We enjoyed our stay at this cabin, and the kids loved the Indoor pool.

My family and I had a great week staying in the cabin. My kids loved the arcade machines and private pool. We had tons of space to spread out and have fun while not being on top of each other. My kids didn’t want to leave! The only thing that I would say needs to be looked at are the chairs in the cinema room. When we went to use them, we found that some of them were starting to fall apart, which was communicated to the host who said their maintenance man will look at. Overall, we had a great stay! We would book again.

Our family of 16 had a great week here. They did lots of swimming, soaking in the hot tub, playing basketball, skateboarding in the parking lot, sitting on the decks, playing games in the game room and we had a couple movie nights with popcorn in the movie room.
During our stay we only ate out once. The rest of the meals we prepped and eaten at the cabin. There was plenty of cookware and utensils! The crockpot was large enough for our group as well as the roaster. We had all the cooking utensils we needed and cups plates and silverware were plenty. We used the blender, coffee pot, and toaster, a couple large skillets, and the large kettles. Coffee pots, cups and glasses were also plenty.
The beds were very comfortable and my son said he loved how cool it was at night with the air conditioner.
My 5 middle aged kids had beds to sleeping but they took all they're blankets to the tower room and had the best time sleeping on the floor up there.
Thank you for the super fast response to our message when we locked ourselves out of the house the first day and the fast trash pickup whenever we messaged that the trash cans were full!

Overall very accurate description. Very clean. Plenty of cooking utensils. Lots of space to spread out throughout the cabin. Everything worked as it should. Check in was a breeze. Property manager was very easy to get in touch with. Would definitely stay again!!!

There were ten of us in our group.. grandparents, parents, and grandkids. There was plenty of room for each of us. The beds are some of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in! The indoor pool was much bigger than it looked online, and the hot tub was a favorite every evening!
This is our new favorite location to stay. Out of all the city traffic, but only minutes to Pigeon Forge and all the attractions. I also have to comment on the wonderful host. She was so helpful and always quick to reply with anything we messaged about. We would definitely stay here again!

So photo's definitely need to be updated
The Sauna doesnt work its shown in pictures like you can use it, the hot tub was dirty, microwave was broken like hanging on by a thread, movie theater the chairs are all ripped up
Im so suprised to see so many things that needed repair when its supposed to a newly renovated.
You are shown all these wonderful views which the back side are ok but all the decks have nails sticking up and broken chairs so you cant enjoy it and the front your view is a sketchy camper infront of you which they dont show in pictures.
Ive been told for almost a week id be getting a credit for my stay which has yet to happen.
They definitely need to take this listing down and get it up to standards for the money they expect before renting it to anyone else.

This cabin was amazing! The proximity to both Douglas Lake and Pigeon Forge was super convenient. The pool was great and I really liked the separate door entry feature for safety with the kids. Great trip!

We traveled to the Pigeon Forge area for the first time with a family of nine. We couldn't be more happy with this cabin as it had all the amenities plus some. With a party of nine there was plenty of room no matter what the days activities were. From cook outs to hanging out, this cabin provided everything you needed. The bedrooms are large and roomy and the four bunkbeds were a hit with the little ones. Kitchen is fully furnished and plenty of room for everyone. All of the gaming machines worked perfectly and were a hit for all ages. When there was an evening of rain and we decided to stay in, the theater room was the perfect place to hang out. The biggest hit and place to use up all that energy the kids had was the indoor private swimming pool! Much bigger than the photos show and a very pleasant surprise. Throw in the sauna and hot tub on the deck and you're set for whatever the weather brings. There are more decks on this house than I've ever seen and provides perfect settings for that morning coffee or evening drinks. Although it's a bit off the beaten path, the destination is worth it. The owner was fantastic at communicating and took care of any questions or needs (minimal) that we had. We would definitely stay at this cabin again!

We booked this house after reading all of the reviews and doing research for our family trip (2 grandparents, 2 parents, 6 teenagers). For the positives, we loved the bedroom set up for our group, the pool and hot tub were a plus for everyone, the big table to eat meals together, and easy check in/check out. We were surprised to see so many things that needed repair when the listing says renovated. I am hopeful that they will get a handyman over there to get these things fixed up for the next renters (we have given them a list). If they do, this house would be amazing.

Very nice location to stay for friends and family. There was something to do for every age range at the property. The kids loved the pool and game room. The adults enjoyed the theater and the living room area. It also features a nice full size kitchen with all the pots, pans, cups, glasses, and utensils. As well as several appliances. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others.

