It is up to our HOA to determine the exact date of when the pool opens & closes throughout the year. Fun fact, this unique guitar-shaped pool was built by country music legend Webb Pierce!

If you can't meet the minimum night requirement, please do not put in an instant book request and instead send us a note inquiring if we can make an exception (sometimes we will a couple weeks out from the date you are looking to stay).

Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.

ALL ANIMALS MUST be approved in advance of your booking. Don't try to sneak an animal in - we will know! Animals not allowed on the furniture or beds. You must pick up any paste waste left in the yard and throw away in the dumpster. $125 pet fee that must be approved prior to your stay.
