Pros:
Location was great.
Easy walk to food and coffee.
Neighborhood was very safe.
Apartment was very clean.
Cons:
Noisy upstairs neighbors.
Alleyway is very narrow to get trucks in.
Overall: great little place for the money.

Perfect location! Furnishings were very nice, and provided everything we needed. We will definitely book again!

Place was perfect for a few night stay with my hubs. Easy Uber ride to Broadway. Clean and cute place. Communicative managament.

Love the condo. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Just bring your clothes and walk in. Small kitchen but it was only 2of us so it was fine for us. Christy was an excellent host and I would definitely recommend her place.
4.8
We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. I highly recommend!

The location was great for adventures around Nashville and spending time on Broadway. The space was on the smaller side, and the walls a bit thin/noisy but overall enjoyed our stay.

Simple weekend stay. Nice clean unit. I really liked it and will attempt to acquire this unit again if I'm staying in Nashville in future. Oh yeah ... the bed is SOOOO comfortable.
The internet was choppy, meaning I had to reconnect the TV and my non-work laptop a few times. I do work remotely so this can be a big deal, but the choppiness didn't happen while I was working so I'm not gonna fuss or lower rating. I thought that it should be mentioned for awareness just in case.
Good Job & Many Thanks!

This was our second stop on our trip to Tennessee. Location was great, lots close by. Great memorabilia in the flat, really enjoyed. Nashville has lots to offer, we did the zoo,the Grand Ole Opry and the hop on hop off bus tour. Even though i didnt want to look.like a complete tourist, the bus tour had so much information, and covered all Nashville had to offer. Wish we did it on day one, not day three. Bed was comfortable, kitchen well stocked, Kurige toaster knives etc. H and S bagels was just a short walk and a treat. The Stillery had great food and drinks. Wish the flat had more info with regards to places to eat and or enjoy live music. Maybe a guest book where guests could share the places they enjoyed perhaps. Thank you for a great time. We will visit again.

The Vinyl is on Music Row which is a quiet, quaint neighborhood filled with music studios and a funky little country bar, Bobby’s, around the corner that hosts local musicians and song writers. The area is a $6.00 Uber to downtown Nashville or a 30 minute walk. Be sure to visit the Edgehill Village a short 2 block walk. The village has several excellent restaurants including a breakfast spot.

This apartment really did fit our needs perfectly. Nice, well appointed kitchen, which we used the first night. Bed was incredibly comfy. Nice outdoor deck with table and chairs. Totally what we were looking for in a getaway rental. Property manager was responsive, courteous, and flexible.

Really enjoyed the off the beaten path accommodations! Will definitely book again!

It’s a cool place. The patio is great. Love that they included cornhole and provided some coffee snacks for their guests. The bed is quite comfy. It would be pretty tight for four guests. The only knocks are that the walls are super thin — thin enough to hear neighbors and nearby construction, and the neighbor kept controlling our TV and turning it on and off — and there is no fan in the bathroom. Feels like there should be a bathroom fan in a little one-bedroom apartment. Other than that, we really enjoyed the location, and there is good breakfast right up the street at Egghill. And they do have a white noise machine in the bedroom. Super helpful.

Perfect location to midtown easy access to Broadway and all other attraction. Check out the local iconic Bobby Idles. Great local bar!

I was looking to book a stay for myself as a distance student at Vanderbilt and I definitely would not stay here again. Communication was not the best starting with intro email coming from an account not mentioned in the original listing (not the manager name on email) only had the unit in the reference and I totally missed the email. My flight got to Nashville after 9:30 pm. I got a text from the manager with a door code. That was only communication. Then another text with a different door code. But I did not know the unit number. She didn't answer her phone but eventually we figured out the lost email and I got in the unit.
Pros/cons:
Con:
Apartment is very small
Noise - walls like paper. You can hear conversations happening outside the unit. The first night a neighbor decided to start singing (not very well) at 4 am.
Nearby Construction
Distance Vandy - for my purposes it was a bit too far from the school and too close the the bars!!
No food storage in kitchen
No in unit laundry but in apartment complex
Roku - does delete your passwords but was unable to watch local channels
Right on the road
Very Low bed but comfortable
Pro
Cute well decorated with wooden floors throughout
Good amenities
Location to music row
Deck/outside public area - fire pit
Great updated bathroom
Noise machine
Overall would rent again if coming with hubby to play in Nashville. Would not come to be student @ Vandy. The drunken lady was not a good singer!

We stopped in Nashville for the night on our way to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach. Adorable little place. Perfect for us. Very clean and as pictured.

Place was clean and nice, but SHOULD HAVE BEEN WARNED ABOUT CONSTRUCTION! They were renovating the front of the building during our stay. Construction workers on our (small) patio at 7AM - very loud. Drilling and pounding onto the bedroom walls. Could not open blinds or use the patio space all day. Were not comfortable staying there during the day due to all the activity. Even after they were gone, they left all their trash on patio. Very displeased with our stay at that unit.

