I am a part of a local management company called The Wolf Rentals. If you don't hear from me, you'll hear from my cohosts!
My cabin is located in a neighborhood of other historic cabins on a hillside just above downtown Estes Park. You can literally walk everywhere in town -- to the Stanley Hotel, Ed's Cantina, local coffee shops and restaurants, etc. Because it's on a hill, you have a great view of the mountains from our patio/deck and yard.
We have parking for two cars at our cabin, and it's a short walk to the seasonal free bus system that goes around Estes Park and into the National Park. The home is located just above Elkhorn Avenue, which is the main street of Estes Park. Elkhorn is filled with shops, bars and restaurants.
NOISE
This unit is in a quiet little neighborhood with other rentals nearby, so events, loud music and noises, and parties are strictly prohibited. Please be respectful of your noise level. I really want to maintain good relationships with my wonderful neighbors.
AIR CONDITIONER
Estes has a mild mountain climate in the summers but from time to time it can get hot. Like nearly every other home in town, there’s no A/C.
CHECK IN/OUT TIMES
Check in is 4PM and check out is 10AM. I cannot accommodate early check ins and late check outs due to my cleaners' schedule. It's a super tiny mountain town and the cleaners are slammed and there just aren't other people to clean. I'm sorry about that!
BEARS
Do NOT leave food in your car! Bears frequent this area and can break in!
MINUT
We use a Minut noise meter. It doesn't record audio, but instead monitors decibel levels, temperature and humidity. This is for the safety of guests & to protect the home. It also serves to warn us about parties & prevent noise complaints from neighbors. It's located on the cieling in the kitchen.

This charming, clean, cozy house is in the perfect location for enjoying RMNP and Estes without worrying about parking and crowds. You can easily walk down the hill into town to eat and shop and then return to the quiet lot. You can take a back way out of town to avoid the construction on the main street in Estes. I had a wonderful stay with my teenage son, enjoyed some epic hikes, good meals, and a quiet place to sleep and relax.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute cottage in the middle of Estes Park. The location is perfect, within walking distance of downtown Estes Park and all its cute shops and restaurants. House was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the view is fantastic.

This cabin is exactly as advertised. The pictures are accurate. It is an older home but had what we needed and the location was perfect. It is walkable to Estes Park and all its surrounding beauty. Included in walking distance is anything you could want to eat, shop for, groceries and just plain hiking. We walked to Lake Estes and all around its beautiful paved path. Saw a herd of elk bathing in the lake. We made the short drive to RMNP and hiked there as well as took a 4 hour horse back ride through the park.
The house does sit on a small hill, so for walking with children or elderly folks it may not be as easy.

It's really close to everything you would want to see like shops, food and bars. 1/2 mile.

We stayed here for the Catch the Glow parade and absolutely loved the location! It was so nice to walk into town and not have to worry about finding parking on a busy holiday weekend. The layout of the house was perfect for my family and we all had our own space. If you come in the winter make sure to bring some fluffy slippers since the floors get COLD. We loved hanging out by the fireplace and watching the snow fall over the town. The house was stocked with everything we needed for the weekend. Highly recommend this property for a stay in Estes Park!

Easy on line instructions and your email contacts were on time. Difficult to find the driveway going uphill. Once we found the drive it was ok.

Beautiful, Comfortable, Ideal Location
It was great. Great views. Great updates. Super easy to find. So nice to be close to town, but still get the mountain getaway feeling. The only complaint would be the shower fixture was super low. I'm 6 feet tall and had to kneal to wash me hair. Great for kids, though!

Cozy Cabin for Honeymooners!
We drove from Louisiana to stay at this cabin for several days during our honeymoon. The cabin was very clean and had plenty of room for two people. There was a good bit of snow so the fireplace was a wonderful amenity to have available. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Perfect Choice
Awesome property! Super clean!! Furnishings were in excellent condition and very tasteful (picture are accurate). Great location for those interested in walking into town. We enjoyed a few of the restaurants in town (Indian restaurant at the bottom of the hill was great) and we enjoyed making dinner in the fully equipped kitchen. Great proximity to grocery store without having to go through town. Best part was the easy access to the RMNP … very direct route as well as just minutes away and where we spent most of our time. We had the 5am to 7am pass for each morning and certainly enjoyed the short drive. Eric’s place was one of three places we stayed on this trip to Colorado. It was the cleanest. Everything was in working order… and did I mention clean! If ever back in Estes Park, we would certainly here stay again.

Short walk to downtown Estes Park. The cabin is recently restored to the highest standards. Rooms are spacious. We had deer and elk wander by in the distance. Very happy with our choice. Nicely stocked kitchen so we could prepare complete meals.
