About this house rental
Teak welcomes you to North Albany with a beautifully manicured lawn, in a quiet neighborhood.
The front door opens up to the living room, dining area, and well-stocked kitchen. A half bathroom, and back patio with outdoor seating, a seasonal hammock, and charcoal grill await you.
Off the kitchen is the laundry room and a converted garage, which has been made into a bedroom of two queen beds, and an electric fireplace.
The upstairs holds the main queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom, two additional queen bedrooms, and another full bathroom.
Each bathroom includes a bidet, and each bedroom has its own TV, in addition to the main living room TV. All TVs use ROKU, so you can stream using your own accounts. Internet speed is above 500 Mbps.
This North Albany home is located in a quiet neighborhood, near a shopping center with grocery, sushi, beer garden/food truck pod, and more.
1 mi from downtown Albany, and 10 mi to downtown Corvallis, you’re in a residential suburb, while you want for nothing.
This 3-bedroom, comes with an additional bonus bedroom, with two additional queen beds, in the converted garage, bidets in each bathroom, a kitchen and dining room, and a backyard space.
There are seasonal fruit trees in the backyard to snack on.
There are two additional floor mattresses that can be used in the living room. Note that on VRBO, “Floor Mattress” is not an available amenity, and thus, they are listed as futons. They are not futons: they are floor mattresses.
Please note that this house was originally a three bedroom. As such, the living room and dining room space are designed for a smaller house. By adding in the garage bedroom, this house can now sleep more people, but the dining room can only seat four at a time. There is additional back patio table which can seat another six. And guests are also welcome to eat in the living room.
There is parking space for two cars in the driveway, and there is free additional (unreserved) on-street parking as well.
Checkin is after 4:00pm.
There are train tracks nearby, and you may hear the train briefly, in the middle of the night.
Upon booking, you will be asked for your email, your ID, and to sign a Temporary Occupancy Agreement

This is an amazing property that offers space, peace and quiet, and a feel of home. We stayed here after a tournament and it was perfect and cozy. Communication and instructions were great and check in and check out were seamless. Would 100% stay here again.

This property was exactly what we needed at the end of a long day. The parking was lighted with tons of room for our trucks. With neighbors walking and children playing, we knew it was a great community. The house was larger than expected and had enough room to facilitate a much larger group if needed. The communication with the owner was absolutely great. Loved it!
We Reserved it next week as well.

Beautiful home in nice, quiet neighborhood. Too much room for our family of 4 but nice to spread out and have separate bathrooms to get ready in. Great communication with host who was very accommodating to us. Fenced yard for dog. So many nice touches that makes it feel like home. One of the nicest rentals we've stayed in, only wish we could have stayed longer!
