You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home. This truly is a great neighborhood! It’s quiet, safe and features large mature trees. The house is very close to the best Denver has to offer, only a couple blocks away from a local park and walking distance to Sloans Lake!

This is a great place for walking or running, but if you're looking to explore the city of Denver or the Rocky Mountains, a car is the best option. Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside the house. Breaking this rule will result in a minimum fine of $500.
Last-minute and unapproved late check outs result in a $300 late checkout fee or 20% of the total reservation, whichever is greater.
During your stay the below maintenance may take place:
- The lawn care team typically drops by every Tuesday.
- The trash company collect garbage every Tuesday morning or on Wednesday.
