The home was a perfect size for my husband/me and our 2 grown teens. One bathroom only was tough, but we managed just fine. Hot tub was great for after our hikes in Olympic. Only 25 min drive to Crescent Lake and hiking. And 10 min drive to Port Angeles with a variety of restaurants.
4.7
Great stay in a house easily big enough for the 6 of us. Loved the hot tub! So many things to do in the Olympics; we hope to be back to see more!
4.7
Lovely home, super clean and well appointed with everything we needed. The location is a few miles outside outside of town but if you dont mind driving, it's not a problem. Very quiet location, we slept so well. The only issue we encountered was there were no sheets for the pullout sofa bed. I alerted them 30 minutes after we checked in and received no response. After a few hours i just went to Big Lots and purchased a cheap set of sheets. We never did hear from anyone about the problem!
Otherwise, the 3 bedrooms were comfortable, clean, and well furnished. Great stay.

Generally, a nice place to be for a few days!
Highlights:
- Grill worked well
- Serene location in the woods
- Well equipped kitchen with new, non-scratched cookware
- Everything just works
Annoyances:
- Additional docusign with sensitive personally identifiable information required outside of VRBO process. Data privacy issues there.
- Smarmy note on the fridge moving the goalposts on star ratings and begging for a higher rating.
Other:
- There were a bunch of carpenter ants around the house, and some came in -- the hosts brought some ant spray which we used to reasonable effect.
- There is very little cellular connectivity through at least Verizon on the property. The wifi does work, though.

This was an ideal rental for our long weekend of surfing and mountain biking. The only complaint I have is the hot tub was not very hot the entire time during the trip

Super clean place private and comfort we loved

Very clean, comfortable home close to Visitor Center of park. Loved the hot tub!

We love it! Especially the hot tub. Great Wi-Fi.

A cute little place in the woods. Well-stocked and comfortable. Very close to some amazing mountain views and hikes, plus a hot tub to soak in at the end of the day. Really appreciated we could bring our dog along too!
4.7
Close to the store. On the edge of getting to Olympic. Had what we needed. Loved the hottub. I wish there had been a packnplay but not a big deal.
4.7
The house is not far from town but feels secluded due to big trees surrounding the property. We appreciated the full complement of appliances (laundry and dishwasher especially), and the hot tub. We did some tidepooling and kayaking in the Salish Sea, and visited Hurricane Ridge in the national park, and enjoyed ice cream at Welly's. Very convenient! The host was very responsive to our questions.

The location is good and the property was well kept up. The hot tub was great and was great to come back to after two full days of biking. That being said, the house wasn’t anything special. It had a weird smell in some of the bedrooms. Also, right when we got there I went to take a shower and the shower mat was wet, like it didn’t get dried all the way or they didn’t wash it after the last people and it was still wet from them. Not sure, but it was gross.

Nice place, very comfortable. The hot tub was cold when we arrived (they had just changed the water), so we had to wait a day before using it. Everything was in good working order and clean. Definitely not in town, but the location is nice and private and town is about an 8-minute drive away. Comfortable beds

It was wonderful. Well equipped kitchen Great hot tub and fire pit. Nice secluded location, yet close to town. I would definitely rebook here if I’m in the area again.

Great landing pad for Olympic National Park. Hot tub was nice.

Cute house! Great location, clean, spacious, and we had fun in the hot tub
4.7
The location provided a great base camp to explore. Close enough to town to run to Sasquatch doughnuts in town in the morning or head out to hiking trails. Was even an easy day trip over to Forks and Hoh Rain Forest on the Westside of the Olympics.
The house is nice and well maintained. We all loved the hot tub. The property manager was very responsive to all questions.
I would recommend this property to anyone looking to explore the North side of the Olympics. Left our family with nothing but happy memories.

