Please call or e-mail John when your travel plans are set, but no later than the day before you arrive, and let him know your flight or other arrival time, and then,
Please call John again when you depart Salt Lake City airport for Park City.
Depending on your arrival time in Park City, there are two ways you can retrieve your keys:
1. The first option and the one most likely to happen is you will be greeted by John at the town-home.
2. In the event of a late night arrival John will provide a code to the garage which will allow you to enter the town-home. John will then greet you the next day to ensure you are comfortably settled in.
CHECK-OUT – Check-out time is 10:00 AM. This is necessary so the cleaners can come in and get the town-home ready for the next guests. Please leave the beds unmade and start the dishwasher. Please leave the keys on the counter and lock the door. Finally, please let John know when you are leaving. (Cell: 435-659-6246)
BOOT DRYERS – There are 8 boot dryers available. Please unplug these after use and be sure the attachment/extenders are on the system so the boots are well off the ground. These dryers use convective heat so you will not hear any fan turn on nor will the inside of the boots get hot. Simply leave your boots on overnight and they should be completely dry in the morning. Also, these are not made for drying gloves and will not work correctly for that. Please dry gloves in the clothes dryer.

Enjoyed the place. All five of us got our own room and bed. The location was great with three minutes to the grocery store, five minutes to the ski rental store, and about ten minute drive to the Park City Canyons.

Very nice house in good condition. Everything works fine and we had no issues. The hot tub was especially inviting.

We booked this house to spend Christmas with our families and we had a wonderful time!
The place was bigger than the pictures had us think, it was decorated for Christmas, and it‘s really close to the Kimball Junction shops.
We will definitely look for this place if we have another larger family vacation.

It was a very nice Condo in the middle of Park City. It had a nice pool for the kids and the personal jacuzzi was so nice. The rooms were comfy.

The home was everything we thought it would be and more. The owners thought of everything! We'll definitely request this place when we come back next year.

Perfect location. Beautiful front yard. Just step out front door snow filled play area for the kids. Very close to Walmart. Short drive from salt lake airport. We enjoyed our stayed.
5.0
Very pleased with our stay. Clean, well kept, and updated. The bunk bed was a big hit with our kids and the large table made it easy to eat together. Kids loved the games available. Easy access to a ton of great outdoor activities in a great neighborhood with beautiful views. Only feedback is the grill was a little unkempt and missing the pilot button making it unusable and there was no travel crib as stated. Neither were major issues and as the title said, we would gladly stay again.

Awesome
As advertised, no surprises. We had an absolutely awesome family reunion at a perfect place for cooking great meals together, eating and talking at the large dining room table, doing puzzles on the huge living coffee table, relaxing in the jacuzzi, cooking on the grill, and enjoying our private spaces. Can't talk to TV/Cable set-up as we never turned them on, but internet was adequate. Short walk to the community center and outdoor heated pool which we thoroughly enjoyed. Good support during booking and checkin process.

Great property in a great location
This property was absolutely awesome. We had a group of 8 adults. The layout of this unit allowed us to to congregate in the kitchen and living room easily. The bedrooms provided comfort and privacy and the hot tub on the deck was incredibly relaxing. Since our vacation was centered around skiing, we were about 10 minutes away from Park City and less than 45 minutes to Snowbird. Our dealings with the owner and property manager was pleasant and thorough. We found them to be very accommodating and genuinely interested in our satisfaction. If you are looking for a unit that can easily accommodate a family or group of 8-10 adults, I would highly recommend this property!!

Great Home for a group stay!
The pictures were perfect descriptions of the townhome. Great location, close to downtown Park City and Kimball Junction. 12 adults stayed comfortably. We had lots of open space to hang out and really enjoyed the hotub! Very enjoyable stay :)

