This place was immaculately clean, and you can tell they try to make the place as hotel-like as possible, with the sample-size shampoo/conditioner, hotel hairdryer, etc. And you don't have to do a thing for the check-out process which was wonderful! The entire living room area was converted to the home theater, which was a very fun experience. The kitchen had the basics like plates and cups, but only enough bowls/silverware for 4 people so you may be doing dishes a few times if you're staying multiple days. Kitchen towel provided, but no paper towels. Bring your own detergent if you need to use the washer/dryer as it is not provided. The listing does not show the outside as there is only the tiniest courtyard connecting multiple cabins, and it is located in a pretty sketchy part of town. We saw people doing drugs on the other side of the street, and homeless people frequently are around. We had to park on the street. Ultimately, it was a very unique experience but we will not stay again as I didn't feel very safe with my young family there.

Super clean cottage. This was our second stay in this unit, Loved the theatre chairs and theatre theme. Great place to relax after a long day and enjoy some movies.

This location was wonderfully placed, so I could easily walk to parks with my children, as well as downtown grants pass, and hit all the little local shops. The property managers were amazing with communication. And my kids loved the entertainment theater set up, and being able to relax in a quiet, and calming atmosphere. So definitely a place I would come back to.

We had a great time. Loved coming back to an immaculate place with such comfy seating, able to enjoy the rest of the evenings in total comfort and relaxation. Would be great for kids as well.

Everything was great about our stay. The property was very clean. Check in process was great. The theater style seats and big screen were awesome for watching movies. Definitely would recommend this to friends and would stay again.

The pictures of the property got us excited but almost didn’t even do justice to how cool the spot was! We were really pleased with the open floor plan and how nice the entertainment set up was. A perfect stop over on our road trip up north, the only negative was that we were only there one night :)

What a wonderful cabin. Super clean, comfortable beds and amazing air conditioning in each room to keep you cool in the summer heat. The theatre room is a lot of fun as well as the movie theme throughout. Nice little secluded suite of cabins close to many restaurants. Highly recommended..

Pulling up I was a little confused. The street view does not due justice to the cabin. The cabin was spotless. Unit was upscale and everything was excellent. Couldn't wait to get back at night to watch movies in our "movie theatre". Chairs so comfortable, sound great. Nice getaway cabin. Already looking to book our next trip.

Everything advertised was exactly as we found it. Comfortable beds and couches. The viewing room was awesome. Being able to do laundry there was an added bonus. Would stay there again for sure when visiting our family in Oregon. No complaints.

This rental was so much fun and just as advertised. We needed to stay an extra night because of bad weather and the property managers were very kind and accommodating. It was very clean and there was so much to do to keep entertained. It feels like a modern cabin in the woods met with entertainment central. Would definitely stay again!

This was hands down the coolest property I've ever stayed at. The pictures don't do it justice the place is huge. The theater features are really fun, the chairs are unbelievably comfortable. The details in the home and the artwork are all custom made are just beautiful. I honestly couldn't give this place a higher review. Definitely will be returning with a group for summer activities

Overall our stay was good! Our toddler was so excited with the movie theater aspect. However, it REAKED of weed inside. The windows were left open to air it out, but having a kid with asthma it was not idea. Neighborhood was a little scary with a lot of homeless activity. Was very fun for our toddler though.

We stayed in Cabin A. We were in GP for a wedding I was doing the floral design for. We are from Southern California so space, peace/quiet and flexibility was absolutely imperative. This place delivered. Cherry answered all questions very quickly and was so accommodating and we are so very grateful. It was super clean and when we walked in after a 14 hour drive the heat was on. It was very cold this past weekend. The carpet was fun and when you are still up at 3am working it helped keep us upbeat to get the job done. The only mark down I gave was for neighborhood. The location is perfect. However, the neighborhood is a bit rough. With that said we always felt safe and in our own little world because it is fenced and gated. I would 100% recommend!
