Enjoy one of the best views of the Gulf of Mexico from our seventh floor Tower 1 beautifully renovated beachfront PCB vacation condo. The oceanfront master bedroom features a king size poster bed with private bathroom along with a peaceful private sitting area overlook of the beach and resort's pools. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the master bedroom overlook sitting area while relaxing in one of the two recliners in the master bedroom with amazing views from the floor to ceiling windows. The master bath has a spacious walk in shower and a large walk in closet. The second bedroom hosts two queen beds with access to the second bathroom of the unit. The den has a work desk and chair to catch up on work as needed or to make this unit the perfect vacation spot for a remote work trip.

Edgewater is centrally located to Pier Park restaurants and shopping as well as the Top Restaurants in town such as Firefly, American Charlie, Saltwater Grill along with multiple fast food restaurants. The Shipwreck Island water park and St Andrews State Park as well as the PCB sport complexes are all just a 10 to 15 minute drive from the resort.

Edgewater Beach and Golf Resorts has some of the most inclusive benefits multiple pools, on site restaurants (golf, tennis and fitness center require additional fees) you will find along the Gulf Coast! We look forward to hosting your friends or family getaway! After booking you will be required to register and pay for parking at the Edgewater Registration website, 2024 rates are $50 for first car and $30 for the second for your weekly stay. Extended monthly stays will require updated monthly parking passes and fees when renting for a long term vacation rental condo stay during Snow Bird season.

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

Guest must be at least 25 years of age to gain access to this resort property and will be denied access upon arrival to the resort by the Security Gate.

My family and I really enjoyed soaking up every minute of our vacation. Wish we could have stayed longer, but days had already been booked up. This is a very beautiful condo with some of the very best views of the ocean. Definitely plan on going back to stay again!

The floor needs to be mopped throughout the condo. It is very dirty as in your feet get black when walking barefoot. (I have a picture that I took of a wet papetowel that I checked the floor with if someone wants to see it.) I was able to sweep and did not get much up. I did see wet swifters that I would have used but no mop to put them on. There was also only 6 towels and washcloths and two hand towels. This is very few with 5 guests. You get more in a hotel room. Thankful that washer and dryer were very nice, because we had to use them every day. Condo was beautifully furnished. The small bathroom could use a newer tub but it was clean.

We have stayed at the Edgewater Resort a half of a dozen times and this condo was by far our favorite. We loved the location and the size of the room. It was our first experience using VRBO and we were so glad we did! We are hoping to stay here again in two years.

The location was wonderful. Central location in Panama City Beach, right on the gulf coast. The room’s views were wonderful and the setup of two recliners in the master looking out the floor to ceiling windows was excellent with the cooler weather and rain when we visited. The condo was very clean upon check-in. The only issues were that the second bathroom’s exhaust fan wasn’t working and the condo didn’t have a hair dryer as advertised. We lived with the exhaust fan during the stay and the management team sent a hairdryer over within a few hours of asking about it. Very minor issues compared to the overall experience of our stay, location and views. The smart televisions in both bedrooms and living room were great, the washer and dryer were huge and seemed new, and the kitchen was a perfect size and well equipped. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay!

We love coming to PCB throughout the year. This was a wonderful place to stay. The condo was nicely updated, the view was wonderful, and the location was perfect. It was easy coming and going, parking was nice, and it felt right at home. Will keep this on the list for future visits.

The four of us had a great time at Edgewater. The condo was perfect and we all slept very well on the comfortable beds. We weren't told about there being a $50 parking fee until we arrived so we suggest that this info be included with the rental info in the future for other renters.

This condo is exactly as advertised, which is darn near perfect. Luxurious master bedroom and bath, and amazing recliners in the master bedroom and living room. The rental company was also great to work with.

Right on the beach, this condo was a great getaway from colder weather up north. The place was very clean and well furnished. Personally, I could sit on the balcony all day just watching the waves roll in, or in the dual recliners in the master suite, looking through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The only downside was that we had to return to weather in the 20s.

