Good central location, well appointed and spotless. Quiet in the evening and a comfortable bed too!

"Kitchen" area is small but pleased with the provision of teas/coffee, fresh milk and fruit.

The entrance porch, which is also where the key safes are located, is unlit at night. Had to use the torch on my phone to see ! That was the only minor gripe - otherwise perfect.

We ate out during our stay amd the bars and restaurants in Sandwich were fabulous! The flat was beautifully clean and quiet and very central

Comfortable and good value

Clean and comfortable and great location with all local facilities close by and easy walking distance. Room is compact, which was not a problem for us. Think of this as a small double bedroom (with a fridge, microwave and kettle/ coffee machine) with an ensuite bathroom and you won't be disappointed.

Door to the room needs adjusting so it doesn't rattle if you have a window open.

Brief, very comfortable and very conveniently located.

The location, the ease of access, the friendliness of the host, the range of amenities in such a compact space (Studio apartment after all), the responsiveness and accommodation of the host to the minor matters raised.

Unfortunately the internet connection was not working and so no TV etc. But the host responded immediately to te issue and arranged for rectification and compensation.

Thoroughly enjoyed stay. Would definitely book this property again

Location in Sandwich excellent. Near to restaurants, pubs, take-aways etc. Village is central for visiting Ramsgate, Broadstairs, Margate, Deal, Dover, Folkestone etc Large shower room. Lots of hot water. Paula, the hostess, is very helpful.

Rather a trek from the car parking area to the property. However, it is good to have somewhere to park, as parking in Sandwich is very difficult

Superb

Lovely quiet room within five minutes walk from the station. Little kit heated area made visit self sufficient. Such pretty views of gardens from all windows and somewhere to sit outside. The owner was very attentive and responded quickly when I needed some advice. Also, the directions and description of the property excellent and lock key code sent the day before.

Perfect little room, just worried I may have spilt food on the carpet when taking it out of the microwave, as it's on a shelf and I'm short. Suggest maybe a mat on the floor for the kitchette area.

Cups were dirty. Unsure how to use tabletop dishwasher as no instructions. Unaware no parking on site. No iron in room. Had to be careful with Cupboard for kitchen too close to bed gangway.

The fridge was stacked with the perfect needs...Not luxury but the essentials; the thought of leavimg basic essentials for guests... truly welcomeing and felt like a true "guest". Communication was to the point, polite and sincere. I would be far pushed to choose any other guesthouse within a 10 mile radius.

Very nice location and everything necessary for a short break

Great for local attractions but very quiet and peaceful location. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable large bed. Nicely appointed bathroom and fittings.

No criticism intended but perhaps a personal touch e.g. small jug of milk in tbe fridge.

Great little studio, lovely host brilliant location.

Nice comfortable room sufficient for two adults. Well appointed bathroom lovey comfortable bed. Great location for town centre. Would be excellent base to visit local attractions as many in easy driving distance with castles and wildlife parks, and historic Canterbury. Something for everyone.

Fantastic stay in a lovely quiet central property

Keys handed to me personally as host was on site, but normally the would be in a key box. Plenty of on street parking (charges apply between 9am and 6pm) The host was also able to recommend free parking location close by. There is a lovely outside area and garden.

Excellent location within the town of Sandwich. Host Paula was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Clean and modern furnishings.

The studio was very nice ..just lacked space for a comfortable chair in which to relax but this was not so important on this short stay.

A perfect place to stay in central Sandwich.

The central location was perfect.

There was some confusion over breakfast and toiletries - which were both mentioned as included in the description. The host apologised and said that these were no longer included and refunded some money.

It was a nice size room, comfortable bed. Away from the street so no noise. I would definitely recommend this studio and will stay here in the future. One problem I had was I didn't have internet access on my phone, I live in Spain, so I missed an important message, however I phoned the owner who was very helpful and informative, but that was an error on my part.

Excellent cosy studio

Everything is excellent : town itself, studio location . Flat is nice and clean . Paula is living nearby, very friendly and helpfull host. Would highly recommend.
