About this house rental
Our, new to us, 6 bedroom 6 bath Beachfront Beauty on Indian Beach is perfect for the large group or extended family. Beautiful views of the beach from the kitchen, 3 living areas and 4 of the bedrooms. The beach is wide and very private with no vehicles allowed for miles. You can sit on one of the 2 large decks and enjoy a cup of coffee while enjoying the beautiful sunrise or watch the kids play on the beach. 5 of the bedrooms have an attached bath. The house has a large, well equipped kitchen. Gigabyte Internet, Cable and streaming services.

This is the second year that we have been here. The property is beautiful and the walk to the beach takes a minute. The house is well stocked, and we had everything we needed for our vacation. There were 8 adults and 8 grandkids and there was plenty of room for all. Our host, Bob, responded quickly to any questions. It was a wonderful trip.

It’s a beautiful beachfront house that proved to be the perfect setting for a family gathering. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by stunning ocean views and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The house is spacious and well-designed, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy.
The host's communication was outstanding throughout our stay. They were incredibly responsive and helpful, providing all the information we needed and addressing any questions promptly. Their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate our needs made the entire experience seamless and stress-free.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home! The property was exactly as described, with so much more... loads and loads of beach toys, a little bucket of figurines that our granddaughters played with all week, lots of games and movies, etc. Can't recommend the property enough!

I can’t give this home and its owners enough stars. This is a beautiful home, well appointed and thoughtfully stocked, in a perfect location with lovely, quiet beachfront. Also, Bob was prompt and helpful with any questions we had during our stay. Our big family of kids, teens all loved it and want to come back. I couldn’t recommend it more. Thanks, Bob and Tiffani!

A/C and heating system worked poorly, filters looked like they had not been changed in a long time. Had to hand wash dishes, dishwasher did a poor job. Internet was very poor, couldn't watch a tv program, it kept buffing. Family overall had a good time. Myself I had to much time to sit and look at things, I just had bypass surgery, so I think that made me more critical of things. In my opinion the house needs alittle work to make it worth what you are charging for the rental. Good things lots of bathrooms and close to the beach.

This house is exactly as listed!! We had 13 adults and 3 kiddos with us and this house got us perfectly! We made dinner every night and walked the beach every day. Could not have asked for a better house for my family and I.

We had a wonderful 5 days at your property. With all the kids and grandkids, we had lots of room for everyone. This is a well-stocked property with all we needed. We love being right on the beach only a ramp away from the water. We could get communications from the owner very quickly. We would absolutely stay again.

We had a big group of all ages and everyone loved the room, all the necessities, ease to get to the beach, etc. We cooked all our meals and had everything needed, plus some. The guys loved the under the house space - lots of table and chairs. I loved the dining table that sat 15 of us. Beds were comfortable. The house was easy and lovely!

We had a wonderful time. The layout of the house was perfect for our large family group. The closeness to the beach was great. We also enjoyed all the kites that had been left there. The only thing that created any issues was the mosquitos were bad, but Bob can’t do anything about that.

Our family really enjoyed FantaSea. We had a little bit of an issue with check-in and the electronic door lock with the phone app but after a quick call and additional instructions we were in. We loved the openness of the beach house and all the table and counter seating worked wonderfully for our large family. We had anything we could need in the kitchen for home cooked meals including a crock pot and a griddle. Coffee was provided as well as many beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys for the kids, and boogie boards. The family enjoyed spending the days out on the beach (some great shell collecting) and drinking our morning coffee out on the spectacular deck. The full bedroom bunk room was comfortable enough for 2 grown adults to share which we have found difficult in other rentals. We also heavily utilized the loft TV room for family movie watching. It was a short drive to all the fun in Galveston such as Pleasure Pier and the Strand. We all surely recommend this place for a Galveston Getaway for large families!

FantaSea fit all of our needs. The kitchen is very well stocked. The house was roomy and great for our group of 18. The teens enjoyed the bunk room. Also, the outdoor living space was a plus. We would stay again.

We had a wonderful extended family stay. The house was exactly as described and a beautiful oasis for our stay. We played games, puzzled, flew kites (found at the home), body boarded in the waves, and took many long walks on the beach. It’s absolutely beautiful. The weather was foggy and grey most of the week (end of March/beginning of April). I’m not sure if that’s typical or if it was just the week we hit. Also, beware for rattlesnakes in living in the dunes under the walkway to the beach. Enjoy an amazing stay. We hope to be back!

We have been renting beach houses for years but this was our first time to stay in Galveston. The house was beautiful, with plenty of room and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. It is right on the beach and the views are incredible. Our group included ages 14-82 and the house was perfect for us with multiple areas to gather. The owners were great - they had everything ready and were quick to respond to all of our questions. I highly recommend this house for all ages to come & relax🦋

My husband and I hosted a small group of our family and friends on the property for our wedding ceremony in the backyard and reception on the patio. The owner, Bob, was incredibly accommodating, helpful, and highly responsive. The home was beautiful with plenty of space to house our group of 20 people (plus a few kiddos). The living and dinning room areas were spacious, clean, and included a breath-taking view of the beach with lots of windows. The sleeping spaces were perfect for couples, kiddos, and small families to all stay together. The beds, couches, etc. were so comfortable and cozy as well. We will definitely visit this beach house again. Best VRBO stay to date!

