The place to be♥️

Un lugar maravilloso, a unos minutos de la playa, pero en la mas pura paz y tranquilidad. Las instalaciones muy cuidadas y con mucho gusto, la comida buenísima, y los dueños encantadores, nos ayudaron en todo momento y nos trataron como familia y compartimos interesantes conversaciones con ellos.

Nos encantó todo, si tuviera que poner algo negativo seria en acceso con la moto, que como a veces llueve se complica, pero yestaban arreglando el camino😉

Fantastische kleine nette accommodatie in zuiden van Lombok.

De rust en de ruimte. De accommodatie wordt met passie gerund door een Belgisch stel. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Eten uit het restaurant was prima. Hier is het heerlijk tot rust komen. Door middel van scooters (welke verhuurd worden door accommodatie) kan je prima de prachtige omgeving verkennen.

Kleines Paradies auf Lombok

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt daher noch um eine Nacht verlängert - das lag nicht zuletzt an unseren sehr netten Gastgebern und ausgesprochen herzlichem und kompetentem Personal! Wir hatten viele nette Gespräche und das hat unsere Tage perfekt abgerundet. Das Resort ist mit einem sehr schönen Garten und super sauberen, modernen Zimmern hübsch angelegt. Frühstück und Abendessen waren top! Alles, was wir während der Tage brauchten (Laundry, Motorbike, Transport) wurde für uns organisiert. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, danke :)

Wenn ich wirklich nach etwas suchen müsste: Im Frühstück war jeweils ein Gericht aus der Karte inkludiert, für uns waren die Portionen aber etwas zu klein, weshalb wir jeden Morgen noch etwas auf eigene Kosten dazu bestellt haben.

Ruhepol im Nirgendwo

Die Unterkunft ist wie eine kleine Insel im Nirgendwo. Das Bett war ein Traum und es war herrlich ruhig! Auch keine Moschee nebenan die einen um 5 Uhr morgens weckt;) Die ganze Anlage sauber und gut überlegt geplant. Der Pool und auch die Terrassen von den Zimmern sind mit Pflanzen umringt, somit hat man eine perfekte Rückzugsmöglichkeit und man ist trotzdem nahe am Pool. Alles in allem ein tolles Konzept. Personal super freundlich. Essen eine Mischung aus local food und belgischem Einfluss, da die Besitzer aus Belgien kommen. Nach 3 Wochen reisen habe ich mir die Unterkunft für den letzten Abend vor dem Rückflug gebucht und war total happy mit dieser Entscheidung. Der Flughafen ist nur 30 Minuten entfernt.

Alles top wenn man Rückzug und Ruhe sucht. Ea gibt allerdings draußen noch wenig Infrastruktur. Das wird sich wahrscheinlich die nächsten Jahre ändern. In dieser Gegend wird gerade sichtbar viel investiert und gebaut.

The road towards the hotel was not in the best shape, only 300m of that. No spot for morning sport, stretch, actually there's terrace where you can do it but no yoga matts offered by resort

The hotel (and cold pasta salad) we didn’t know we needed.

The property is in a beautiful, quiet and relaxed location in the south of Lombok. It is close to two beaches and you can also take beautiful evening walks up the hill or down to the beach. The staff is really friendly. The owners are the best hosts.

A great place for a quiet retreat!

What a fantastic little retreat. Stef and wife are amazing hosts and we thoroughly enjoyed our short 2 night stay here. Will come back if coming to South Lombok in the future.

Not for someone who’s expecting a location in the midst of the Kuta vibe or very close to the beach, but great for relax and quiet.

Everything was amazing!

it was super clean, and the staff was so nice. Helped us with everything we needed (renting scooter, laundry, etc). They have board games which was really fun and the food was amazing. Hosts are really friendly and welcoming. Would totally go back!

The name says it all - it’s Amazing

I was looking for somewhere quiet, peaceful, and off the beaten path to relax for a few days and Amazing was absolutely perfect. The hotel is designed to create a comfortable and relaxing environment. The staff and owners made me feel like family throughout my stay. The hotel is located on a dirt road in a local village, surrounded by mountains and within walking distance of a truly beautiful beach, which makes it feel like a remote paradise. I can’t wait to return some day.

The downside of looking for somewhere off the beaten track and a bit remote is that transport is expensive, so that is worth bearing in mind. But it’s definitely worth it!

beautiful calm and relaxing stay

This resort is beautiful! It‘s located in a rather local but beautiful area close to the beach Selong Belanak. The owner and the entire staff are really friendly and welcoming! The pool and the whole outside area are beautiful and well looked after. The room is amazing too! we also loved the restaurant, the food is really tasty - especially the Belgian (;-) )fries!

The Amazing Lombok Resort has been an AMAZING experience.

The facilities were well-kept and we enjoyed the hospitality of the staff as well as the owner, Steve. Amazing Lombok stands by it's name. Caring and lovely people working at this resort who made our stay AMAZING. On top of that the place was beautiful and well thought to the final detail. Loved to wake up every morning with paradise style views to the mountains, the smell of all fabrics, the shampoo... If we ever come back this place will be our point of reference.

