MAIN BEDROOM: Built with a queen size bed and its very own private entrance. 2ND BEDROOM: This “bunk room” has 2 bunk beds and is located on the opposite side of the main bedroom for maximum privacy. (Perfect for kids & teens!) Top bunk weight capacity is 275 LBS Bottom bunk is a little bigger and is considered an XL Twin. This room includes a TV with DVD player and a 1/2 bathroom. Need extra sleeping spaces? The sofa and dining table in the living room also convert into beds if necessary. (Size of person will determine how many people can sleep in each furniture conversion) 1ST BATHROOM: Ample with a shower, toilet, medicine cabinet with mirror and a closet for towels. It has 2 entrances (1 door leads to the main bedroom and 1 to door leads to the living room) 2ND BATHROOM: Is located in the bunk room and is a 1/2 bath built with sink, toilet, mirror, and a little bit of extra storage for toiletries. Perfect for kids or guests staying in the bunk room. LIVING ROOM: Includes a sofa with cup holders, ottoman, entertainment center with 40' smart TV, radio and DVD player. KITCHEN: Includes a 3 stove top burner with a small oven. Large sink, extra cabinet space and a refrigerator. The kitchen is also stocked with a mini-Keurig, toaster, 1 small pot, small pan, cooking utensils, eating utensils, 4 plastic cups and plates. The kitchenette seats 4 people comfortably.
