The room was clean and provided for everything. The whole building was neat , up to date and clean.
The room I had was so tiny. As a solo traveler I’m accustomed to the room in the roof or the one that looks out over the bins but this room was minute with a skylight but no window. The location was awkward for someone without a car. Being a solo traveler it felt impersonal.

We loved staying at Seascape, very very clean, Spacey warm rooms with so much provided in the communal kitchen and living room.. we would definitely book again
Maybe the shower was a bit fiddly but it was fine
4.3
Light and bright kitchen with a good dining room
Room at the back was a little gloomy
4.3
Facilities excellent. One could breakfast when needed.
4.3
Location very good and everything very clean including the kitchen/dining areas. Parking at rear was a real bonus. Very good communication from owners before our visit. Good TV in our room and mini cooler very much appreciated.
Room was in attic with a beam part way down to the floor in the room and although this wasn't a problem for us, others might find it a bit tricky to move around it, although the room itself was a good size. Shower was on the small side and not very powerful.
4.3
Rooms done to very high spec. Nice bed, good design and great wifi
Shower and toilet tiny! If I was bigger I wouldn’t fit! Not great value for money for what you get I don’t think

Love to see the sunrise from the window of the Deluxe Double with Seaview room (Room 10) in the mornings.
The location is fantastic for tourists going to the beaches or the Land's End by bus or even wandering around Penzance.
I had a wonderful walk from St Micheal's Mount Bay to Penzance along the beautiful coastlines. I highly recommend this route if you like walking in nature.
Poor soundproofing in rooms - the guests next door talked on the phone and closed their doors loudly.
The bathroom of the Deluxe Double with Seaview room (Room 10) is a bit tiny, especially for the entrance of the bathroom.

Great location, with on site parking. Easy access once you got the hang of the code system and layout. Very clean and modern , excellent shared kitchen facility. My only complaint was that it was cold at night, and no option to add any heat, except the towel rail.
Just a bit cold
4.3
Spotlessly clean.
Easy access

The location is good, room quality & cleanliness and facilities are exceptionally good. We particularly liked the shared kitchen which had everything cook top, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dish washer etc and was quite convenient to cook own meals. Shared Dining area to comfortable have meals.
Room had TV, radiator heating, dehumidifier, hair dryer, towels and bathroom was also good.
Nothing

Very clean and well organised. All the other guests were considerate and not at all noisy. Good value for money.
Room cold. Duvet too thin for room temp. Not really suitable for a woman on her own as no staff on site. Pipes very noisy.
4.3
Very quite location and handy environment for cooking and working.
4.3
room was good, easy check in

Clean, nice, next to promenade and Lidl.

I answered excellent to all of the above so that explains my thoughts otherwise I’m repeating.
I suppose what I loved is the cleanliness of the place, met some super people and loved that it was so handy to town.
Communication beforehand was excellent.
There was nothing I didn’t like.
4.3
Large sized room. Easy parking.
On road and as hot needed to open window- too noisy. Damp smell. Right by front door that kept banging. Someone decided to cook in the middle of the night.
4.3
Good location & clean. Smooth access & exit.
An incident occurred that required attention and, unfortunately, we were unable to talk to anyone, or contact anyone. The ‘emergency’ number had a message instructing us to SMS. We sent an SMS but no response forthcoming. The other phone number had the same message. The Chat function on the company website was not answered/did not respond. Our message to/through booking.com did not elicit a timely response either. To date, we have not heard from the Company - and I am still waiting, 4 days later, to discuss the ‘incident’ with a responsible person. We wait in hope. Thank you.

Property was clean and modern. Communal kitchen and dining room were excellent
Pillows very soft
4.3
Nice furniture/design and good condition of the room and the building; well equipped communal kitchen; tennis court next to the building; rackets and balls in the accomodation.
It‘s an online-business only, so nobody is around. That‘s a bit weird, though everything worked well.
Also, there were cameras in the communal kitchen and the living room without any notice or explanation.
Quite expensive in comparison to other accomodation (even with breakfast) we stayed in (e.g. in Newquay).
4.3
Enjoyed the freedom to use the well equipped, spotlessly clean kitchen and dining room. Short walk to ferry terminal and town so with a day trip booked to St Mary’s it was a perfect location
As the stay was good value for money can’t find any negatives
4.3
Location early check in was much appreciated.
Bedside table dangerous as overlaps the bed and I hit my head on it! Bathroom was freezing. Lighting terrible. Bathroom mirror not low enough needs changing for a longer rectangular one for more visibility for short and tall people. Very small room with far too much useless furniture.
4.3
great location, good size room, comfortable bed and lovely communal dining area.
lots of noise from the room above through the floor. some kind of leak or something in the ceiling causing plaster dust to be falling on anything below.
4.3
The location was very good, just needed some clarity on location of parking space address. I only found by accident when looking around the property, I thought the spaces where at the front of the property and all taken as the road was chocka block out front.
The room, was very cold even though the radiator, was eventually turned up fully. Kitchen needs more suitable utensils to use with non stick pots and pans. basic stuff was too large and metal... a few wooden spoons and stuff (could be that the other stuff has been snaffled) not a big issue but it was difficult trying not to damage the pans.
Other than the above the place and accommodation was excellent.
4.3
the room was comfortable, clean, warm and the kitchen facilities excellent. very newly decorated and nicely furnished. easy parking right outside.
the shower was unsatisfactory- either scalding hot or freezing cold.
4.3
The room was very clean and tidy and had everything I would have needed for my stay. Great location right by the sea. Would definitely stay again!
Nothing
4.3
To have a Friged in the room!!
4.3
it was quiet in the night.
Nothing really.
4.3
Very clean beautiful location, stands out by far on the the street
The sea view was questionable.
4.3
Great base and place to stay, thankyou!
4.3
Well located for Penzance beach and town, the room was verry clean, good sized TV, having a fridge on room was great, excellent value for money
The shower seemed to have 2 settings, cold or verry hot despite changing the settings.
The room was a little small and getting to the area where the kettle was was a little tricky
4.3
Nice clean modern en-suite rooms
Quiet yet central location
Safe parking space
Easy check-in via keypad - PIN received on day of travel
Communal facilities in kitchen, for cooking and clothes washing
5 mins to Penzance promenade + coast path. Easy 10 mins walk to town centre shops and bars (I highly recommend the historical Turks Head for great food). 15 mins to bus station for easy trips to St Ives plus the stunning old fishing villages of Mousehole, Marazion etc. Or walk along the path!
