This beautiful 1,100sqft Condo, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, Fully equipped and located in the Country Club Dr Aventura, with amazing views. Enjoy the wonderful view and sunsets, in the mornings enjoy the spacious balcony. Pool, gym, bbq are & jacuzzi. Ideal for families, groups, couples, and business travelers. The apartment is only septs to Aventura Mall, 5 min from Sunny Isles Beach, and 15 min from Bal habour shops, very close to restaurants, Coffe shops and bars. Additional rules - Dear guests, kindly please note this is a residential condo and not a hotel. The condo is for guests to sleep and have a good resting experience. IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO PARTY PLEASE DO NOT BOOK, THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT PLACE FOR YOU AND YOUR GUEST, ANY VIOLATION OF THE HOUSE RULES WILL RESULT IN EVICTION. - No parties, no gatherings, no events, no celebrations, no parties or events decorations can be place, tape, glued or hang inside the condo or outside the door. no laud music is allowed, no music can be played after 8pm. if you break this rules you agree to pay a $1,000 fee and you’ll be immediately evicted from the condo. - No Smoking, Smoking is strictly prohibited in the property, If you violate this rule you will be fine with a $500 fee And you agree to pay the fee. - The use of drugs is prohibited and won’t be tolerated. - No pets are allowed - Only the number of guests on the reservation are allowed to stay over. - Every guests most provide ID to grant access to the building. - Extra guests not disclosed on the reservation wont be granted access to the building and will generate automatically a $100 fee per day per person and eviction of the property. - Please take care of the place and behave properly. - A $100 dollars registration fee is due to the host after you booking reservation is confirmed. - Guest with a confirm reservation must provide right after booking the following info to the host to get registered with the building association. - For US & Canada residents. ID picture of the person on who’s name the reservation has been made and ID picture of all the guests in the reservation to properly register them with your reservation. - For non US or Canada residents. Passport picture of the person on who’s name the reservation has been made and passport picture of all the guests in the reservation to properly register them with your reservation - Please be aware that we have security camera in the kitchen area for security purposes Only . - Quiet hours 7pm to 10 am -Visitors are not allowed so stay over, visitors hours 8am to 11pm. - The bedding linens and comforters will be replaced at your cost If any makeup stains, beverages stains, sauce stain or food stain is found. Please do not use towels to clean or remove makeup. Guest will be charged for damaged towels or missing towels. Missing/Stolen/Damage towels will be charge $20 per towel. - Before check out take all the trash out to the trash chute located on the left side of the hallway - A $100 dollars fee per hour will be charge after 11am for unauthorized late check out

My husband and I booked with vrbo for the first time to take our two teen boys on a family vacation over spring break. We were thrilled with the comfort, security and amenities of this property. Guards are happy to help with tennis reservations, showed us to our building and made sure we were able to get in and out as needed. The pool was beautiful and 80 degrees. Great hot tub too. We considered renting a car but there is so much to do in walking distance that we ended up taking Lyft instead to go to events around town. Beach is 15 mins by car. We had Target deliver groceries and grilled multiple nights on the beautiful community gas grill. If you’re coming with kids, Tidal Cove water park is a 20 min walk away. We went to the beach twice and to sports events around town then came back to enjoy the deck. You will sleep well on these super comfy beds. Lots of extra pillows and sheets as needed. The teens loved having their own queen beds as well as their own bathroom. Icing on the cake is laundry in the kitchen. We did a load every day with how sweaty we got! My only complaint is that there was only one set of silverware and one cutting knife but we just got plastic disposable ones to supplement. We also brought our own beach towels, although there were 3 in the closet. We would 100% return to this facility. Super quiet, really well kept, good mix of retirees and families. We pretty much never heard our neighbors. The perfect place for snow birds and families alike.

Location is great! Too bad we were not informed the pool would be closed during our stay, kids were really disappointed. We got a real early check in and we appreciated that. Unfortunately Alejandra, the property manager was not quick to respond to questions and complaints. Guest room had no curtains, only damaged blinds, there was no info on wifi to be found, there were little cockroaches, the boiler closet was filthy/nasty, batteries of the doorlock needed to be changed, and for an appartement for 6 people there was way too litlle kitchen ware… There was no booklet with info about property, We had to contact Alejandra for everything or try figuring it out ourselves. Too bad, cause it is an amazing place. Just should me managed better.

Excellent stay in Aventura

Great location, 5 minutes from Aventura Mall, grocery stores and beach. Apartment is spacious, with a nice view. 2 bedrooms and 2 bath really accommodate 6 people. Pool area is nice, water is warm. Extra bonus for the deck and its view. Overall atmosphere is family oriented, safe and quiet.

Very nice apartment

We've really enjoyed our stay here. Apartment is big and very comfortable. Its clean and bright and has everything you need for your stay. Extra points for the 2 queen beds in the second room !!! Location is perfect! We will definitely love to stay at this apartment again, and already recommending it among my friends.
