About this house rental
Stunning lakefront home is an amazing hideaway from the hustle and bustle. Located on a quiet cove off of the main body, your views of sunrises are amazing! 3 miles from downtown Granbury, you are away from it all yet a short ride to shopping, dining and the Granbury town square. Go for a kayak trip-- there are plenty of wetlands and a small island to explore. Sit on the porch and sip some coffee or a cocktail, there are plenty of fans to keep you comfy in the summer. Read in the deep library chairs with a lake view! Tons of board games. Huge table seats 10, excellent for art retreats or large dinners! Lots of seating and plenty of room to spread out. Water is around 7 feet deep at the end of the dock, so last one in is a rotten egg! Kitchen with all amenities, 12 cup coffee pot, espresso maker, electric griddle, blender, full use of french door refrigerator and more. Amazing master bathroom shower lends a true spa like atmosphere. Pack n'play for infants or small children, kids utensils,toys and coloring books to keep them busy! 4 kayaks are provided along with multiple sizes of life jackets. Bring your own floats and sit out in the water all day! Truly a paradise here in Texas. Close to DFW, less than an hour from Fort Worth and so many other day trip destinations such as Glen Rose and Waco. Good fishing off of the dock so bring your poles. Boat launch is a 30 second drive if you bring your boat or jet skis! Local grocery at the end of the road for last minute shopping. Make some amazing memories here at Sunrise Bay!

This was a great home for a three-generation family. Adults enjoyed the deck and view, and everyone enjoyed fishing, swimming, and kayaking off the dock. The kitchen and grill were perfectly equipped to cook family meals. All the bedrooms were comfortable with spacious bathrooms, and plenty of towels for all. Checkin and checkout information was clear to follow. It was a great stay for a family and we’d be happy to return!

The group of women that stayed at this home are board members of a nonprofit, so we spent our weekend working a lot. The space inside the house was perfect for what we needed! The owners were great to communicate with, location was also awesome. Overall a fantastic experience will definitely be back.

We loved our stay at Sunrise Bay Hideaway. Check-in could not have been easier. The rooms were exactly as pictured. The beds were comfortable with lots of extra duvets and throws for warmth. The kitchen is well stocked with paper products, cleaning supplies, dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots and pans. The back deck is wonderful for sitting around the fire table and looking at the lake--even when it is cold and rainy. The town square of Granbury is quaint with fun boutiques and restaurants. Grocery stores are easy to get to and in plentiful supply. We hosted Thanksgiving for extended family, and the kitchen and dining space were ample. It was a wonderful spot for Thanksgiving week. We can't wait to go back!

I hosted a bachelorette weekend getaway for my best friend at Jeremy and Amy’s lake house and it was the perfect place for us! Our group of 10 fit perfectly in the house. We loved having the large dining table and the comfy couches to hang out, talk, laugh and just enjoy the time away from jobs, husbands, kids, and regular life. It was great to have private access to the water, and the secluded cove is fantastic for the kayaks provided and just floating in all the tubes and floatys we brought! The back porch is lovely, we all said that we wished we could have been there in cooler weather to really enjoy it! Thanks for sharing your space!

Wonderful weekend
We had a fantastic 40th birthday and New Year’s celebration with family! We had everything we needed and never had to leave the house. Everyone from ages 4-65 had a lot of fun. The kids loved the game room! It kept them entertained for days. We all enjoyed the kayaks! The adults loved being able to easily supervise children while still relaxing and enjoying the lake view by the fire pit. Amy and Jeremy are wonderful and communicative hosts.

Lake Getaway
The Granbury lake house was such a nice getaway. The master bath is gigantic! The views from the back porch are breathtaking. We stayed with extended family and also had family renting next door. The kayaks were a nice bonus. My family had fun paddling out into the lake.

Hosts were so sweet and helpful. House was easy to find, clean, beautifully decorated and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the deck overlooking the lake was so nice with plenty of seating. The kayaks were lots of fun too. We had a great time and look forward to staying here again!

Beautiful house on a very quiet portion of Lake Granbury. Short drive to the square where you’ll find amazing restaurants and shops. Highly recommend-wish we had stayed longer. The house is huge and sleeps so many. Very spacious. Lots of games and movies too!

Celebrated our daughter’s 16th birthday with her friends. They loved floating in the lake and exploring using the kayaks. There was plenty of room in the house and the girls enjoyed hanging out in the evenings and making s’mores. The cove is quiet with little boat traffic and is perfect for a relaxing weekend in the water.
