I paid for 5 night and use only two night .. there was no refund for the three nights. Left property with near death sickness . I regret chosing the property.. the manager is evil man, treating guests as prey

The shower can be made hot and atleast some coffee table and chairs in the room

Break fast was basic and the location was great for purposes of where I intended to go
Attention is needed on the facilities. Complete the renovations before opening up for guests. The neighbouring discotheque makes very difficult for one to catch a good night's sleep.

The reception is really great, right from when you step into the premises.
Constant check ups by the staff to ensure you're comfortable
Really good service too.
The food is a little over priced.
Light switch was a little far from the bed.

Wonderful place to find peace and calmness. Access to the centre and to other places was not at all a problem. Support staff were very hospitable and welcoming. Welldone!
The water sink in the bathroom is a bother. There is a blockage somewhere in the bathroom. Water gets stagnant after the shower. However, overall it was wonderful considering other comforts it provides.

The staff were brilliant, especially Mr Zero

Nothing Please read the comments below, this property is a complete scam.
This place was probably once nice, it is now a dirty and decrepit dump. Peeling paint, broken tiles, no hot water and broken windows puts this place on a par with an African truckers pit-stop, not a seaside resort. It has a pool, but the pool has so much chlorine in it burns your skin, probably to save on filters. The mosquito nets are covered in dead insects, the towels crusty, but to top it all, we ordered food for three, and after two and a half hours wait, they finally served only two plates, claiming that one of the fish had 'gone off', no attempt to discuss this with us before cooking them, no offer to turn it into a fish stew for three, not even an apology, they just served two people and left one with nothing!!! so I went to bed hungry so my guests could eat.
Breakfast appears on the menu in your room folder with a picture of a plate piles with the 'full english' promised here. also fresh fruit, pancakes etc. As you might expect for $10 here in Africa. What we got was one small sausage, one hard fried egg and two stale pieces of bread. And that only after waiting an hour. When I complained I was told it was a 'special offer'.
Oh and it is miles out of town and miles away from the beach, the wifi is awful, there are signs all over the place saying food and dring from outside are not permitted, you cannot use the pool on a Sunday or in the mornings until 2.00 or in the evenings, if you stay one minute past check out time they charge you for the next day. There is a book of rules in your room all of which are ridiculous.
So Mr Geoffery the manager who does not even show his face, I think a public apology and a full unconditional refund is in order, don't you,? or are you going to flood my whatsapp with more objectional nonsense?
I am a seasoned traveller and used to some pretty rough hotels, but to pass yourself off as a luxury resort and provide a dirty dump run like a prison camp is just plain dishonesty.

The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. The gardens are well kept and the place was clean. Food was good.
The place needs a lot of maintenance work to be done - some doors didnt have handles, some taps and lights were not working, There was no hot water in the shower.. The swimming pool needs to be cleaned properly and chlorine to be added as there are too many insects in the pool which do tend to bite.

The staff was very helpful. The garden is the plus
