House Dauru rents a modern apartment with a south-facing terrace, located 10 minutes' walk from the centre of Ortisei.
Completely renovated in 2021, this holiday rental stands out for its modern, high-quality interior.
In winter, the location is ideal, as the ski bus (in addition to the regular buses) stops 50 metres from the house and takes you for free (using the free tickets provided at check-in) to the Dolomiti Superski lifts, such as the Seceda and Rasciesa cable cars. Buses run at a variable frequency of one every 10-20 minutes.
In summer the proximity of the bus stop and the centre (10 minutes on foot - approx. 600 metres), with the Luis Trenker promenade and the ski lifts, is particularly advantageous.
The flat is also particularly suitable for families with children and groups, given the generous size of the flat, and is particularly convenient for persons with mobility problems, as it is completely on the ground floor.
You will find a bakery 50 metres from the house, where you can also buy a range of other groceries. The greengrocer is 150 metres from the house, and for the rest you will find everything in the centre of Ortisei. House Dauru also has outdoor parking, Wi-Fi, bike and ski storage, washing machine in the apartment and linen and towels for free use.
Pets NOT allowed.

Reviews
10.0
This review consists of 2 reviews:
1 for the apartment which is 5 stars
1 for the property management company which I rate at 2.5 - 3 stars
The apartment was clean, comfortable, quiet and well furnished. The washer was a godsend after 2 weeks of traveling (this was the 9th town we had visited on this trip).
As far as the property management company is concerned, there are unnecessary hoops that need to be jumped thru and are a pain if you're not renting a car. First, the online link was confusing and kept wanting to charge me for the fee that had already been paid. Then you must first find the location of the company to access the key, which even the local cab companies have difficulty finding (5 stars for the cab driver who helped problem solve). Only a small sign marks the location, which is on the top floor and they want everyone in the group to march to the top (the employees are pleasant though).
After your trip is over, then you must drop off the key at the property management company, which is once again a pain, if you don't have a rental car.
Seems like a lock box on location would solve a lot of headaches
While the property management company is a extra pain, the apartment is worth the trouble.