Good value for large group on ski vacation
We stayed here with 2 other families for our ski vacation to Park City. The location is great with just a short drive to the ski resorts (Canyons/Park City) and to convenient shopping areas. Larry was great with his communication and his manager John was easy to reach when needed. We were a bit unlucky on arrival with a few broken things from the previous group but John took care of it within the first day. There are some wear and tear items like dull knives, stove lighters, ice dispenser issues but nothing major. I mentioned to Larry that the locks on the bedrooms and baths can be opened from the outside by just turning the handle downwards but I'm not sure if that is a childproof feature? I would have preferred less carpet in the high traffic areas like the stairway and hallways but that's just my preference. Overall I still enjoyed our stay at the condo and would recommend it for large groups. I would not describe it as ultra luxurious but it is a solid value for the price range and just needs some minor tune-ups.
5.0
We really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect place to stay for a ski trip.
Townhouse was a good size. Large enough to fit 14 adults. Kitchen had plenty of kitchenware for us to use. Only a 10-15 min drive to the Park City Resort depending on the traffic. Hot tub was perfect after a day of snowboarding. Overall, the townhouse was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Ideal location, easy access to Park City and all it has to offer.
We enjoyed the quick access to the trails. The club house and pool were great too. We were glad to have plenty of bedrooms and AC in the upstairs. The ice/ water dispenser on the frig does not work, went with paper plates as there are not many plates available. Bathrooms need some attention, lint build up around the vents. Understand that the housekeeping crew only has a few hours to get it ready, maybe when it is not in use for a few days.
Overall, we had a great time and would consider staying again.

We loved it!!
Our whole family loved this house- unfortunately, it was very hot, in the high 90's, and there was only air conditioning on the top floor of the house, making the other two floors quite warm and uncomfortable - other than that, everything was great-
2.5
Nice condo with lots of room for the everyone to have their own bedroom. Great location just off I-80 and close to shopping and restaurants

We lived working with these folks. The house was a perfect fit for us to meet our children and their families. Close to alit if attractions and Salt Lake City. The house manager was there on our arrival and had all the information about the house printed and ready for us to enjoy the week. Would stay again in a heartbeat!
2.0
Overall we had a very good experience with this town home. It was clean, had plenty of beds (although the den in the basement would be better with a set of bunk beds along with the queen size bed instead of the queen and 2 twin beds. There would have been a little more room to move around in there). The kitchen was good sized and well stocked with almost everything we needed to cook. Having access to a hot tub, pool and weight room was a definite bonus. I would rent this town home again.
2.5
This condo was very spacious and clean. I am accustomed to staying at Starwood resorts such as Westins and found this property to be right inline with my expectations based on other reviews. The location is perfect as it is centrally located to the Olympic Village, Tubing, and most importantly skiing. There are numerous food choices close as well. It slept 10 very comfortably and our children loved it. Larry is very easy to work with and his manager John's service was great. I hope to come back next year and stay. The furniture was comfortable and very stylish. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean. The gas grill was a great touch so we did not have to eat out all the time. This was my first time renting not from a major hotel chain and Larry has set the bar very high with the quality of his property and service. The neighbors were very friendly as well. We met people while we were out exploring.
2.5
This townhome is close to the ski slopes and shopping too. There was plenty of room for our two families to share and be very comfortable. The furniture and amenities were first rate. The kitchen had all the amenities and we loved the Jacuzzi at the end of a long day. It was well stocked and all we had to do was buy food, everything else was there. It is our second time renting it and will rent it again.
2.0
We had a group of 14 meet for a week of ski & snow fun. The location was perfect for all the activities the group pursued. We were pleased with how well the kitchen & family room accommodated us. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook & serve our group. We really appreciated the supplies in the pantry & spices in the cabinets. The beds were all comfortable - a treat after a day on the slopes. Any maintenance issues were dealt with immediately. The only downside was the tight squeeze in the den, which was outfitted with a queen & 2 twin beds. With that much furniture there was no room for luggage nor a space to unpack. Thank you for hosting us.
2.5
The living space in this condo is marvelous with a spacious open floor plan. The living room provides very comfortable seating for a good size group of guests that enables all to appreciate the gas fireplace, big screen TV and picture window. The property was very clean and well stocked with towels for all the bathrooms and the hot tub. The kitchen was particularly well stocked with all kinds of kitchen utensils. We also appreciated that this is an end unit - more windows and quieter than others we have rented in the past. The parking (2 garage spaces and 2 spaces on the driveway) was excellent. The private hot tub was definitely a highlight after a day of skiing! We very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo!
2.5
This was a family vacation. Had a great time. House was clean with a fully stocked kitchen. This helps a great deal. We would go back.
