A lovely setting for skiing, hiking, and golfing awaits at this renovated, top-floor condo in Mammoth Lakes, beautifully located within a half-mile stroll of the gondola and the heart of Mammoth Village.
Return from your daily adventures to soak in the community hot tub, play a game of tennis, or kick back on one of the two balconies to breathe in the fresh alpine air. The living room features a sectional leather sofa, a large flatscreen TV, and a wood-burning fireplace to toast your toes in the evenings, while the kitchen provides all the essential appliances, a bar counter with three stools, and a cozy breakfast nook. Additional amenities include a flatscreen TV in each of the three bedrooms, a sleeping loft, and a private washer/dryer for your use.

Please remember to bring your pool towels, we only provide regular towels for your stay.
While pots and pans are available for use, as a safety precaution, consumables such as oil, spices, and coffee are not provided.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Ratings and reviews
Upon arrival, the property felt dirty and not well maintained. You can see and feel the dirt. We had to clean it ourselves a bit to feel better about our stay going forward. The most disgusting find was the dirty sock in between one of the beds upstairs, soiled bedsheets and rust spotted towels.
The renovation was clearly haphazardly put together with zero attention to detail. I sent the laundry list of things the property manager should fix prior to renting again.
We didn’t stay and left early as we couldn’t get past the uncleanliness and the poor overall condition of the property. I am awaiting a refund from Turnkey property as promised.
