We will message you 1 day prior to your check-in with your pre-check-in information such as the physical address and directions to the tiny home. Then, we will message you on the actual day of your check-in (at check-in time) with the doorcode for entry.

If any problems of concerns arise, we will do our best to take action asap, but please keep in mind that there is no one living on site 24/7.

Lastly, please refer to the "House Rules" that we messaged you on the day that your reservation was made.
