The property itself was very homey and close to the jetty but far enough away to not worry us about the king tides this weekend.

The housekeeper came 2 min after I clicked the check out button, we were doing our final walkthrough and it made it awkward because we weren't 100% sure that she was who she said she was. We were nervous to leave in case the woman took something from the house and it would be blamed on us.

The location was quaint, close to Barview Jetty and campground for walking and exploring. Lovely snapshot bay view, beds were super comfy. Hot tub well maintained.

Wall heater in kitchen non functional. FIre pit is...just a brick box. not a lot of fun to fire gaze through a hole in a box while in the hot tub, so ambiance was slightly lacking. No washer or dryer access.

I was traveling a great distance and could not make the check in time. I called the day before and was told that was ok and iwould recieve a confirmation email that would give me instructions for entering the property. I did not recieve this information. When I finally arrived I called a number from one of the emails about my stay. I stood on the doorstep while talking to a computer system. Two options press 1 for emergency and 2 for less urgent. Pressed 2 and waited… waited… waited.. and was eventually disconnected. Tried again pressed 1, finally got to speak to a person. They tried to confirm my identity but I could not understand them apparently because I failed your test of my identity. I was standing on a doorstep in windy 27 degrees Fahrenheit weather. I was finally able to confirm through a lengthy process that I was indeed myself. I was finally able to enter the property. I felt the operator trying to help me was rude. She would say polite things… but in a sarcastic and condescending tone. Like it was funny to her that I was freezing my ass of on a doorstep after driving 12 hours waiting to enter a house I had already been charged 500 dollars for. All because your group did not follow through with providing the information that was promised

House was nice and clean

Didn't have some of the basics for the kitchen so had to buy sugar and spices to be able to cook. There really is no backyard and you can't see anything from the windows except when the train goes by. TV's are only set up with Roku so if you don't have apps that you pay for there isn't a lot of choices to pick from.
