When staying here you will have access to the entire guest house and backyard, the back yard is shared with the main house. The guest house consists of a kitchen / livingroom space, bedroom and a bathroom.
I am a former computer science student at Chico State and am now a software engineer at a local firm. I am happy to socialize when I am around and answer any questions about the area you have.
