then accommodating. He was super friendly and informative. Definitely would stay here again. Our family loved it.

This property was absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood, the views, the house, everything. The host was very nice and answered any questions we had. We have always stayed in hotels. This was our first stay in a vacation home. And this was perfect for our family to spend time together, rather than in separate hotel rooms. I would highly recommend this property.

Book club/girls’ weekend. It was cold and icy but our hosts kept the salt and shovel going outside to alleviate the very rare, very nasty cold weather! The hosts were very welcoming, easy to communicate with, and kindly worked with us on a special accommodation. The listing was great and shows the property just as it (beautifully!) is, and it has a great floor plan for multiple guests. The baths, beds, appliances, dishes, and wine glasses (!) were all top notch and nice. We’ll be back for sure!

Our group of 3 couples plus one enjoyed a fun weekend in Chattanooga! The house is just as pictured-very clean and modern, with plenty of space and seating for the group. There is space for two cars to park, but the streets and driveway are narrow. We parked and used Uber for most of our excursions, which was the best way to go. The owners are on site, so communication was simple as well, although we had no issues to communicate! Overall, a great stay, and will definitely stay here again in the future!

We loved staying this VRBO. The location is ideal - very close to downtown with wonderful views of the river. Everything seems new and carefully thought out. The rooms are large and there was plenty of space for the five of us. Jim was responsive and helpful. This VRBO would get my highest rating and we will be back.

We were there as a family for a birthday weekend (adults, toddlers, and infant). I can’t say enough about how wonderful this place was. Perfect location, perfect layout for a family gathering. Loved the balconies and view - we sat out every morning and every evening…and pretty much every spare moment. Jim was a great host. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Jim could not be more accommodating. The property was impeccable, beautifully nestled on the hillside overlooking downtown Chattanooga. We will plan to stay here again. I’d give it 10 stars if we could!

We so enjoyed this home. It is exactly as described on the listing. Parking was a little tight but not a big deal. Property owner was great to work with and gave us lots of suggestions for what we could do in Chattanooga. We were there for my granddaughters softball tournament and we were very close to the fields. The view from the balconies was so nice. You will not regret staying at this beautiful home!

Started out as a 4 guy golf trip and ended up with 9 as a family trip. The condo was incredible. It was beautiful, spacious, clean and close to downtown. We walked everywhere. The view over the river was spectacular. Jim was easy to get a hold of if needed. Never felt crowded even with 9 adults. Thank you Jom for providing such a beautiful place. Would highly recommend.

Loved this property. It was beautiful and beautifully maintained. Excellent views of the river and downtown. Close enough to downtown to walk (if you like to walk) but outside the hustle bustle of downtown. Would definitely recommend this property.

This property worked great for our family trip with two small children. Close to Tennessee Aquarium and Creative Discovery Museum, making it easy to fit in naps. Very good layout for our multigenerational group. Our host Jim was easy to contact and very responsive. It was a pleasure staying here and we highly recommend it for others.

My mother in law , sister-in-law’s and my daughter came with me to Chattanooga. The house is absolutely beautiful! The view is fantastic and it is so convenient to everything we wanted to do! Would definitely stay here again

Our family came down for a softball tournament and this home was literally 5 minutes from the park! Perfect location gorgeous views. Furnished beautifully! The beds were super comfy ! Had issues with the TV but the owner Jim came right up and fixed it. Will definitely stay again when we come back for Scenic City softball tournament next spring!

The layout of the floor is great. It's necessary to go up and down metal stairs to enter, but they are sturdy with handrails. The kitchen is small but very usable. The two sitting areas are really nice and the views of the river, the bridge, and downtown are great. It's in a really good location for getting to restaurants. It was perfect for our group of 8 (ages 28 to 90)

This VRBO was very clean and comfortable for 8 adults and 2 dogs. The views from the balconies are breathtaking. The location is spectacular. It was a short walk to the riverfront, our favorite restaurants and shops! I highly recommend!

The property is very spacious and the views are awesome. Great way to wake up. We had all the amenities and the host was very gracious. Parking is limited and driveway tight, but we left car for most part and took ride-share services. Owner gave great local advice and honored our requests. Would definitely stay here again.

Very close to the downtown North Shore area. Large rooms and excellent views of the TN River. It us just a short drive to restaurants and shopping. The property was clean and the street was quiet and safe.
The driveway was a little hard to find and narrow but worked well after we figured it out.

Overall stay was wonderful. The owner stays on the property but was very friendly and helpful. If you looking for a quiet get away with a wonderful view. This is it!!!

Our family of 7 people (including grandparents and their small dog,) stayed for 4 nights. Great location with easy access to dining and tourist activities. The kitchen is small, but otherwise the layout has plenty of room. I highly recommend this rental with the caveat that the entry requires 2 flights of stairs. Was no problem for us and completely worth it for the panoramic view of the city.

Jim's place was fabulous! It was clean, new furnishings, and the view just couldn't be beat! We had a small gathering of family and a few friends for my daughter's graduation from UTC and it was just lovely. We brought our own food and cooked there. Kitchen could use a few baking dishes, few utensils, and extra towel but we managed. (also hear those "disappear" sometimes after guests leave) Beds were comfortable and our shower was outstanding!
Jim was more than helpful with questions about parking and anything else and reached out well in advance of our trip. It's a wonderful place to stay and since we have another girl at UTC, if it's still available...we will!!! Thank you Jim!!
