Sitting on top of the prestigious gated community of Pedregal . Casa Dos Hermanas (House of two sisters)
This house has amazing Pacific Ocean views throughout. Enjoy the many levels of private and spacious outdoor balconies with the most incredible views of the pacific ocean.
This five bedroom en suite villa is bright and airy. The layout of the villa is perfect for family and friends traveling together, while each remain having their own private spaces for those quiet moments.

The awesome five bedroom six bath villa takes one’s breath away the minute you step through the front door. Nothing but unobstructed bright blue pacific views throughout! As many of the villas are built into the side of Pedregal( The Rock ), this charming development is known worldwide for its incredible grand villas, it’s amazing views and it’s prestige.
Every room has a WiFi extender in them and the terrace area has Bose speakers that connect to a Sonos system.

Upon entry, the main level has a large open floor plan allowing all to enjoy entertaining and socializing together. The living room dining room and kitchen are all united enhanced with nothing but windows and large glass doors giving multiple access to the incredible outdoor spaces and views.

Your granite and stainless steel kitchen is well stocked for those mornings and evenings for ones wishing to enjoy special moments at home! The setting bar for four and the dining room table for 10 provides ample space for indoors for all to enjoy dining together.

There is a large outdoor Palapa with a sitting area for eight and a sofa sitting area as well. This has the most amazing views to watch the sunset with a glass of wine and reminisce over the day in Cabo San Lucas .

All bedrooms are en suites offering the ultimate and privacy, while still enjoying traveling in the company of many! Two of the spacious bedroom and suites also include an outdoor shower. Each room has amazing ocean views. And they all have their own private beautiful balcony, again all with those amazing views of the Pacific Ocean. Imagine waking up each morning with the sounds of the Pacific ocean. Incredible!

There are king beds in all four rooms and there are two outdoor showers in the upper bedrooms.

There is a washer and dryer available.

Pedregal has its own desalination unit.

Certain times of the year the mosquitoes are more prevalent than others. If you leave you room doors open during the day you might get mosquitos in your room. They are very small.
Please keep your room doors closed if you don’t want mosquitoes.
The property is sprayed often to help prevent them, but with outdoor living comes outdoor environment!

We have gardeners and pool maintenance on Monday and Friday between 10 and 12.

There are also exterior security cameras, some are from Pedregal but we have two on the property . Both exterior cameras are for safety of guest. They light up walk areas, and monitor the home when it is vacant. Absolutely no interior cameras.

We purchased this home from an elderly couple who lived in the home for 20 years. They were very supportive of animal rescue here in Cabo. The had adopted 2 feral cats. They had them sterilized and fed them twice a day. She begged us to continue to care for them. There is food in the cupboard. They do not come around everyday . If you would like to feed them you may. They are feral and do not like to be around people much.

There’s so much room on this property! We had a lot of people on this trip (30). They all stayed at different hotels. We opted to rent a home for a few days - there were only 5 of us in the house, but even if there had been 8 of us here (the house sleeps 8), there was still plenty of room. We would all definitely recommend this property. The concierge service…I can’t say enough about how awesome & responsive Ali was. I highly recommend using the concierge services and hope you have Ali as your concierge!!! Anything we needed, she arranged…a chef, absolutely; groceries, done; transportation, arranged. The property host was very responsive as well. Any questions, she has the answer. We do wish the fire pit had been working, but nonetheless, it didn’t ruin our trip.

No way pictures could ever do this villa justice. When you walk through the front door the ocean is your view! We want to take this villa and put it wherever we go on vacation!! Nothing will ever come close to this place !! Every single detail has been taken care of. Kitchen has it all. All the extras are way above and beyond. We all said we could have easily packed just a carry on and not need anything else. This place is just heavenly!! Ali, the concierge- what can we say- was a dream to work with. I’m sure we contacted her way to much but she handles everything from groceries to taxis to recommendations on what to do and where to eat and get you reservations for it all!!! Look no further for your perfect vacation! Only thing to know is that it is a 15 minute drive to pretty much anywhere you want to go and about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach below and about a 20-30 minute walk back up! It’s brutal back up but so worth the walk. Truly unlike any other place we have ever stayed.

Absolutely terrific place and would hugely recommend it. Only negatives were it was disappointing the outdoor fire wasn’t working. Also wish I’d known the beach is not one you can swim at.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Casa Dos Hermanas. The owners are so kind and thoughtful and our concierge was fantastic! If you’re looking for a relaxing and private getaway, I highly suggest this property.

Pedregal is one of our favorite destinations. This villa had outstanding views and one of the best features of this villa was the outdoor covered dining/relax area. Some areas that need to be addressed is there was 8 of us and the villa had only one medium sized fridge/freezer which was not enough for food and drinks (we had to have 2 cooler boxes and buy ice everyday), the area around the hot tub needed work as the fireplace was not working and needs some protection from the wind because the cushions fly all over the place. Stephanie (VBRO contact for property) and Bianca (house manager) were very helpful and responsive but when we were checking out we had a very rude man telling us to move our luggage out due to cleaners - they had the entire house to clean but had to make a big deal of the one room we had our luggage in while we waited for the house manager to check out. - kind of left a bad taste for us.

We booked the property due to having four bedrooms each with an attached bath which was accurate. We didnt have a good property overview to explain how things worked or where they were located. The property contained feral cats which were not included in the listed and left cat hair on all the outside cushions that we had to clean every day. Overhead fans, garbage disposal, and a/c had problems during the visit and were very slow to be repaired. One of the shower drains was inoperable when we arrived. The hot tube never got above luke warm and thus was not usable in january. One night we returned to the property to find water pouring out of the refrigerator and all over the kitchen and living room floors. After cleaning up the mess a maintenance person showed up and was very angry. After discussing the issues with the property manager she did agree to refund the cleaning deposit. The property is very well located and the view is outstanding however it needs to be better attended to from a maintenance standpoint and quicker response to issues that occur.
