The Lake Arrowhead Cottage is on 200+ ft of beautiful waterfront. Take in a sunset from the fire pit, the dock, or even in the kayaks—all provided!

This property is a YEAR ROUND short-term rental, perfect for taking in the foliage, ice fishing, or summer vacation. The home could easily accommodate two families or an extended family gathering on three levels of living space. The Cottage has BRAND NEW appliances, furniture, and amenities. A gorgeous property.
Snowmobile, ice fish, swim, kayak and ATV directly from the cottage. Family friendly with a small beach area suitable for children. Call/message/email FMI. NO PETS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Check in 3:00pm, check out 10:00am.
Summer is Saturday thru Saturday weekly rentals only.
Off season is a 3 day minimum with adjusted rates ($250.00 per night)
We’ve lived on this lake for 25 years and look forward to sharing this special place with you. Maine is “Vacationland”, come see why! There is a ring doorbell camera on the entry. There are no other cameras on site.

This home was not only beautiful but it had something for everyone! We stayed here with six adults & one ten month old. There was so much to do on the property but it was also nice that most beach towns as well as cute inland towns were within an hour drive. The baby enjoyed the walk in beach area and the boys enjoyed fishing off the dock as well as the ease of keeping their boat on the shore and being able to trailer it just minutes away. The hosts were AMAZING. One of the couples that stayed got engaged on the dock and the hosts went out of their way to stop by & bring them champagne and to say congrats! Truly one of the best vacations we have had & the best hosts we’ve ever had. 1000/10 would recommend and we can’t wait to stay again.

Enjoyed a relaxing end-of-summer week here! Arrowhead is a great lake for paddling, lots of little tucked away spots to explore. Portland is close enough for a day trip to restaurants or a schooner sail. The house is super clean & was the best-equipped rental we've ever stayed in - Tony & Diane really thought of everything! The firepit is great at night. Looking forward to another stay!

We had a great time on the lake fishing, floating, and kayaking. The house is very clean, welcoming and comfortable. Tony and Diane are excellent hosts and they thought of every amenity. We look forward to another visit in the future!

This was unanimously the best rental we have ever been to. Everything was exactly as advertised inside and outside of the house. The home was clean and modern with a well-equipped kitchen. We got a lot of use out of the two kayaks provided and enjoyed some early morning paddles out to the no-wake zone just a few houses down the lake. The location gave us that secluded camping feel but with the freedom to visit any larger town if we wanted a day trip. Overall, we would definitely recommend this lovely home to anyone visiting Vacationland!

We have stayed in many houses in Maine during the summertime and this was the cleanest by far. The owner was extremely responsive to the few minor issues we had. Caught plenty of fish in the lake and sat by the beautiful fire pit. Another fantastic Maine getaway. I highly recommend.

We had the most amazing weeks stay at this cottage! Super clean, neat and we wanted for nothing! The details put into this lakeside cottage was incredible! We brought our boat and launched it at the private dock just down the street and docked at the cottage. This allowed us to literally walk out each morning and jump in the boat and enjoy hours of fishing! We caught over 200 fish that week! An addition to detail was when we went to light a fire in the pit, it was all set up and all we needed to do was drop a match to light it! Such a great place to stay!!!

The pictures don’t do this place justice. My family loved this property. Anthony and Dianne thought of everything. I love the decor. We were very comfortable while watching tv. My Son, 11, claimed the downstairs as his very own. We had a blast kayaking and fishing. Loved sitting around the fire pit telling ghost stories. We were looking for a quiet relaxing weekend and definitely found it here. Will be keeping this place in our favorites. Thanks again for sharing your lovely place with us. Deb, Jim and Kyle

My husband and I wanted to get away for a few days of pure relaxation for our 20th anniversary. This cottage was exactly what we were looking for and more. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook/bake and enjoy a good cup of coffee. It was lovely to wake up in the morning with the beautiful view of the lake and the fall colours. The style and decor is so bright and charming I’m thinking of remodelling parts of our home using it as my inspiration. It’s also the perfect base for trips to the North Conway outlets and more great shopping in Portland. Communication with the hosts was easy, timely and pleasant. Truly a wonderful stay and we look forward to booking again in the summer time. Thank you Anthony and Diane!

We had a wonderful fall vacation at this amazing cabin. The entire property was updated, clean, and obviously setup to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We really appreciated all of the little touches - plenty of dry firewood, a well-stocked kitchen, even a couple of fall decorations. The lake itself is gorgeous too. We hope to be back soon!

The home had everything we needed for an adult family vacation. We enjoyed using the kayaks and swimming in the lake. There was ample dry firewood which was much appreciated. Everything was recently redone and was very clean. I loved waking up and seeing the still lake and trees out of the large windows. We would definitely return!

Cute newly renovated cottage, thoughtful touches, beyond our expectations, perfect for a small group. We enjoyed every minute, the early morning cup of coffee looking to a spectacular lake, the kayaking, the nice water temperature, the talking around the fire and the opportunity to see shooting stars. No doubt we would look for the same house if we decide do go back to Arrowhead Lake.

Everything is newly updated and the layout is fantastic. The open concept kitchen, living room, and eating area overlooking the lake was perfect. Everything was spotless, well organized, well stocked and focused to make our stay enjoyable. We had a great time sitting out by the lake and were able to enjoy either the sunshine or shade at any time of the day. We did take a paddle in the kayaks one afternoon and enjoyed a trip around the islands and the cove. Anthony and Diane have created a wonderful lake house and is now our favorite “Happy Place”. Anthony and Diane, thank you for providing this wonderful vacation lake house.

The owners of this property were terrific. The details from the welcome basket upon arrival to checking in on us immediately after a bad thunderstorm where we lost power, bringing us lanterns and flashlights, were very thoughtful and going above and beyond. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Awesome property -- great house on a beautiful lot. Exceeded expectations in every way. Layout is perfect for families with kids, plenty of space for everyone and house is well stocked. Favorites included the fire pit and the kayaks. Homeowner is super responsive, excellent communication throughout the process. Hope to book again next year!

Even better than the pictures!!!The lake is gorgeous and the house is so comfortable. These hosts have thought of everything and have wonderful little touches like motion sensor lights on the stairs because they’ve put themselves in the guests shoes. We couldn’t have been happier.

This is a fully stocked and well appointed house. The level lot makes it far superior to any other spots on the lake. The fire pit area is substantial and very accommodating. An abundance of firewood was also a wonderful commodity and addition to the home. Access to the major cities such as Kennebunkport and Portland is 40 to 50 minutes. I wife fight the congested hotel rooms when you could rent this beautiful Lakehouse in such a short drive and have the best of both worlds. Make sure to stock the house well as it’s a bit of a drive to the local supermarket. Other than that it was a fantastic stay.

This property was perfect for my family. The house was clean and contained everything needed for a comfortable stay. The outside was perfect for hanging out and being active. We had a blast fishing off the dock, sitting around the wire and taking the provided kayaks out on the water. Will definitely be back!

Anthony's home is an absolutely perfect spot for a weekend getaway, particularly a cozy winter one! The house is even more beautiful (and clean!) than it appears in pictures and we had everything we needed and then some. I cannot wait to visit again