Is not about not liking it, rather things out of the management control which with the time will improve. Accés from the main road to the resort needs improvement and also internet connectivity. So if you are the kind of person who travels half world to keep your face stuck to a screen, at the moment is not your place.

What a beautiful, quiet place. I live in Indonesia for more than a year now, and this was the most quiet and relaxing place I've ever been! Never slept better. Accommodation is brand new, cozy and modern. The owners are really sweet and helpful. Good is delicious.

Not an issue for me, but keep in mind a quiet area also means you are not close to the tourist spots of south Lombok. Though, you can rent scooters or a driver at the hotel. The roads are a pleasure to drive.

everything was so lovely, location is perfect, amazing lombok is like a little oasis in the middle of desert. steph and Karin are so kind, invited me to eat in their house because restaurant was close for first day of ramaddan. they are just so kind and professional. hotel is super clean, room are big and clean, swimming pool is a must, you need to stay in that place if in Lombok at least. thanks steph and Karin and see you soon

Best Staff In Indonesia!

The entire team were absolutely amazing! Big shout out to Herman and Romodan(?) for always being so helpful and friendly. They taught us many words and phrases in Indonesian as well which we really appreciate! They really made our stay even better :) The food was outstanding - we enjoyed the free breakfast daily as well as most dinners most nights. We were not disappointed by any dish at any time. The Nasi Goreng for breakfast was delicious! Lots of books, board games, darts, etc, available to use for free! Scooter rental and taxis all organized by the team as well. Owners are really lovely people with lots of information about the area and elsewhere.

The road to the resort is currently under construction so it is super bumpy and rough at the moment. Very difficult to drive a scooter on after it rains.

Hidden gem of Selong Belanak, Lombok

We had a chance to stay at the Amazing Lombok Resort in low season, and it was truly exceptional. The resort is designed and built in truly marvelous way, it is not only incredibly beautiful, sustainable and comfortable, it also offers a selection of wonderful meals at the in-house restaurant with the highest level of quality and truly outstanding taste! The pool area is simply gorgeous, surrounded by the plants and extra comfortable sun beds. We had a chance to rent a scooter directly at the house property, and explore the island, especially the nearby beaches that are perfect for surfing or casual stroll.

I really enjoyed my stay at Amazing Lombok Resort. I spent New Year there, and I felt so welcome! Staff is really lovely and caring, the food is super delicious and the bed is so comfortable! The location is very peaceful and quiet, you are surrounded by nature and the ocean.

The location is a bit far away from all the tourist attractions, so if you want to travel around Lombok you need a bike. You can rent a bike from them too.

Just Amazing

What a place! A friend of mine and I stayed 4 nights at Amazing Lombok Resort and we both loved it. The food was amazing, the staff are really nice and helpful, the atmosphere is great and the rooms are really nice and clean. Stef and Karin love to make your stay there as good as it can be, so they helped us out a lot and made us feel at home. Can't wait to come back. Couldn't recommend it enough.

Fantastic accommodation and friendly service in wild southern Lombok

The owners - Stef & Karin - and their entire team are friendly and hospitable, and simply very nice people to spend time with. We were lucky enough to experience a local wedding, and had some drinks at a nearby beachfront resort. Very nice. Colin (front desk) was charming and helpful and nothing was too much trouble - terima kasih, Colin! We learned quite a bit about local culture from the team, which we enjoyed. The local area is quite wild, take a walk up the hill, turning left after the football field, and enjoy the stunning views. I almost forgot the food - their kitchen staff really know what they are doing. Amazing food & presentation and the breakfasts are totally delicious :)) Definitely recommended if you are in south Lombok!

Perhaps just that once outside the resort, it really is quite wild, muddy, and unfortunately lots of rubbish floating around. But that's a Lombok problem, it shouldn't put you off.

Perfect spot for a getaway

Both the owners Stef and Karen were really helpful and friendly. They're the perfect host that you'd like to get. The hotel is clean, cosy, serene and warm. The location is really near to the beautiful beaches which is perfect for surfers.

Our stay was a delight, everything is made to make you feel comfortable and relaxed, from the place itself that has been built with so much taste and has many details to make your stay unforgettable. The food honors the name of the resort, it is amazing, we tried many things and every dish was fantastic, congrats to the chef! Staff was great, and helped us a lot to move around the island and the owners are wonderful, super friendly and made our stay so easy, and you can tell why the place is so great, they think on every detail with so much care. (and really good music) If we come back to Lombock, we definitely will stay here again!

It truly is amazing!

Brand new resort run by the friendliest, most helpful couple. The rooms are comfortable and immaculately clean, the pool is awesome, and the food is amazingly delicious. Overall, this is the perfect oasis for a peaceful vacation in the beautiful Selong Belanak area. Highly recommended.

Truly beautiful place! Surrounded by the Lombok Mountains. The propety is pretty much brand new! Nice clean room and en-suite. Such an incredible place to unwind for a few days.

The location is a little remote but the beach is only 5mins away and the staff were kind to give me a lift on the back of their scooter.

Amazing is the word...

This place really lives up to its name. It is amazing, tucked away in a beautiful corner of Lombok. The staff were really helpful and the food was delicious. We wish we could have stayed longer so we could have sampled some more. We will be back. Thanks so much Steph and Karin.
