My family of 59 people booked this house 7 months ago and planned a family reunion. We had family fly in from all over the US. The night before check in, the owner had not responded or given me any directions regarding the check in. I called him to get instructions and he told me that he had to switch our house to the one next door. He assured me that this house was better than the one I booked and I would like it more. Around 3 pm on the day of check in, he asked me to see if we could check in at 5, then he said 6. All our family had started to arrive. We had catering delivered for that night. When we got to the house around 5 pm, he wouldn’t let me in the house. We insisted on walking in and he directed us to go to the original house we booked and sit in there as he claimed the floors were wet from mopping. After some time, around 7 pm we walked into our house and it was a huge nightmare. This new house was still under construction. Broken tiles, screws and workers everywhere. Only half the rooms were useable, furniture everywhere, and all our family members started arguing with the owner Emmanuel. We had young kids and the place was not safe at all. Bathroom mirrors

The bowling, game room, laser tag were a real hit. Lots of towels and well stocked kitchen with sharp knives, lots of dishes, pots and pans, Keurig, electric tea pot etc. Family room and dining room TVs have a 9x12 feet screen on the wall that only operates with an app that you download. Bedrooms have TV's and fans. There are 2 large side by side refrigerator/freezers in the house and 2 in the pool area which is amazing with lots of seating areas including a bar and fire pit with seating around it. The house is in a construction area with a small opening onto a dirt road. There is a sign "Fantasy" with an arrow pointing right. It is on Ronald Reagan Pkwy. not the address that we were given. The owner responds to phone calls and is very pleasant. We were not informed that the area is a construction site or that the home is hooked up to a large generator not city electric yet. The issues with the AC and hot water showers may be caused because the generator couldn't handle all the ACs and hot water heaters. Some bedrooms were very warm at night and some showers only had lukewarm water. We made do by showering where there was hot water. I am sure that once the house is on city electric, these issues will be solved. I wouldn't let that stop me from renting this house because pool area, living area, and fun game rooms were awesome and we had a great time.

This place did not disappoint. The owner was incredible and very thorough. Was there at a moments notice anytime we needed anything. I would highly recommend this for anyone!!!

We had a great time at this property. The owner was very responsive to any of your needs. Pool was amazing. We plan on going back in July for a week with the family. Well worth the cost because you don’t have to leave because there is so much to do.

The property is everything you can ask for as well as the host! Super accommodating and checked on us regularly to make sure everything was in order with the house! We will absolutely be back to stay!

The place is amazing and has everything you need from kitchen utensils, serving dishes, and small appliances to heated self-flushing toilets. The rooms have fun themes, beds are comfortable and the pool area is a dream. We will definitely be coming back in the future. Thanks for everything, Emmanuel! :)

It has been about 3 weeks since me and my family have stayed at this house, but I wanted to take the time to expresss what a great time we had..The house had everything you could need..We never left the house..The pool was a resort style pool and the kids floated in it for hours while watching movies..It was so much to do: multiplengame rooms, lazer tag, bowling alley, massage room ect... The owner was SUPER nice..He even took the time to bowl with a few family members..This is definetly thr place for large families/groups. We will be back next year and stay at one of the other new homes that os currently in progress.THIS IS NOT A SCAM...It is the real 😃!

Amazing House! Amazing stay! We booked this house for a company retreat of 32 people. Plenty of room. The house had everything you could need or imagine needing. Decor was fun! The audiovisual was amazing, we hooked up a switch to the main TV and had Mario Kart challenges. Display by the pool was awesome - constantly had movies playing while we floated down the lazy river. Indoor and outdoor kitchens were also amazing and had everything you would need. Lots of local restaurants for pickup or catering. We even had a private chef come in one night! Emmanuel, our host, was super helpful and responsive. Keep an eye on what he is doing in development - it will blow your mind.

My husband and I booked this property for Spring break vacation for our family. Before booking I had a few questions and each and everytime I messaged Emmanuel, he responded quickly and answered all of my questions. On the day of our check-in, Emmanuel showed up at the property and let some of our family members in because my husband and I were stuck in traffic. The pictures on VRBO does this house no justice. To walk into this beautiful home was breathtaking. We had planned to go to the Disney parks 4 days but, the family all agreed to cancel two days to enjoy the house. There were so many things to do. I'm not sure who enjoyed the amenities more, the kids or us adults. I can not praise Emmanuel enough. There were a couple of small hiccups and whenever we called or texted he rectified the situation. If the host aren't hosting like Emmanuel did for my family and I, we will not book with them. Emmanuel has set the bar very high! I just want to say if you're thinking of booking this property, go for it! It was worth every single dime spent! Top notch all the way. My family and I are already looking to book again soon! This house served our every need and desire. My family will be talking about this for years to come. The team was so immediately helpful and kind. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable. My 50th birthday was a huge success thanks to the wonderful owner and staff. I will never book anywhere else when coming to Florida. Trust me, once you get here, you won’t want to leave. ❤️
