This ranch style home has an open floor plan with natural light filling the spacious living areas. Two Primary suites each with own private bathrooms. Additional queen bedroom and bunk room offer plenty of room for family and friends.
Relax in the three seasons room or step out onto large deck with lounge and dining areas, soak in the hot tub, fire up gas grill, or roast marshmallows in the firepit. With a 5-acre lot, you’ll have plenty of privacy and space to play.
Property is adjacent to 108-acre wildlife preserve providing privacy and hiking trails.
Three-minute drive to Berrien Public Beach and five-minute drive to Cherry Beach.

• Comfortably sleeps 10. Two Primary suites each with king bed. Third bedroom with a full bed and bunk room with two twin bunks (4 twin beds total)
• A pack and play, cot, highchair is also available.
• Large circular driveway offers plenty of parking (6+ cars)
• Minutes (drive) to Warren Dunes and many great breweries and wineries.
• There are also many excellent restaurants nearby.