We planned this trip for our 10th wedding anniversary. We wanted an elegant feeling during our celebration, but still feel family friendly. We invited 14 of our immediate family members, and all slept comfortably.
The host was extremely prompt when answering any questions, from beginning to end.
When we arrived, we were absolutely blown away by the amazing view, pictures did not do it justice. The beachfront was amazing. Even though this is December, we were prepared for less sun, but oh my, God gave us some glorious days!
The home was spacious, with plenty of places for our family to lounge and relax for the entire trip. The balcony made for a comfortable area for laughs and great memories, we all were able to hang out at the same time and have plenty of room.
The kitchen had so many supplies for cooking large meals. Remarkable amount of supplies, pans, pots, dishes, glassware, coffe mugs, coffee maker, etc. We had our own private chef in the family and he and his assistant had plenty of room to cook and plate the meals.
The upstairs seating area has a huge tv and such a comfortable sofa. Each of the rooms had accurate description of the beds and size in the listing.( good job with your pictures they were so helpful.) Our guests all had a bathroom, with plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, which was so appreciated.
We did have a small glitch with a shower knob that just lost its grip and prevented the water from dispensing as expected. We contacted the host and within an hour there was a plumber at the door. The problem was resolved within an hour. This did not at all disrupt our stay. It was a comfort to know that if there is a problem, the host was taking care of it immediately.
We will most likely rent again in the future. Homerun Hosts!!!!!!

I immediately recognized the house as we rounded the corner: it looked exactly as the picture on VRBO. Entry into the house was easy and the views after entry from the front door were amazing. We couldn’t ask for a better location. The house was completely ready for our arrival. Very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying here!

We had a nice stay in early October with extended family. Beach was so clean, house was fully stocked and location is excellent. We did have a pretty big issue with the roaches though. Throughout the coarse of the stay we saw 3 or 4 roaches every day. We reached out to Bob, but there was not much that could be done. House could really use some TLC and updating. The host did provide everything we could have possibly needed and was very responsive when contacted. Would consider booking again if much needed updates are done and roach problem is resolved.

We arrived in the evening. It was great to have the house already supplied with many essentials. Beach access was perfect for even the youngest in our party, and a large assortment of beach chairs, toys, kites etc. The size & layout of the house was great for accommodating both adults & children. High chair, pack & play made is convenient for the toddlers. There are a lot of stairs but not child gate. The kids loved the wall size chalkboard! They spent hours drawing. The porch was perfect for the adults to enjoy sunrises & coffee, sunsets and late night conversations.

This house worked great for our family. It had lots of rooms and bathrooms. It was directly on the beach which made things so easy with little ones who want to run back and forth. It had a great location.

We had a family gathering to celebrate my sister's 70th Birthday. The house was spacious, extremely well stocked especially the kitchen, and had beautiful views of sunrise ( we got up early one day to see it ) but also spectacular moonrises. The management company was very responsive. our trip was wonderful and seamless.

Best. Vacation. Ever.
This house was perfect for our large family to spend Thanksgiving together. We loved waking up every morning to the beautiful sunrise over the ocean and all the space we had for the kids to run around both inside and outside. Close distance to the Seven Seas grocery store and to downtown Galveston where we went to visit the Pleasure Pier and have a few dinners out. The kitchen was perfect for cooking Thanksgiving dinner and accommodating our 19 people to eat comfortably. Would definitely vacation here again.

Fantasia Beach Week-end
Fantasea is beautiful and an abundant space. (3 King beds, two bunk rooms (6 and 2) and a large room with two Queen beds, Oh and 6 bathrooms and two additional hot/cold showers on the beach level) Our family of 14 had many options....lots of comfort. The kitchen had a multitude of dishes, cook ware, and utensils. The coffee pot was minimal with no auto pause and very slow. The faucet in kitchen hung down into the sink because there was no weight on the hose. The lock box was rusted making it difficult to open and the front door keys were rusted taking 15 minutes to open the door. Beds were comfortable but only had one night side table. I used the baby highchair to hold my CPAP. The patio/decks had comfortable seating and the view is what you pay for. Being ON the beach is the plus. We could keep an eye on the kids (ages 8 - 12) from the deck. The access to the beach was close, safe, and easy. There was no car traffic on the beach. The WiFi worked well the cable connection allowed us to watch college football. A&M beat Alabama! There were TVs in 4 of the bedrooms and one in the kitchen. The island was enormous and easily seated 6. The electric stove top worked well but the oven control panel had slid away from the pressure points they were allied with so I had to press buttons below the one I needed to cook. (this took a while to figure out?) One table seated 6 and another 8-10. There was no sofa or comfortable seating in the main area but there was a lovely seating area (no TV) off the main room for conversation.
All in all we had a wonderful time in an amazing home. Location, Location, Location!