We had a great stay! Location is good, 8-10 minute drive from downtown Port Angeles.
Especially loved the outdoor hot tub, which was in great condition and a big draw. The house is on a good sized private plot of land with a big deck. It is about a block away from highway 101, so there is road noise. This was never a problem inside at night (always perfectly quiet inside), but we noticed it on the deck despite not being a major disturbance.
The internet worked well and the house had a smart TV able to log in to various streaming services. The master bed and couches were all comfortable, especially the chaise lounge in the living room.
We felt the overall value was good and would definitely consider coming back again, but would recommend a few tweaks to polish the experience:
1) The living room sliding screen door has a few large holes and needs to be repaired or replaced. The holes are large enough that bugs can easily come in, so we needed to keep the glass door closed at all times despite the perfect weather. Similarly, the metal outer front door (with screen) has gaps along the top and doesn't sit flush with the frame. The inner front door closes/seals fine, but we had to be careful to quickly close both doors every trip when loading/unloading the car for the many great day trip options in the region, otherwise we would have let bugs in the house.
2) The living room and and kitchen all (except one bulb) use very "cold", somewhat harsh white light bulbs, the kind you'd expect in a commercial setting, instead of warmer soft white light bulbs you find in most homes. This made the environment feel a bit less nice after dark than it could. 2 of the 5 bulbs in the room used warm/soft bulbs already, which was a little weird because it didn't match the rest of the lighting in the same room. We just used some of the fixtures, and this worked OK, but the house felt a little dim after dark.
3) The patio lighting is very harsh and detracted from the experience when using the hot tub after dark, and we couldn't figure out how the hot tub's built-in lights could be set to anything but "rotating color disco party mode". We had to just keep all the outdoor lights off and turned on all the indoor lights with the blinds open so we could see outside. This worked OK, but a little investment in better lighting outside would make a huge difference.
4) The master bed was very comfortable, but it squeaks a bit with even small movements.
Thanks for the stay!

Hottub, fire pit, comfort, everything was great.

This property was absolutely delightful. It was airy and spacious, well furnished, and absolutely loaded with amenities.
The rental company stocked the kitchen with essentials like coffee filters and spices, and included a lovely folder with fun things to do in the area.
The property was wonderfully secluded, with a private yard, large patio, fire pit, a very nice (clean) grill, and hot tub. We had some trouble with the internet, but the property managers were exceptionally responsive and handled everything.
Overall 11/10, I will definitely be staying here again, and recommending it to friends. You won’t regret your visit!

Our family enjoyed staying at the house. The house was clean, kitchen very well supplied. It felt like many little details that make your stay comfortable were very well thought through. The hot tub is a great addition. The location is also convenient, close to the park.

Nice getaway near Olympic Nat'l Park
This property was a great find, with a well-stocked kitchen and plenty of room for 6 people to gather. We made lunches to take hiking and made dinners "at home" most nights, and found the kitchen/dining area was a good setup for multiple people to do food prep at once. We also could have family dinner around the table! The hot tub and fire pit were really nice too -- we enjoyed just hanging out in the evenings. The beds were very comfortable as well.

4th of July retreat
Overall a very nice secluded property. Easy to get to with plenty of room for a family.

Privacy with easy access to town / parks
Great property. Quiet, private. Lovely hot tub. Easy access to Port Angeles downtown and waterfront. Short drive up into Olympic National Park and also lake.
Also, one of our party had mobility issues. This property is very accessible.

nice location for visiting olympic
Its a really nice place to stay at, the location was very convenient to olympic and other food places in town. The place itself was very pretty and the staff was very helpful. That said it would be great place for a group till 6. The foldout bed was not ideal for a 8 person group as the room with it had no heater and the spring was broken in the mattress.

Enjoyed having the hot tub. Nice home and location.

We had great late summer weather, made daytrips to hike in a few parks, most were 30 minutes or less away! The single bathroom was tough at times with 6 of us, but honestly, the house & location were way way more than worth any inconvenience!! Hot tub was wonderful, beds were very comfortable, linens were soft, excellent communication from Chantelle- thank you!!! We hope to rent again soon

The house was accommodating for our stay. The beds were comfy and close to town but out in the woods. The hot tub was filthy when we got there and had to clean it and add chemicals to it before getting in. There were no outside trash cans when we arrived and communication was not prompt in resolving this. We got charged a cleaning fee for the hot tub 2.5 weeks after we left with no proof and no reasoning to why it was late and even though it was filthy when we arrived. We will not be returning to this location.

Older house right outside of town, easy access to downtown and national park. Even enjoyed the local casino our last night. House has everything you need, enjoyed our stay.

We had 5 people and 1 small dog over Labor Day weekend. Each couple and our single each had a bedroom with comfortable beds and good privacy. The yard and driveway were private and there was a good grocery store within 3 miles. Would recommend staying here and would stay again.
