7-room house 240 m2 on 3 levels. Cosy furnishings: large living/dining room with satellite TV and DVD. Large kitchen (oven, dishwasher, Gas stove, 6 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, steamer). 3 sep. WC's. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom. 2 rooms, each room with 4 beds. Bath/shower, 3 showers, sep. WC, double hand-basin. 2nd upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and shower/WC. 1 double bedroom. Heating. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi). Parking. Please note: non-smoking house. 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. In the living-dining room counter with beer tap. Beer kegs up to 30 liters can be ordered from the landlord.