Dropped our son off at Vandy and needed a place close by.
Just as advertised, small but has everything you need for a quick weekend in a great city.
There is construction going on one building over, so be prepared for an early morning.
If you come back to the condo later in the evening you will need to find a street parking, which was easy to find.
Manager was vert helpful when we thought that my wife left her wallet at the condo post check out (she didn't), even though I woke her up early on a Sunday.

Cozy and functional space. Private balcony is a bonus! Minimum stairs. Accessible parking. Loved the decor and cleanliness. Very close to the highway
Located by Music Row - some nice restaurants very close by if you’re not in the mood to go to Broadway Street. Broadway avenue is a 30-45 min walk or a 10 min drive. There are some parking lots near by. Gets busy Thursday to Saturday.
Enjoyed playing corn hole - available on site.
Bring a kettle if you really need one for tea - there is a coffee spot near by (unsure if they had tea).
The only reason we did not rate a 5 - was there was a lot of construction near by so it was noisy. It is also a busy street so you will get a lot of local traffic which you can hear at night - not ideal only if you’re a light sleeper.
Also, there unfortunately was a drunk guest who pulled the fire alarm at 3am one night and it took over an hour for alarm to be turned off.
Other than had great communication with property manager. Much appreciated.

This was a great location! Clean and neat—and they have a lot of little extras that other VRBO’s don’t have. We enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay in this 1-bedroom apartment at Music Row in Nashville! Property was clean and as described in the listing. Managers were easy to contact and responsive. Location was great for exploring the city for our family over a few days- easy access to many sites as well as to downtown. Bed was super comfortable! We would recommend this property to others.

This apartment is a great place to stay! We have 4 adults and there was plenty of space! We did bring an air mattress for extra sleeping room, which worked out well! The apartment was clean and nice! The new check in and check out process was extremely easy! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely look at renting this apartment again for future stays!

This review is for the property next door that we we were moved to. Brand new unit tastefully decorated in modern boho style. We were able to still use the fire pit to relax around at night. Parking is in the back. The staff were super helpful in anything we needed. The area was safe to walk around at night and had great eateries. We walked the almost 2 miles to downtown daily.
4.8
Location was perfect. Walking distance from food, coffee and bars. We walked to everywhere and when we didn't feel like Walking we hopped on a scooter! Our vrbo was clean, fresh and had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful experience. Very clean home. Great location, close to everything! Would absolutely stay here again!

Place was great. Only issue was the loud walking around of the 2nd floor residents. It never stopped..
4.8
We just stayed there last week for 5 nights. First off, from making my booking until we left the owners were always communicating with us about the stay. This is in a great location. You aren’t far from anything. We rented a car and used Uber. Downtown was $8 with an Uber. The place is very clean. The balcony right outside the bedroom is great. Morning coffee or a late night cocktail. We will stay here again on our next visit for sure!!!

Christy was great! She was very kind and accommodating during our stay. The place is super cute and very clean and fit our needs perfectly! We also enjoyed the cornhole and fire pits outside!

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay at the Vinyl at Music Row! The place is very well appointed, impeccably clean, and the bed is extremely comfortable. Just off of Broadway and a 5 min ride to downtown, the Vinyl was perfect. The best part about the Vinyl is your host, Christy. Christy does everything she can to accommodate and please her guests. If you are going to Nashville, stay at the Vinyl. We can’t wait to go back. When we do, we will definitely be booking a stay with Christy.

We enjoyed our stay. We walked to town a number of times, enjoyed the corner coffee shop, loved the outdoor amenities at the apartment and the small added bonuses upon arrival: TP, paper towels, garbage bag and dish soap were SO helpful!
The apartment fit my two teenagers and myself comfortably.
We will stay again when we’re in Nashville.

My family and I stayed here over the New Year’s Eve weekend. We were visiting for the Widespread Panic concerts happening at Bridgestone Arena (which if you know you know and did not disappoint). This property was the perfect place to rest our heads and hangout at time to time between activities. We enjoyed the patio spot in the mornings with coffee, playing corn hole in the evening and of course sitting by the gas powered fire pit. Though the space inside was a bit smaller than what appeared in the pictures (always is with these), our party of four adults felt comfortable in it. Will definitely book here again!

music themed decor was great. comfy bed. snacks were a welcomed plus upon late-night arrival. excellent customer service - hope to return soon!

This condo was a perfect size for my husband and myself. Very clean unit with access to toiletries & bountiful linens. Although we did not use the kitchen for cooking, it has all necessary tools to create a meal. We preferred to try the local restaurants. Easy access to downtown. Would definitely rent again when we make a return visit. The owners were easy to communicate with & kept us informed.

It was a comfortable apartment that all the things that made it feel like we were home while on our trip. Highly recommend due to it being close to downtown while not being in the hustle and bustle.
