About this house rental

Completely remodeled and tastefully decorated property including large game room. 3.2 miles from the State Farm Stadium, the Gila Bend Arena, Westgate Entertainment Center, Tangers Outlets Phoenix (for shopping),Peoria Sports Complex and the Desert Diamond Casino. A large waterpark is being built there as well. So much to do and choose from, and just a short cab ride away. Everything is brand new in the house and the designer has thought of everything! Fully equipped kitchen, super comfy beds, and a game room full of fun challenges!! This property is designed to give our guests a luxurious experience while being soooooo close to everything in Peoria! Did I mention just 3.2 miles from everything? If you are a professional player, a team coach or just an avid sports fan this is the perfect property for you. DISCLOSURE this is NOT a view property. While a beautiful outdoor living space has been designed to take advantage of the stunning Arizona sunsets, this property is located across the street from a Home Depot. It does not overlook a golf course, mountains or water. There is an office located behind the property, which you cannot get to from this property. If you had a window open in the master bedroom you may see an employee from time to time. They are not there all week. If you are looking to relax by a pool, please choose another property. If you want to stay in elegant surroundings complete with Bose portable speaker that connects to bluetooth and can be moved around the house including outdoors, usb connections by each bed, and a house that sleeps 6, this is the place for you! Smoking is allowed outside on the patio. Wifi is bulwark-px and code is Bulwark4life2012. Closet in master bedroom is located in the attached laundry room.

The location was great for our stay. It is convenient to the west side of PHX via the 101. The only traffic related noise was due to thumping bass of a few vehicles that frequent the area. The home was very well equipped for our long stay. The home could be a little better cleaned but it is a pets allowed location so that make this a little more difficult. All in all it was a great stay. I would also encourage the host to provide a guest guide which includes wifi info/garbage instructions/check out expectations.

Needed a place to stay while visiting family for thanksgiving where I could also work from home on Friday. Everything was great with the house, clean and well organized. I was able to hook up to the internet and work with minimal effort. Highly recommend

Really had a great time staying at this property. We were there for spring training and, even though we got rained out one day (!), we had a game room to play in! Perfectly fun! Very clean and unbelievable attention to detail. Everything you could ever need is available and such high quality. As another reviewer noted, the remarkable decor really makes one feel on vacation! We'll be back again.

We came across this listing on VRBO and thought we would give it a shot. Turns out, it was one of the best decisions we’ve made when traveling! Miss Barbara is very easy to talk to, and she’s extremely responsive. Her home is beautiful and clean and comfortable! And though it’s located on the edge of a neighborhood and very busy street, we could not hear the traffic outside! We felt safe and secure in the home! And we will definitely stay with Miss Barbara again in the future!

Host responded immediately to questions and requests. Cute house with great decor! This was a perfect location within traveling distance to spring training games. The house is situated in a more commercial area. We were aware as host stated all in the review of the property. Exactly what we expected!!

The pictures were exact! The place is so well decorated! Barbara was so gracious to let us check in early and was quick to respond. The location is in an store type area which was great for us. You can walk to subway and Walgreens. Even though it’s on a 4 lane road there is not much traffic and the house is so well insulated you can’t hear any road noise.

This was the first time that we stayed at Barbara's place, but my wife and I both agreed that we would be back. Located not far from where my inlaws live the location was perfect for us. First, the listing was very honest about the location. It is in a borderline industrial/commercial area, but once inside you really could not tell. All the good stuff is what you would hope. The place was super clean (kinda felt new) so zero complaints. The place is committed to the color scheme: blue and gold, which was fun and lent itself to a getaway vibe. We didn't really use the game room but could imagine that with kids or teens, it would be fun. The kitchen was well stocked, the wifi was strong, and the washer/dryer set-up worked well. There are no dressers and very little closet space, but since we were no there long, not a bg deal. We had a little mix-up at check-in, but Barabara was responsive and took care of everything right away. We also brought our two dogs and it was great. The yard is not fenced in, but there is a large yard for them on leash. All-around a great stay and we will def be back.

The home was absolutely beautiful and had plenty of games to enjoy with the family. My only concern was the location was right on a heavily trafficked street with no neighborhood parking. Overall great experience.

I was a little apprehensive because of the location, but we had no problems other than there is some traffic noise. Loved the house layout and it had everything we needed. Also walking distance to Walgreens and some fast food restaurants. Loved the patio. It was comfy and relaxing in the morning and especially after a long exhausting day. I just wish it would’ve had an entrance from inside the house. Overall it was a great find and we would book again 😊
