Host fantastica, posizione centrale, pulizia della stanza, arredamento curato e studio ben attrezzato. Le dimensioni non sono enormi ma c'è tutto quello che serve. Siamo stati molto bene.

Il balcone interno affaccia sul retro del ristorante, aperto fino a tardi. Con le finestre chiuse non si sente rumore e non ci sono problemi di privacy, ma si deve necessariamente dormire con finestre chiuse e l'aria condizionata accesa. In caso, meglio scegliere la stanza al piano superiore.che affaccia sull'altro lato.

Appartamento fantastico a un prezzo ridicolo

La struttura è andata ben oltre le mie aspettative. Myrto é semplicemente stupenda, al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare le capsule per il caffè espresso, qualche cosa per fare la prima colazione nonostante non fosse prevista e inoltre due ombrelloni da poter usare gratuitamente tutti i giorni. La pulizia era eccezionale non c’è stato nulla che non andava. Ci ha cambiato gli asciugamani spessissimo nonostante non fosse previsto. La posizione è strategica: l’appartamento dispone di un grosso terrazzo dove poter ammirare il mare e il piccolo porticciolo e nonostante questo basta chiudere la finestra la notte per non sentire nessun rumore. Non c’è assolutamente bisogno di prendere la macchina se non per andare in altri paesi. Il Wi-Fi è gratuito e funziona alla perfezione. I letti sono molto comodi e anche i cuscini. Nonostante facesse molto caldo si è potuto dormire senza aria condizionata perché l’appartamento rimane molto fresco. Nonostante l’isola non sia delle più belle che io abbia visto penso che tornerò solo per fare visita a Myrto dato il rapporto qualità prezzo veramente stupefacente. Grazie

Exceptional

It’s central, spotlessly clean and has a lovely little outlook. There’s a great buzz around the little port/village and whilst you’re in the centre of it all it’s very quiet. Everything you need is in the little kitchen and there’s many cafes, tavernas and a couple of supermarkets within a couple of minutes walk. Highly recommend.

Nice big bed. Nice terrace. Friendly staff. Good airco. Good stay for the price. Agia Effimia is a very nice placebo stay! Cozy and lots of little restaurants without feeling too touristy.

There were ants in the kitchen and bathroom.

Great place to stay.

Perfect for the harbour. Hardy for shopping for food and bars. Harbour master was brilliant when the flotilla were in. The apartment was really comfortable and the cleaner came every day to empty bins etc. And we had sea glimpse. Parking was fine never had a problem with the on street parking. We will be back.

One bedroom room close to everything

Cute one bedroom apartment, on the smaller size, however it was perfect for my spouse and I Close to shops, restaurants and beach Good working aircond and small kitchenette Balcony had partial sea/harbour views

There was no parking on site, however easily found nearby Everything else was fine

Nice comfy studio in Agia Efimia

Nice clean room, spacious and comfortable. Kitchen equipped with everything you could need in a short stay. Two nice balconies. Location nice and central. You can park the car in the streets with no problem. Daily clean service. We had a little issue with a smell coming from the drainage in the bathroom, but the owner has been very kind and tried to fix the problem immediately. Comunication was always fast.

Central location in Agia Effimia.

Spacious well equipped apartment. Friendly, helpful host. Clean, bins emptied daily. Our apartment had a harbour view. Good central location.

The balcony with the harbour view was quite narrow.

Great location, few things missing

The staff who run Pelagia’s were really accommodating and sweet, letting me into the apartment early which was a huge help after an early ferry to Kefalonia. The studio apartment was small but had two balconies, if you’re a two and need a bit of your own space! The location is brilliant, very central in Agia and a few seconds walk from the bakeries, supermarkets and cafes. It was surprisingly quiet at night too.

There were a few small things missing that would make it easier, particularly in the kitchen - tea towels being a big one! I had to dry cups/dishes with my bath towel. It is a little dated and some practical things could do with looking at as well, for example the seal on the shower door which leaked, etc. However it is a good location with kind staff and cheap rates - these things are all small and fixable!

Perfect location in Kefalonia, pleasant balcony and well-equiped studio

The best asset of this studio is the location: Agia Efimia is between Sami, Melissani Cave and AntiSamos beach on one side, and Myrtos, Fiskardo and Assos on another. The balcony is also lovely: in a quiet yard, we can see the small port and the sea. There are a lot of small shops, beaches and restaurants close to the apartment. The kitchen has pretty everything we needed.

The first day we arrived, the room was a bit dirty (hair on the floor and in the bathroom). But our stay was amazing and we don't have much negatives comment to say, we will go back here next time we come to Kefalonia.

Stayed at this property before. The owner and her daughter were lovely and helpful. To be recommended. Only 4 rooms just how we like it quiet and peaceful. Value for money.

Clean and convenient

There where two balconies, it was clean and it was located almost next to the harbour so you could watch yachts docking. It was pretty quiet even as it's in the centre, and the restaurants, bakery and supermarket are almost on the doorstep.

Parking wasn't possible at the apartment, and due to the covid procedure there was no one to direct me to the nearest place to park. The old lady nextdoor gets super angry if you park next to the property. Also due to covid procedure you've got to dispose of your own rubbish, but I never found the nearby municipal bins.
