We stayed last summer in the apartment and were happy to return to visit family this year. The apartment is beautifully decorated and spacious. We slept so well in the comfortable beds and enjoyed morning coffee watching the birds on the treeline balcony. We look forward to coming back next year!

The flat is a wonderful blend of the best of past and present. Antique furnishings and features in the living and sleeping areas are complemented by attractive modern accents. Everything we needed was available in the fully remodeled kitchen. The flat is on a busy corner, but the street noise is a minor inconvenience. We were able to walk across the Roebling Bridge to Cincinnati and enjoy the city. Wonderful experience. Highly recommend this property.

The location is is nice and close to restaurants and stores. It is an upstairs apartment…which was not an issue for us. The apartment has been renovated but they kept the charm! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need! Surrounded by Magnolia trees that were in bloom. Very picturesque!

The historic flat is charming, and a great retreat for a weekend wedding with family. We appreciated the attention to detail in the home. It is close to Cincinnati where our family wedding took place, and we enjoyed exploring Covington as well. Thank you for a memorable visit!

My husband, myself, my mom, our adult daughter and her friend really enjoyed staying at this beautiful historic home. The home is exactly as pictured and our host made the entire process seamless and easy. Everything was spotless, the decor lovely, and everything we could possibly need was provided: coffee, oatmeal packets, well stocked kitchen with lots of dishes, glasses and utensils. Even the bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner and body wash. It was a quick trip across the river to get to our show Saturday night and our holiday food tour in Cincinnati on Sunday. We would definitely stay in this gorgeous home again!

This is a classic old house decorated with taste. It has everything you need and was in walking distance of The Carnegie where we were doing some work. Lots of interesting restaurants around. Cool neighborhood. We even walked back over the bridge from Cincinnati all the way to the house.

We flew to Cincinnati and rented a car to stay at the home in Covington Kentucky. We were blessed with a great hostess/property owner. The property was very clean and well stocked and our hostess was quick to respond to our requests for additional towels and advice on restaurants. We actually met our hostess and she was very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the Covington/Cincinnati area.

Our family came to Cincinnati for a mini getaway. We wanted something comfortable and charming and we got it in the Beaumont! This beautiful home is stylish, very clean, and conveniently located. We were within 15 minutes of everything we wanted to do. The home has a fully equipped kitchen that allowed us to cook a nice meal to be enjoyed around the spacious dining table. If you love turn-of-the-century details you will adore the built in’s, the front balcony, the pocket doors and gorgeous front entry. Bedrooms were cozy and all guests reported their beds were comfy. There’s a neighborhood coffee shop just two blocks down the street. Street parking was a breeze even when we returned late after a concert at Riverbend. We even got meet the owner and she’s very nice! Highly recommend this location!

We had a wonderful visit to this home in Covington. There was an issue with check in, but the host responded quickly to resolve the issue. The home itself was very clean, nicely decorated, and the beds were very comfortable. Even though parking was available only on the street, we never had an issue finding a spot. We would not hesitate to stay at this property again!

The place was in a great location, easy access to restaurants! We stayed in one night for dinner. The kitchen was very well equipped and the dining room was perfect for sharing a meal.

Super clean, cute, and feels like home.
4.9
Very clean inside, nice size rooms. Parking was easy. Quick access to downtown area.
4.9
Clean, well-stocked and decorated beautifully. A couple drawbacks: The temp was set to 60 degrees when we arrived and only raised to 63 by the time we went to sleep for our first evening. That made for uncomfortable sleeping. The street is noisy with cars, music, and frequent sirens. The neighborhood is somewhat sketchy. That being said, this is still a good value for the high-priced Cincinnati area.

the apartment was lovely, as was the host! very clean, fabulously decorated, easy to access, had no issues with parking. the upstairs porch was so nice to relax on! the coffee shop a few blocks up is absolutely wonderful, as is the downtown restaurant agave & rye.

Owner is amazing. House is beautiful! Felt like all the comfort & convenience of being home!

Elizabeth was amazing an amazing host to deal with and very kind! She made sure we had someone to contact in her absence prior to arrival. All amenities or necessities could be found in the home. Being a foodie I did fawn over the Thor gas range and other amazing appliances. This apartment had so much character and charm. Everyone said they loved their beds and slept very well. The single bed room is on the front of the house with the main street so you will get street noise but later at night there aren't that many cars. Elizabeth called and checked on us when she returned and talked with us for awhile. Plenty of space for the 5 of us. Fans were available in every room. When the bedroom doors were shut the rooms did get very toasty even with thermostat set on 66. Definitely a great experience and highly recommend.

Perfect location for activities in Cincinnati (10 minute drive). Lots of places to eat nearby in Covington & Cincinnati. The neighborhood is nice & the accommodations were clean and spacious. On street parking only -we had no issues. Highly recommend this home.

We enjoyed our stay at the flat. Everything was wonderful. If we had questions Elizabeth answered promptly. We were in a location that was convenient to all we had planned. We really enjoyed being able to enjoy mornings and evenings on the balcony.

We had a great stay. We loved that it was so close to all the places we wanted to go. The beds were excellent, we all got a good night sleep. The only thing that was a negative for me was parking in the street but I realize there's not really a solution for that. Overall a great vacation stay.

Clean and comfortable older home which has been updated. Close to downtown making it easy to get to the stadiums. Neighborhood is older but seems to be on the upswing with lots of newer renovations. We would gladly stay again!
4.9
This property was beautiful and clean. Communication with Elizabeth was awesome. Fairly good neighborhood with decent parking. We were able to park each time we got there.

Clean, comfortable, convenient
Two couples had a great stay at this historic flat. It was very comfortable and very clean and was convenient to our travel destination. Elizabeth is a very caring owner who makes sure all is great. She made us aware of when and where to park our cars so we wouldn't be ticketed. She checked on us at the beginning and end of our stay to make sure all was well.

Met family for the weekend
We had a wonderful time staying here! The apartment is absolutely beautiful, hard wood floors are amazing. It was incredibly clean, tastefully decorated along with beautiful art. It is very well stocked with anything you would need and nice appliances as well. Great communication with Host and easy check in. We went to Kings Island and the zoo and it was an easy drive to both under 30 minutes. Would highly recommend!
