A highly trafficked street is located in front of the home that is visible through the trees from the deck, living area and patio. Please take extra precaution with children as the driveway leads straight to this street and there is no fence surrounding the property.
The owner's vehicles and a boat are parked on the upper right section of the driveway and are visible from the kitchen window. Additionally, there is an RV and trailer being stored at the end of the driveway near the street.
Included in the price of your rental is an Administrative Fee for $59. This is required protection insurance provided by Waivo for up to $2500 in accidental damage. The full agreement and list of coverage details can be found in the Additional Rules section on the checkout page.

The mini split AC went out in the main living area (bedrooms still cool) but property manager and property owner had unit repaired within a day.

Great location by the bike trails. Very close to downtown but just outside with beautiful views. The home is lovely with everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

Nice property - enjoyed our stay
House is nice but could improve on little things
Guest room mattress was pretty bad (you rolled to the middle of the bed)
No Kleenex , only one pot holder (a few more would have been nice)
But all in all .. A nice place

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was super clean and had everything we needed. Enjoyed being able to walk to Atkinson Trail. My teens loved Glenwood caverns adventure park and riding e-bikes along the canyon trail.

This place is super convenient if you're spending time in Glenwood Springs. It's maybe 5 min to the hot springs pools. We had an issue with the key lockbox being stuck so we had to go around to the other side of the house to get in. The property manager was quick to respond giving us tips to access the box, but since our stay was short we ended up not being able to get this resolved. The main level gets pretty toasty during the summer without central A/C but the small units in each bedroom help to cool it down. The basement was nice and cool though! Overall the house had what we needed for a 3 day stay in Glenwood.

The inside was awesome. It was beautiful and had everything we might need to have a great vacay. Kitchen was very well stocked with basics. Great dishes. Lots of towels. Comfortable furniture. Awesome. The outside patio needs a refresh but it is nice. The yard needs a bit of yard work but it is also nice. Overall great place.

This is such a cute home. Love that they had some of the daily necessities available if you may have forgotten something. Nice location if you have small kids to run around and play. Close to downtown for the pool or just to walk the shops!

We totally enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It was very relaxing. We enjoyed all the hot springs and the yampah spa and vapor caves. Our weekend was definitely one to be remembered.

Grandma and Aunt from the East Coast along with our Morrison family of three, thoroughly enjoyed this mountain home so close to town. The home had everything we needed for cooking a few meals at home. As well as just being cozy and comfortable. Great layout for hanging out together and having our private spaces too.

The home was perfect for our little gathering. The home haa an open and spacious feel and the wraparound porch was especially sweet. If you stay downstairs, it can be noisy if people are walking around upstairs. And the home is close to a busy street so there is some traffic noise too. But, all in all it was a nice place to stay.

This place was wonderful for our annual friend trip. We have three couples and there was the perfect space for all of us to socialize and still have individual space. The home was beautiful and well taken care of. We only had one small issue with a lot of hair in one of the beds but it wasn't a deal breaker. Would recommend

In Colorado for a family wedding. Nice to have space for a little one to run and for others to visit.
Family members staying at the house ranged from 13 months to 86 years. Additional family and friends stopped by to visit. We enjoyed several lively games of euchre.

Awesome Colorado Getaway!!
The house had neighbors but seemed secluded and private. The inside has been decorated modern and is beautiful! We spent most of our time doing outdoor activities. When we come back we definitely want to stay here again!