Our stay at Edgewater exceeded my expectations, thanks to the beautifully remodeled interior of this property. Unlike some of the other condos, this one showcases a modern and stylish design, making it a delightful retreat. The accommodations were generally pristine. Following our stay, a few items, such as a pillow and some washcloths/towels, required replacement due to a hair dye stain. However, the process was seamlessly resolved through the insurance included as part of our stay, sparing us any inconvenience typically associated with a traditional security deposit. Overall, my family enjoyed our stay here.

My sister and I had a wonderful stay in this condo. When you walk in the door, it feels very inviting because of the beautiful decor and the pool/ocean view. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The master bath is really nice and the shower made the act of showering relaxing instead of a chore. The furniture in the living area is nice and comfortable and the kitchen is great too. You don’t even have to go down to the beach or pool to feel like you’re there when in this condo. My only complaint would be the shower in the second bathroom. It could use an update like the rest of the place and other bathroom. The tub was slow draining and it and the walls around the shower were dingy. Overall we really loved the place but hope for that small improvement so that we can come again with more of our family members!

Loved our stay, only constructive feedback is : smelled musty. Found some organic growth around the corners of the shower insert and a few of the AC vents. Could use a duct cleaning. Washer and dryer was an awesome plus - kitchen is great - tvs in every room was awesome for kids. Primary suite was nice. Edgewater pool, store, and restaurant are always great!

This condo was so much more than the pictures could actually show. This was the easiest condo check in that we have ever had and we rent twice a year. When we walked into unit it was so clean and the views from the livingroom and master bedroom was amazing. Cort was so quick to answer any questions that we had about our stay,definately would recommend this unit to anyone looking as long as it doesnt mess up with my plans for staying again. 😉

This location was just as advertised. It was updated and very clean. The beds were comfortable, and this location had the essentials needed in the kitchen to have some nice meals and modern appliances. The pool and beach were great for the family. The restaurant located next to the pool was also quite good. We ended up eating there a couple of nights and my kids loved it. Overall, this was a very nice stay.

We booked this for our summer vacation. The condo is open on wonderful, decorated in a very relaxing way with a great view! Our family had a blast and would stay here again without hesitation. The only feedback would be to have an 11am check out like most other properties but the management company was very nice and worked with us. If you want total quiet, you may not want to be right at the pool, but it didn't bother us and it all shuts down by 10am. We actually loved the view of the pool with the lights on at night. Thank you again for a beautiful condo and wonderful vacation. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed trip and the condo. Loved the condo and the pool. Only one complaint. There were no areas to sit with chair and table out near the pool atmosphere. There needs to be some kind of lounge spot where people can play board games or car games or just sit and talk without having to be sitting inside the restaurant or paying for a restaurant meal. A few upright chairs to sit in in random places would be really nice. I have back problems and found it difficult, but there was no place to sit. Upright All else was great.

We were in town for a dance competition with hundreds of other families all coming in at the same time. Check in was flawless and convenient. The condo was clean and fresh. Cort kept us on top of everything we needed to know before hand. A few very minor household issues were resolved within an hour of alerting management. 10/10 would stay again!!

We enjoyed our stay despite the few thunderstorms. The pool was nice and accessible to where we stayed. The place was clean and relaxing. The ice maker didn’t make much ice, suggest bringing your own ice bag. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans. We just improvised when we had to strain our pasta because there was no colander and could have used a cookie sheet, suggest adding one of those too for baking biscuits on for breakfast. The sinks in the bathrooms were lower than usual sinks and counters may be because it’s outdated but overall a pleasant place to stay and visit Panama City Beach. We would recommend to our friends. Cort and Chase answered questions when I messaged them.

I’m old school but the checking in and out process was even easy for someone like me. Great location plus view from the balcony and master bedroom were wonderful. The unit itself was amazing and very relaxing. Kevin was great to work with and will guide you through the process and answer any questions that you may have.
