Perfect for 3 couples and a dog. No a/c but fans kept it cool all day. Easy walk to Village and there's also a trolley stop right in front.

The location was GREAT. Easy access to Lake Mary, various trail heads, the gondola and the town. The condo was cozy and quiet. I will stay there again if I am in Mammoth Lakes.

Unfortunately, this condo was not a fit for our group of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids). The Good - location and space. The Bad - squeeky uncomfortable beds, insufficient kitchen supplies, broken refrigerator shelf, and lots of moths.

We enjoyed our stay! The place feels more spacious than the pictures show. The bed in the loft is actually a queen size (pictures say it's a twin), so that worked out well for our group so that one couple could stay there instead of in the shared bunk room. The bus stop is conveniently located right near the complex. Thanks for sharing your lovely place with us!

We had the best week! This will definitely be our new go to spot in Mammoth. You cannot beat this location—walking distance to village and a short shuttle uo to Canyon right at your doorstep. Thank you for hosting we can’t wait to come back!

Excellent property, well equipped and just a short walk to the village with great restaurants and shops. We visited during the summer and this was the perfect hub for all sorts of activities. There is a free trolley that stops right in front that'll get you just about anywhere you want to go in Mammoth!

We would not return
To be fair to to this home, the positives- the location is decent, the home inside is relatively fine. The negative- the home has not one blanket in it, in a snow destination cabin. seems very odd. There are blankets under each bed in bags marked do not open $200 fine, owners only. If I were the owners and providing no blankets I would not leave these where guests see them as I think it's angering. I find this very strange and basically offensive. Our family went out and bought blankets the first day as we have children and the upstairs kids room does not get warm. The home is somewhat poorly equipped in the kitchen, not a huge deal but annoying (no spatula etc). Major issue- it had virtually no parking for our stay. It has one assigned spot (someone was parked in this for the first few days of our stay and management did not call us back and then told us its not their problem) Super helpful, particularly in a snow storm that got over 50 inches of snow. The other so called spaces that are unmarked and "first come first serve" are always taken and vehicles never move, so I highly advise you never bank on getting one of these (we were there a week). Mammoth also does not allow street parking so this is a major issue. You literally have nowhere to park. I would never stay here again, and we've stayed at dozens of different places in Mammoth. Our child also split his head open and required staples in his head at the local ER. The fireplace is extremely sharp edge, I would not recommend small children. We left our vacation early as we were over dealing with the issues, and for 4k I don't think that's how a rental vacation should feel ideally. Overall, I suppose there are some fine things about this place, but the management is so awful, non-responsive and rude I would never book through them again for any place for this reason. Very sad for these owners that their management is so poor.

The only positive experience was the 24/7 Guest Support, other than that the property itself was a huge disappointment. The entire building is old, dingy, has a distinct odor and the carpet is beyond dirty. I would not recommend during the summer as it gets too hot in the upstairs bedroom even with the window open and two fans. Upon arrival, the property felt dirty and not well maintained. You can see and feel the dirt. We had to clean it ourselves a bit to feel better about our stay going forward. The most disgusting find was the dirty sock in between one of the beds upstairs, soiled bedsheets and rust spotted towels. The renovation was clearly haphazardly put together with zero attention to detail. I sent the laundry list of things the property manager should fix prior to renting again. We didn’t stay and left early as we couldn’t get past the uncleanliness and the poor overall condition of the property. I am awaiting a refund from Turnkey property as promised.

Misleading to promote as “freshly renovated”

Location was relatively easy to find...
Location was relatively easy to find and good location for what we were doing which was a family get together with a little fishing mixed in. First impressions, door locking mechanism is not in the greatest shape upon opening and closing the door. We checked the king bed sheets which had pet hair on the comforter. Pulled that away and there was more than a handful of hair strands on the bed sheets. Place was pretty dusty in some areas. We let the property management know and they were very responsive and tried to right the issue. We just threw all the bedding in the washer which was provided in the property. Rest of the place was clean and comfy. Area was very spacious for the group we had and the kitchen had all the amenities we needed for the weekend. Overall nice place but the cleaning could be much improved. Could have been worse if we were tired from the road trip and ready for a nap or sleep for the night. Luckily we got it all wash and dried by bed time. Should not have been charged the full cleaning fee based on our experience.
