Sun Haven is a vacation rental that lives up to its name. This luxurious resort has a stunning tropical pool, playground, spa, sports court, and clubhouse, all within walking distance. Santa Clara's weather and environment allow you to golf all year round at one of the dozens of golf courses nearby. Sun Haven is a contemporary two-story 3 bedroom / 3.5 bathroom townhome that can sleep up to 10 people comfortably but can also sleep 12 with the assistance of a Queen Sofa sleeper. The first level is spacious and roomy, with high ceilings, tall windows, and a flat-screen smart tv equipped with Hulu Live. A welcoming, open-style floor plan makes it easy for your group to spend time together AND find quiet moments for yourself. Enjoy meals together around the dining room table, or take it to the back patio for a BBQ and enjoy the breathtaking Southern Utah backdrop. As you head upstairs, you will be welcomed into the open and roomy loft, with all three bedrooms surrounding, each including its ensuite bathroom. This place was a nice place to stay. It was stocked with the basic necessities. It was surfaced cleaned nicely. However, it could have used a bit more deep cleaning, like under the couches, the sliding patio door, the patio itself. It would have been nice to have the patio maybe power washed prior to arrival. But overall I would stay here again and would recommend to others. I loved the almost immediate response to questions and or concerns. Thank you.

This rental was a great place to stay for our family group with plenty of room. Although, the weather was cooler and we didn’t access the pool area, we did enjoy the hot tub at the condo. The rental was well stocked with linens, towels, etc. It seems that the heat/AC thermostat is upstairs to help with summer cooling but in cooler weather, the main floor stays very cool. They did have plenty of blankets.

House fit our family just fine. The fridge ice and water didn't work. We called and were told they would send someone to fix but it never did get fixed. Some drawers had dirty dishes and the drawer with hot pads and towels had lots of hair in it. Otherwise clean.

We absolutely loved staying at Ocotillo Springs! The house was gorgeous and was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed for the week and the pool/clubhouse was such a great addition. We loved swimming and being close to the pool. I would 100% recommend this to anyone and everyone! The pricing was also great.

This was a wonderful place and fit our group perfectly. Enough room for each family, fully stocked cabinets and linens, the kids had their own space, and the hot tub was awesome! We weren't able to visit the community offered amenities due to the weather, but the house met all our needs so well that we didn't even miss that!

My family and I rented this property for our sons baseball tournament. It was very clean. Great location, very easy check in and check out. Communication with the property manager was extremely easy. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

We loved this place! Loved the layout, loved the amount of bathrooms, loved the private hot tub, loved the kitchen/great room, loved the pickle ball courts! We would come back here in the future! Loved everything about this place! I didn't want to come home!

Unit 40 was impeccable. Beautiful, relaxed atmosphere. Plenty of space for our family to enjoy time together (and apart when needed :) We hosted a family dinner with 15 people and there was room for everyone and all the kitchen necessities for preparing and serving the meal. The pool and clubhouse were top-notch as well. The slide and splash pad were a fun diversion for the kids. It does get BUSY in the afternoon but was quieter in the morning and evening. Just a fantastic stay all-around with very responsive management and easy check-in and checkout. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The toilet paper holders in the half bath and the king room were falling off. The rug in the master bath was dirty when I arrived. I reported that the water filter had a red light but no one replaced it or if they did it is still on. There is a hole in the ceiling of the MBR closet. I did report but never heard from anyone. I would not be interested in renting this unit again. The Roku TV is unacceptable. It is complicated, the volume doesn't work on it (in some instances in order to hear it you need to tune it to 100. Other channels are 25 - 30) In order to see any TV at all (even local channels) you need to have your own subscription to sign in. I am quite a techie, but I struggled every time I wanted to watch something. If they decide to keep it they need to show that on VRBO so guests will expect it...Very difficult to find any sports! The ceiling is covered with recessed lights and no dimmers. The only lights I ever used were table lamps. Not giving out a garage door opener is also not acceptable. I have never rented anywhere (and I have done so many times) that I had to go inside to get in to the garage and not have an opener available. Aren't the renters vetted at all! I was told it was a security issue. I was missing necessary items when I arrived. When I called Red Sands it would depend on who answered the phone or text. There were very helpful people (everyone that delivered whatever I needed were extremely nice) and some very unhelpful and telling me that they did not know if they could help me. When I asked for more towels and told them that there were towels and washcloths here but in a box, they suggested that those would be the ones I would be getting so i should just unbox and wash them;-( There was a wine opener but no glasses. I called for just a set of small glasses as all I had were large tall glasses and clunky plastic glasses. That was when i was told they would have to check with the owner. I guess they must have approved it as I did get some. The next time I rent anything for a length of time and am dealing with a managing company I will make sure that the basics are included for the amount of time I am there. I requested additional soap (because I had new guests coming in) and was told you were only given that on arrival and that I should buy some. What is the difference if you have a different person in there twice a week? Do you give them each soap? Aargh!

Just a couple of issues, the fact that we didn't have a TV the first day. Was a bit frustrating because we were hoping to watch the jazz playoff game. And the problem was fixed the next day as soon as the maintenance came by. Also the oven light stayed on and would never go off.

The house was clean when we got there. Check in and check out was simple and easy. We took razors and had plenty of room for our trailers and big trucks in the extra parking lot. There was plenty for our young kids and teenagers to do. The club house, pool, hot tub and pickle ball courts kept everyone entertained. We had an issue with the stove not getting gas to it but red sands property management texted back immediately and had a repair man in there right away. Turns out the gas switch just needed to be turned on. The boys loved the triple bunk room. Plenty of room for 6 teens. We will be back.

Ocotillo Springs 40 was a great place to stay. The house was beautiful, comfortable, well furnished, and very clean. Great location and easy access to Snow Canyon and lots of biking trails. Our kids loved the swimming pool, hot tub, and pickleball court. Red Sands were easy to work with. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great place, very clean! Our teens loved the private hot tub. I was worried the bunks would be uncomfortable and a little tight but they said they were super comfy. The community pool was beautiful and was only a short walk away.