Beautiful house /poor communication
First off the house is beautiful, clean, comfortable in a quiet , peaceful area! The cleaning people were still there when we arrived & they were very nice people & did a great job at cleaning. However it was a tad irritating that check in was at 4..we got there right at 4 and couldn't get in right away as they were not done & we had to sit and wait...we had two very anxious kids who had been stuck in the car for hours already!
Then we received a message from the property mngr that the hot tub is not working that someone would be out the next day to fix it....we were only there for 2 night stay so this was a bit irritating as well...I'm not sure why it was not taken care of before our arrival...so the next day comes we are gone all day...we get back & hot tub still isn't working...no one fixed it...I had no messages either...so I reach out & am told they could not fix it.
We only had two nights for this vacation...I had 100% full intentions of getting in that hot tub. Both nights...now I didn't get to even one night! So frustrating, every house in TN has a hot tub, I could have booked at a different house had I known!
Lastly after letting the propery mngr know I was upset about the hot tub issue , they stated they would speak to the owner about a possible credit or something because of the issue...then it was never brought up again. I had a missed call from them one time, I called back no answer, I left a text stating I was returning call...no reply! I keep trying to contact because i thought maybe they was going to talk to me about a credit..so then i message on the Vrbo messages and their response is..basically can I help you with something? I explain I'm trying to find out why they had called me initially and they say "ok will call tomorrow " and you guessed it...no call!
So to sum it up..nice house, clean, just make sure hot tub is working before you book and hope you don't have to deal with person running the property!

Our vacation
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Poolin in the smokies. The cabin was just as described and shown on the listing. Very quiet neighborhood in the mountains but only minutes drive to get to places to shop or eat and into Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The property was very well maintained and we enjoyed the pool, hot tub and jacuzzis very much.

Amazing property
My husband and I stayed at this property and it was absolutely amazing. The cabin was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfy and they provided and abundance of extra bedding in each room. We have definitely found our new spot to stay when we visit the sevierville area.

Amazing place!
Our family and friends had a wonderful stay at this cabin. It rained a little during our trip and the cabin had everything we needed to hang out and enjoy some down time. The pool was great. The theater room and games were so fun. Something for everyone! Can’t wait to stay here again!

We had an excellent stay! Simona was very responsive to any questions we had. There were so many fun things to do right in the house between the private pool, the arcade games, and the theater room, we didn't want to leave! Lovely property with lovely, relaxing views!

Amazing Stay
Absolutely lovely rental! My family and friends stayed in this property for two nights and loved it! It was super clean and looked just like the pictures. Not too far from town and only about a 20 minute drive from the outlets! The property manager was amazing and super quick to respond to any questions. Overall fantastic trip, would highly recommend!

Great spot you won't want to leave
The host was in contact prior to check in to make sure that our arrival was smooth. The check in process was very easy. The cabin was very clean with comfortable beds. There was plenty to do. Gaming stations as well as board games were left. The pool, sauna, and hot tub were all very nice. There was a sitting area on the upper porch. I would definitely recommend drinking a cup of coffee and watching the sunrise. The theatre room has very comfy seats and the sound was great. The kitchen was stocked with any items you would need to cook or bake. The host does give a warning that the toiletries inside are only enough to get you through until you can make a store run so don't forget garbage bags and toilet paper. That was something we didn't think of. I highly recommend this cabin, you won't be disappointed!

Amazing Cabin!!!
This cabin was simply amazing. It had everything you could possibly need with no detail overlooked. There was so much for our family to do between the wonderful heated pool, hot tub and movie theater. The pinball machine was a hit with the kids. The beds were extremely comfortable and the place was immaculate. We will definitely stay here again.

Make sure pool heater works before u reserve
The cabin was very roomy, nice furniture and comfortable beds.. pretty clean.. but the reason we paid the extra to rent this cabin over others was for the heated pool.. my kids were so looking forward to getting to swim all week but upon arrival the pool was ice cold..i messaged the property manager (who is not the easiest to get ahold of) and finally she sent someone out on Tuesday to look at it they didn't come back until Wednesday to try to fix it. The heater worked for 3-4hrs then messed up again. I call her back she said she's sending someone and was also going to have cakes and cupcakes delivered to make up for the aggravation. The pool guy never came back and the cakes and cup cakes never came either. Ive been asking for some sort of refund for 3 weeks now and they offered to give me $100 which honestly is no where near fair. I haven't been able to get into contact with the owners at all and the property manager is terrible at communicating..i would not recommend this cabin to anyone just from the lack of communication and all the pool aggravation

Home Away from Home
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The instructions given prior to check-in made things go smoothly the day of arrival. The cabin was clean and had all the amenities as listed. The site manager stayed in contact with us throughout out stay, making sure we didn't need anything. Overall, a great location with awesome views. You have everything you need right there. We will definitely return.

Staying in this cabin was great experience
This cabin was just perfect for me and my family. It had everything provided my kids enjoyed the indoor pool after long day out. It also had high chair and play pen for my baby to sleep while their.. very clean and organized.. the area was very quiet and short drive to everything…the balcony view of sunrise and sunset was stunning.. it’s just relaxing overall I give this cabin 5 Stars..
