One of the home’s bedrooms and full bathrooms is also located on the first floor; though, most of the living space is upstairs. The second floor has two elegant master suites with king beds and two private en suite bathrooms. Access to the second-floor covered balcony is afforded from the master suites.
A second living space welcomes you to the third floor. There’s a large TV, a futon sofa, which pulls into a sleeper bed, and a wet bar as well as access to the covered balcony seating area. The house and location definitely exceeded our expectations. Super close to the awesome community pool, about an 8-10min walk to pampano beach. We loved our stay. Only issue was check in time was supposed to be at 4pm, upon arrival at 4pm the house was still in process of being cleaned (not the cleaning people’s fault) the gentleman cleaning the property said he was not aware we were checking in that day therefore it was only him cleaning. He called for help and more folks came to help clean. Unfortunately we had to stand outside with our luggage until close to 6pm. Wouldn’t have been that bad if it wasn’t 90F outside. Overall we still had a good time and would definitely recommend this suite to others.

The house is as advertised. It was perfect for the 10 on the trip. However the downstairs bed is quite uncomfortable and the AC was not cooling the downstairs floor like floors two and three. The higher the floor the cooler the temp. The neighborhood was very busy; we had a few kids two night in a row ding dong ditching and another group smoking marijuana a few doors down which was quite stinky if you were outside. There are no golf carts allowed and we did not understand how important those would be since it was our first time there. It would be much nicer if you could actually keep one in the neighborhood. The rental company was very responsive and great to work with; I would definitely rent from them again but just not this house.

We had a group of 13 and had plenty of space to spread out and come together. The house was very nice, very clean & had great amenities. The pool was fantastic and the walk to the beach was very easy. I called the first day with a couple of requests and they were all taken care of that day. The house is in a neighborhood with an amazing pool, great for when you have kids and the waves at the beach are too big. The house has plenty of room to fit 4 families. And a great bunk bed room for older kiddos. My only complaint is parts of the house were pretty dirty, we ended up mopping the floors and covering the upstairs couch with a Sheet because it was very dirty. Overall the house is in a great location, convenient pool, fun for the family.

Property was in a great location. Beach trolley was a great bonus and we really enjoyed the lagoon style pool with a toddler. The house met our needs with nine people and we all had plenty of room. The only negative was that it was a bit worn with regard to furniture, rugs, paint, pots/pans which is probably an end of season thing. We would stay here again.

The house had lots a room to spread out. I loved the open layout on the first floor. Very clean and the kids loved the pool. Appreciated the puzzles and games during our rainy day. The little kids loved the bunk room. A bit of a trek to the beach if you have toddlers but the van service was nice and comes right to your door. Not a bad walk for adults. It’s also in a gated neighborhood which felt nice to be a bit secluded from the busier streets.

Our family of 10 had plenty of room, very spacious.. Shuttle to the beach was very convenient. Picked us up in less than 1 min of the call and dropped us off at the beach access. Lots of kids in this area. Would not recommend if you are looking for a quiet place. Most places only have room for 2 cars. Recommend getting in over flow parking early in the day.

The property was as listed and actually had a bit more room than it looked in the pictures. We had 6 adults and 5 children who all had room to play and sleep comfortably. The pool was decent, but could get crowded. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad, but I would plan on going in the morning when it is less crowded. Overall we had a great time!

The house was beautiful and well-appointed. The beds were very comfortable. Having a gas grill was a bonus. The house also came with two well-stocked outdoor bins with beach and pool toys. As for the neighborhood, the house is a great location to the pool. The pool is large and pretty. However, it didn’t seem to be well-maintained. There was a lot of debris from the trees, etc., that needed to be cleaned out. The house is pretty far from the beach. Not a bad walk for teens and adults, but too much for younger kids. The bus service was convenient as long as you pay attention to the running times. What was disappointing is that where the bus drops you off, there is quite a bit of a walk to get to a spot on the beach that allowed personal umbrellas, tents, etc. Overall, we found going to the beach cumbersome and inconvenient, which was disappointing. Basically, the house is as advertised. But the convenience of getting to the beach with kids is a major drawback.

