Plenty of room, and the pool and game room was enjoyed by all.

Beautiful home ..Awesome neighborhood..Just a couple little things but Property Management Company Tropical Escapes was on it immediately….Would recommend this rental..There was only 2 of us but this home is great for two or three families..

We enjoyed staying here! Great home with lots of space. Only about 20 minutes from Disney so it was a great, affordable option to stay off resort.

We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe to walk (or run).
We had a problem with the lock but a phone call quicky remedied the situation. We called about a couple of normal issues in the home and someone came out in a reasonable amount of time.
The kitchen did not have some basic needs, like a can opener or large bowls of serve a salad. The repair person could not tell us how to turn on the fan and only light on the Iiving room. There were a couple of other things that could have used some attention but they were to be expected given that people stay in this home and don't always treat it as they treat their own.

overall, the unit was perfect, nice pool with outdoor bbq grill, very spacious, many rooms and bathrooms for everyone (we were a family of 7), howver it was the little things that needed attention, just to name a few, one of the blinds fell off that covers the sliding door leading out to the pool, dishwasher not working properly, missing light bulb over the dining room table, extremely slow warm water on the main floor, pool sticks were damaged. vent filter was dirty and needed to be replaced, and it cost us $10 at walmart for the filter. these are all just minor issues but when added together equaled a lesser then steller experience. we also had issues checking in and getting thru the front gate, none of our names were on the guess list, we paid for early check-in, not cool. maintain the home better and the management company needs work. overall the house itself was better then average and is highly recommended.

There were plenty of bed and bathrooms! The linens need to be updated. The air hockey table is missing the disc and a paddle so the kids could not use it!
The game room is super cool. Bring your own controllers.
Bring your own soap for the bathrooms. The place does not come with any soap. Dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent or extra paper goods.

The pictures provided were accurate regarding the property. Upon arrival, the check in process was easy. We were able to access the home without any issues. The house was tidy and smelled clean. There are a few things that could be added to the home. Such as more cooking utensils. It wasn’t a deal breaker, just something we noticed. The gaming room was a big hit. But, the PlayStation did not have a HDMI cord, or controllers to play. So we were unable to access this. The bean bag chairs had holes in them, so the beads inside came out once someone sat on them. The TV in upstairs master has a line going down the side as if something has hit it. The home is very spacious and gave us plenty of room for our family of 12 that was visiting.
Overall, we had a great stay and would revisit this home again.

Lots of space for people to spread out and some good amenities. However it should be clarified "the oasis club" is in next section of Champions Gate - you will need to drive over to it as new children's area in this section of champions gate is under construction - looks like previous guest review didn't know about Oasis in other section. The Oasis club has nice gym and lazy river area. Outside pool area and furniture at house are nice but starting to get a bit run down. Walls and windows are very thin: you will hear people outside as well as at the neighboring houses; the traffic on the busy road out back; and trash collection at the community trash bin across the street at 5am every other morning. Bed linens are thin, some furniture is in need of repair, more kitchen items are needed such as casserole dish for cooking and even oven mitts, and some game items such as the air hockey could not be used due to missing pieces.

We had a large group down for my father’s memorial. The home fit us all with absolute ease! Everyone enjoyed the game room as well. The only downfall for me is that it is a gated community, that’s not something I care to deal with; although I understand many like the added security.

Advertising fitness center and water park for my kids and grand kids was the reason for renting this particular home but neither was open yet. Very unhappy with that. Bean bag chairs we ripped and kid’s furniture upstairs broken.

My experience with Tropical escapes was absolutely horrific. From the beginning of checking in throughout the duration of our trip. We paid exrra for the pool to be heated for 5 nights, although we were only going to be there for 4 nights. I didn't mind paying because previous reviews said the pool was too cold to use with our being heared and we wanted our experience to be excellent. Upon arrival the pool was freezing cold. I reached out to the owner Brigidt Daniels via Vrbo messenger and she promised that it would be heated and ready to go upon or arrival. When we contacted them to let them know the pool was cold, I didn't hear back from them for 24 hours. When they sent somebody out, the pool maintenance guy showed up in sweats and walked around the back unannounced. He didn't introduce himself and we were all startled. He did not have wear a uniform to acknowledge who he was or that he was working with the company. He tested and agreed that the temperature was cold. He came back a total of 3 times on 3 different days and the temperature was still cold. I just received an email from the company stating that maintenance had agreed that the pool was warm enough for use. And that they would not refund our money for the 4 days. In addition all of the linen had stains on them. They were cleaned but they had stains on every bed spread in the entire house. They are raggedy and overused. The sheets are rough and worn out. They all need to be replaced. The couch was broke and when I mentioned it to Stephanie the individual the company sent to check on our complaints she said that the couch hd been broken the day before we arrived. They never even tried to replace it dueing our stay . There are a lot of small broken and damaged items throughout the house. So make sure you take lots of pictures as proof that you didn't do it. Overall I would rate this house a horrible experience. The towels are raggedy, the linen's raggedy and the furniture is raggedy. As well as the tropical experience company who is a husband and wife company. I am a small business owner and own multiple restaurants so I understand what it is to be small business. However the lack of communication, transparency, and honesty was absolutely disgusting. I would never recommend my worst enemy to stay here.

This home is WOW!!! The kids were entertained.the whole stay. They loved the heated pool, the arcade room & theater room. Movie night was every night. The home is super clean. Everyone had there own space including bathrooms. There is a full bath on the 1st floor which is convenient coming from the pool area. Definitely will comeback!!!

Amazing Stay
My family and I stayed here to just have a relaxing get away from home . The house was just as the picture! It was a BEAUTIFUL and spacious house ! The layout was nice . Only a few cons I would say Bring more pots and pans if you are cooking for large family. Some areas like the outside patio area cushions needs a cleaning . But it’s still one of the best houses We ever stayed in . Great location Publix right up the street . Best parking ! 10/10 will book again !

Spring stay
We enjoyed our stay! The property was clean and had plenty of room. The only thing I wish was different is better quality linens, more pots and pans for cooking, and more than 2 towels per room. There were no hand towels in the kitchen at all. When you pay this much for a rental you expect higher quality linens, and utensils for cooking. Especially when you are trying to accommodate a large group.
We loved the house overall and would rent again!

The property was better than expected!
Plenty of room for all of us to enjoy. The Theatre and Game Room were an excellent touch for all of us.
The clubhouse access was an added bonus
Contacting the property managers was a bit challenging. Also the community trash site was on the ground near our entrance. Maybe they could enhance that process so you do not have to walk around the neighbors open trash bags.
Honestly this was an amazing property and I would recommend to anyone!
