We loved our getaway. The property was nice and so much is walkable. Our kids loved the house and the "kid bunk room."
On the email I received it said that check out procedures were posted on door, but we never could find any, so hopefully what we did (based on email) was acceptable!
We would definitely come back!

Overall, great stay. Cleaning was not up to MY standards, but maybe my standards are too high. Noticeable things were splatters on the kitchen walls, smudges on the fridge handles, crumbs on the counter, stools and table chairs, grass on the couch, moldy smell in laundry room (probably from keeping the washer closed). I just feel like the high touch surfaces should be clean, clean, clean.
Location is close to La Beau’s, Zipz, etc so that was nice and convenient. Beds are nice and comfortable after a day at the lake. Pantry isn’t accessible which would be nice, but wasn’t a huge issue. With more people it would be nice to have more space for food storage.
We would stay again due to the location alone.

We spent three nights at this property, and it was good for the group of three guys. One bedroom has bunkbeds for kids, but we made it work. About a 15 minute drive to Beaver Mountain. Easy check in and exit. Property is pretty new, so make sure you bring spices and miscellaneous kitchen condiments that you would expect at a more traveled VRBO.

Beautiful home. Close to everything. Master bed is very firm so the hubby didn’t sleep well. All in

Very close to Main Street with restaurants and close to marina. Very nicely decorated and comfortable bedding.

Clean and as described. Great place with access to amenities in town. Only issue was that the garage door is broken and would not shut the entire time we were there. This was a security concern for us, as we needed to leave some of our boating things exposed overnight. From the discussion with propriety management, this has been an ongoing issue….so it is disappointing that it continues to be an issue.
However, I would stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend to others. . Every other aspect of the stay was great. Very clean, and exactly as described in the photos.

We had a great time in bear lake. This rental was in a great location near shopping and food and a short drive to the beach. It worked perfectly for our family.

Beautiful and Damp
The decor is beautiful. Beds are comfy. Kitchen very well equipped. So sad that all and I do mean all of the towels were not dried. They were folded and put away very damp. And therefore they did not smell very good. The glasses had been washed and put away undried as well. They had fog and water droplets in them as they sat on the cabinet shelf upside down, trapping the moisture inside them.
We had to wash off all kitchen counter and table top surfaces, due to spots of what appeared to be milk and such greeting us as we arrived.
Overall everything except the cleanliness gets a high rating. The proper attention to cleanliness was a very strong weakness and really hurts the overall score.
