Nestled in the gated community of Pismo Shores, our Oceanfront Oasis awaits you! Unit 126 is just a stroll from the clubhouse, swimming pool, and beach pedestrian gate. This three-bedroom, two-bath haven has been tastefully updated. Enjoy expansive ocean views from the master suite and living room.
The Pismo Shores community features a swimming pool, spa, and clubhouse with a living room, kitchen, and game room. The complex, secured by gates for utmost safety, provides private beach access.
In the master ensuite, find a luxurious king bed. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, while the third bedroom features a full bunk bed (full top and bottom) and twin trundle. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room—providing a total of 6 beds.
The home includes internet service and SmartTVs, plus cable channel lineup, and several entertainment apps. Guests can use their private logins to access entertainment apps like Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube.
Ideal for family getaways or couples' retreats.
Additional notable features: No air conditioning. Maximum 2 vehicles allowed. Keyless entry for convenience. The homeowners' association heats the swimming pool from Memorial Day through Labor Day weekends, while the spa remains heated year-round. If you like waking up in the morning and having a cup of coffee right on the beach, walking to shops and restaurants, hanging out on the beach, and having a glass of wine and bbqing at sunset then this is the place for you. The property is equipped with all needed amenities and more, and we loved the gated community with a jacuzzi. This lovely property will even hold all Seven Sisters and more!! :-)

This beautiful condo is within walking distance to shops and restaurants in town as well as the pier. It was so nice to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The family room and patio were the favorite gathering spots. It was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. I would definitely recommend it. A wonderful place to stay.

We loved our trip to Pismo beach and staying here couldn't have been better. We truly enjoyed being able to just walk right down to the water's edge and stroll the beach searching for shells and watching the birds frolic on the shore. The sunset was gorgeous and if you like cinnamon rolls - they are right around the corner. We would love to live 's so idyllic!

This three bedroom two bath house with beautiful ocean views was a lovely long weekend retreat. It was a halfway point between Southern California and Northern California family. The beaches, beautiful, with wonderful sunsets. The house is very comfortable and well, equipped and furnished.

Perfect location, literally on the edge of the beach. Walk to the beach through a community security gate. Upstairs and downstairs terraces with beach views, perfect for the sunset. Comfortable beds with a large walk-in closet in the master. Lots of extras - a pile of beach towels, beach stuff, shampoos, lots of extra bath towels. Kitchen very well stocked with pots/pans, cutlery (two drawers full of cutlery!), gadgets, etc etc. The only thing we missed was an electric kettle for making tea, but a saucepan worked just fine. The WiFi measured at 60 Mbps download. Short walk to the town for restaurants, and those we tried served excellently cooked food. Community pool was warm and quite large. Large Jaccuzzi (very hot). Miles-long beach was excellent for walks. Excellent surfing.Trader Joe’s a short drive away (the in-town supermarket was underwhelming, but only a short walk away).No experience with the support staff, we never needed to call them - everything was perfect all the time.We just hung out there nearly all the time. Temperatures were cool to warm and it was windy.100% recommended as a base for a beach vacation.

This Beach Front Property was a perfect fit for our family. One block away from the Pismo Beach Boardwalk, restaurants, shopping, and pier. This is a gated community which backs to the beach, so we felt safe and secure. The condo was well equipped with all the household essentials, from plenty of towels to first-aid supplies. The garage had beach toys for the kids, wetsuits for adults, and a boogie board for the surf. This unit had a outdoor wash area which came in handy with three kids and all the sand. It was like being at home, but next to a beach. It was everything they said it would be.

Amazing spot on Pismo beach! The house was perfect for the 5 of us. Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. Best part of the house is the back patio. The living room opens up to the back patio which is right on the beach. The view is amazing. This vacation house has everyone. Beach towels, beach chairs and toys for the sand. We will be visiting again!!!