Amazing Getaway
You never know quite what to expect when you show up to a house on VRBO but we were pleasantly surprised.
This house is located in a gated "neighborhood." Driving up, we were a little caught off guard because the houses are very close to each other. The pictures of the house are a little deceiving in this way and didn't leave the best first impression; however once we walked inside all of that initial feeling dissipated.
The house is absolutely beautiful and exactly as the pictures show. One review said that it was a bit outdated which I strongly disagree with. I believe the owner has decorated with a specific southern style in mind and it is beautiful. The appliances are all top knotch, the bathrooms and kitchen are updated. The house had a grill which was a great surprise! The beds are all very comfortable with the exception of the room with twin beds. There is an Xbox upstairs which was very exciting for the kids but unfortunately there aren't any games.
We had our family of 12 and were able to comfortably spread out into our spaces. There was plenty of room to be together or separate. We were also all able to eat in the kitchen together which rarely happens with parties of 12.
The property is located near amazing shopping and great grocery stores. We loved the fact that we were a little bit separated from the traffic of Destin but within 3 miles of everything. The neighborhood was very safe and everyone renting seemed very friendly.
The pool was beautiful and great after a day at the beach. We never felt like it was over crowded and we always got a seat. The walk to the beach was fine. We never took the Sandy Express but saw it pass by often.
Overall, the place was just what our family needed to take a break from reality.

The house was perfect for our large group. We were able to comfortably accommodate each family. Our only issue was that that we love to grill and the grill was not in working order.

Awesome house and rental group.
This was a great place to stay and very easy to work with. Communication was outstanding and they quickly responded to every need we had. The only minor complaint is the neighborhood's policy of no parking on the street. While they state you can get three cars in the driveway that is a stretch as one vehicle has to be parked sideways behind the other two and this is almost impossible if you have a long truck.
With that said I would absolutely stay here again and would be glad to use DestinComforts for my lodging needs.

Amazing getaway!
Visited Ooh La La July 7th-14th 2018. 4 couples, 4 teens and a few little ones. 3 couples took the 3 bedrooms with baths attached and one couple took the 5th bedroom with 2 twin beds and pushed them together. The 4 teens shared the 4-bunk room w attached full bath and little ones slept on pallets or with their parents. We fit comfortably with room to spare. First floor is the living room, kitchen, dining and master suite. Second story houses another master suite, 4 bed bunk room and the 3rd story has 2 bedrooms, a living room, full bath and fridge and little bar area. We absolutely loved this home. It fit our group well. The walk to the beach was not bad. Probably a few blocks but we enjoyed the daily walk. The pool is located just steps away and the kids loved it. I would not hesitate to re-book this home in the future. We made lots of great memories there.

Excellent for family with young children
This house is a great setup for young children with a crib, beach toys, etc. Access to a resort pool and short walk to the beach.
There was a mishap where they forgot to clean the place prior to our arrival. Once we realized it we called maintenance and they had a crew come in and clean that evening. We just went out for dinner and it was done by the time we arrived back around 9 pm. They refunded our entire cleaning fee! This is the key that they make things right when there is a mistake (we're all human), we would definitely stay here again.

A Family Fun Home
Wow, a great place for a large family and even enough room for the grandparents. There are 4 large bedrooms and a bunk room that sleeps four. The kithchen has everything ne essary to cook your own meals, but very close to many fine restaurants. A short 2 block walk to beautiful white sand beaches. Just a great place for a family vacation.

A beautiful beach home with all the comfort of home
This house has curb appeal, charm, comfort and very spacious! The house is very nicely decorated with an elegant yet simple beach decor. As you enter the house you see an ample living area with a large entertainment center with a large TV and DVD player. The furniture was very comfortable . No smoke or pet odors!! This was a plus for us. I love to cook and this kitchen is very well equipped! The dining has a very long dining table that can sit 10-12 people plus you have 3 bar stools at the kitchen counter! The second floor has large bedrooms with bathrooms and balcony! The bed rooms are a very nice size for a beach home with closets and armoires. The third floor is an excellent use of space with a smaller living area with comfortable furniture. Great for reading or playing games. It also has more bedrooms and balcony!
You also have access to the beautiful community pool and grill area for all the residents in this gated community. You can walk to the beach or take advantage of the bus service that runs every 30 minutes!
This beautiful home is in an excellent location, close to shopping, and dining without jeopardizing the quite and safe feeling in the gated community! We will make this home our Destin, FL. vacation home!! No need to look for anything else...nothing will compare!! :) Thank you!

First Class All The Way
This was our first trip to Destin, FL and now that we have stayed at OoLaLa we will be hard pressed to stay anywhere else on our next trip. This home is first class all the way. It is 3 stories of absolute luxury. There is plenty of room to accommodate the largest of families. The pool is extremely large so there is really never a chance of overcrowding. The location of the condo is perfect, you are just a couple of minutes away from the beach, shopping and dining. We have stayed at several VRBO condos up and down the coast of Florida but this is by far the best one we have been to yet. We have already booked our second trip for the summer of 2016. Can't wait to go back!!
