Iris Ct. Mid-Century Modern is a fully renovated home, located in the heart of La Quinta. It is at the exact center of the community block, not facing any busy highway and roads. Extremely quiet and private.
10-15 mins distance from every major location: major golf courses, Indian Wells tennis tournament place, Coachella Valley area) and 3-4 min away for all the malls and stores in highway 111 areas. We believe this home is a perfect monthly rental suited for avid golf players, event-goers (i.e., BNP Paribas Open), and festive staff and executives.
This home comes with a private Mediterranean-themed swimming pool and jacuzzi (which is south facing with Mt. San Jacinto view) where the renters can enjoy a tranquil moment to watch the sunset and relax. The home also has about 650 SQF of outdoor dining areas (with BBQ grill), together with an outdoor putting green that was professionally designed according to USGA guidelines.
The property is a designer's home and the owner has recently completed multiple full re-modeling of homes into 70-80s mid-century modern style in Palm Springs and Lake Arrowhead. You will be entertained with all the detailed touches at every corner of the home.
This home features a fully renovated 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a modern-chic gourmet kitchen (fully stocked including Nespresso Lattisimma ) with a bay window breakfast nook. It also comes with a full media & entertainment system: two 4K UHD TVs (with all streaming services available for free) and a PS5 gaming console, vinyl records, retro music players, etc.
Entertainment Media: Two 4K UHD smart TVs with Netflix, HBO Max, Prime Video, and major sports channels (including NBC Golf) + over 40 cable channels available for you. The entertainment room has PS 5 console with triple-A games with an HD TV for the best experience. Vinyl collections for music enthusiasts. Artsy books and other designer-style details around the house keep you intrigued.
Pets: Up to two pets are allowed.
Location: The house is located only 3-4 minute drive away from all major shops and stores such as Target, Starbucks, Costco, Trader Joe's, Sprouts Farmers Market, and more.
Smart-home system: Renter can easily control various house functions via a user-friendly smart-home system (i.e. a brand new Pentair pool & spa system), through either a home tablet PC or touch-screen panels:
Parking and others: The garage offers parking for two cars and the driveway has two additional parking spaces. The house welcomes the paw family members as well.
Utilities & Billing: Gas, electricity bills will be billed to the tenant. Wifi, cable, water, gardening, swimming pool maintanance costs will be covered by the owner.
The maximum overnight occupancy is 10 people, and the maximum number of vehicles is 4.g
