Stayed here with my daughter for Labor Day weekend. I slept in the bedroom while she slept on the pull out, both beds were very comfortable and the condo is warm and welcoming. Extra blankets and pillows are available as were extra towels.
We enjoyed the pool where you can grab a drink at the bar and then sit poolside and enjoy yourself.
Overall, lovely condo, and lovely resort

Beautifully decorated condo! Also very clean! We were impressed with the comfortable beds and quality furniture. We are planning to return to this exact condo next year we loved it so much!

Great condo! Nicely furnished and comfortable for our family. Love the pool and activities for the family

The couch is a bit scratchy, and the bed is way too soft for my back. However, this is a great spot. Very nice inside with everything you need. Bring cooking oil if you plan to cook. Glad there was a blowdryer (as I forgot mine). Perfect spot to unwind after hitting the mountain with friends. Also, a large grass area right outside which was great for my pup, and a nice view from the balcony.

This was a great place to stay and amenities such as on site restaurant and pool/hot tubs are a plus. Downsides - there seems to be a noisy "ticking" sound in the bedroom which didnt seem related to the heat or electronics, I really couldnt tell what it was and it was bothersome at night. Bring earplugs. Black out drapes would have been nice as the parking lot lights shine at night causing too much light in the bedroom. Otherwise a great place.

The ice rink and staff were awesome. Pools are a fun experience outsode with snow all around. The restaurant was great. Perfect place to come back to after the mountain.

Beautiful property. Perfect for a small family, we had a fantastic week in Bend. The property is very comfortable and has enough cooking utensils; the beds were good for resting. Staying in the rental allowed us to use all the amenities the resort offers: warm outdoor pools, a hot tub, mini golf, and a gym, not to mention that the rental is only 15 minutes away from Mt. Bachelor! I would love to go back. Thanks for renting your property!

It was a nice home with comfortable furnishings and beautiful finishes. My only complaints are with the management company who didn’t check the home before we arrived: the smoke detector batteries were low so we arrived to loud beeping. The resort was nice enough to help us even though they said they were not supposed to. (The resort doesn’t manage this property). It was also confusing that I was supposed to check in with the resort even though I had a 10 digit code to get in the door via Vacasa. The resort gave me a key card which didn’t work on this property…

This has got to be the best looking place at 7th Mtn! Beautifully and professionally remodeled and fully updated! Whoever made the kitchen island must have been a true master artisan! Location is perfect, be the first up to the mountain. Deschutes River Trail is literally in the back yard. Go mountain biking right out the front door. The facilities are awesome! 3 swimming pools and hot tubs! Well landscaped! Onsite Ice rink in winter time. Super convenient to have a restaurant right within the community also. I will be back as often as I can to this exact unit! Thanks for sharing it with us!

I honestly don’t want to write a review because I’m worried too many people will start coming here! This place is truly a hidden gem. We typically stay in Sunriver when visiting the area but wanted a more affordable option. We were pleasantly shocked at how great Seventh Mountain is. Check in was a breeze. There’s many on site activities and we never had to fight for a spot at the pool. Plus you’re only about 10 min from town without having to deal with the traffic.
The room itself was super cute and was great for us. I can’t speak for the Murphy bed or pull out bed since we never used them. My only recommendation is the door between the bedroom and the living area is very very loud, easily waking up whoever was sleeping when it was opened or closed. These are apartment style condos so it is expected you will hear some of your neighbors walking, shutting doors etc but it was never loud. Will definitely come back again

Our stay at Seventh Mountain was great. Easy to get to, the Condo was perfect for me, my daughter, her husband and my infant grandson. Loved the snow flurries that quickly came and went and the fresh mountain air. Bend is a place we are very familiar with and have a great time when we go there. Would have loved to have stayed another day, maybe next time.

Another great Vacasa home in the books! They made such great use of the space and we were thoroughly able to enjoy it! We were close to the clubhouse so our daughter was able to swim and bounce around the heated pools! We were also able to make quick easy dinners in the kitchen! Well equipped with towels and overall cleanliness was great!!! Will come back for sure! Thank you!

During the week Was a perfect time to stay at the Inn of the Seventh Mountain. The pools and hot tubs were still open and very clean. The accommodations were tastefully and carefully laid out so we had all we needed for a great, relaxing, comfortable stay. Loved the showers and sofa. Plan to repeat this trip!

Check in process through Worldmark was easy and front desk staff helpful. The Vescasa Company texted and gave easy helpful information. They were responsive to texts. Great facility with lots of activities. Will book again

This condo and the resort were very comfortable. Had sisters visiting from KS so we headed to Bend area for a new experience. The location was convenient, resort was nice and quiet and condo was setup very nicely for as comfortable stay. We didn’t use the pool or the restaurant but like having them as an option. Would stay here again in a heartbeat or recommend to others. My family also concurs it was very nice place.

My family enjoyed our time at the resort, as always. We’ve stayed in several units in the resort. This unit is adorable and remodeled well.
We had a few complaints. Both smoke detectors were detached and not active. The kitchen is very poorly stocked with tools to cook a full meal. And at night, the unit was infested with small flying gnats of some sort.
The location of this unit is great, next to restaurant and pool.

This was the perfect landing pad for our adventures for our short get away. It had everything we needed for a comfortable get away and was close to the OSU Cascade Campus for our visit there as well.

Great Stay!
This place was great! We stayed for 3 weeks while I am on work in Bend and enjoyed our stay. The home is very well appointed with thoughtful furnishings. The murphy bed was great for the couple nights our family stayed with us, and was very easy to pull down and put away. Had a great closet of linens if you need them. Some games if you have kids. Patio with seating. Few pots and pans, cutting boards, kitchen basics. Good size fridge and full oven/stove if you’re staying longer or enjoy cooking. Wood burning fireplace.
The resort grounds offer pools, hot tubs, sauna, disc golf, put put golf, outdoor picnic tables, a bar, bbq restaurant, and outdoor areas. There is also a trail between buildings 1 and 2 that takes you down to a pond and can walk along the Deschutes, which was a great place for bird watching and exercise.
Only cons: Vacasa is the property management company, and they were not responsive in the couple questions we had. Luckily they were not big issues. We enjoyed the property so much we wanted to extend our stay, and while the host never responded to our request, we called VRBO and they were super helpful in changing our booking.
Would love to stay here again!

Loved the condo
We loved this condo, only complaint was that the rug has not been vacuumed, there was dog hair in it and we weren’t thrilled to put our baby (who doesn’t crawl yet) down on it to play. Otherwise the condo was amazing! We loved taking our baby to the pool and enjoying the sun in January!

Beautiful condo not so clean
I'll preface my review by starting out saying, I own my own cleaning business so I know what clean should look like. I also have 11 units at that resort that I co-manage and clean.
First, this is one of the most beautiful units I've been in. It wasn't as clean as it should have been for a brand new unit. That being said the property manager immediately refunded the cleaning deposit and took ownership due to pics sent showing the unit wasn't clean.
Second, Parking is hard in this building because 2 buildings share the 10 or so spots.
Third, it's close to front desk and pool/ice skating so location to amenities are great.
Lastly, check in was a nightmare as other guests stated and when we added an extra day our key cards expired. I went to the front desk and there was no communication sent to them we were staying an extra night. Fortunately, I had the text messages from Vacasa so I was able to get key card for the extra night. Keep all your communication so the front desk knows you're checking in.
Overall, I loved this unit and will return again for a staycation if my units are full.

Beautiful Condo
The condo itself was wonderful! However check in was a nightmare. You have to check in through WorldMark and they didn’t have the reservation. Two calls to VACASA and standing in the freezing cold…still no help. Finally the wonderful lady at the front desk spoke with them and got it figured out. I still gave it 5 stars because the place itself deserves it and we had a wonderful weekend. Just would have been better without the check in hassle.

Great place to stay but plan ahead
Newly renovated and clean. Great place to stay except there was no coffee or place to buy coffee nearby, you need your logins to watch TV, and HVAC is noisy.
