A Calm and peaceful stay !!!

The location was serene and beautiful. The cottage was spacious and aesthetically designed. The staff was helpful and courteous especially Suraj was very helpful and took careof our comfort and needs very nicely .

Variety in food as very limited. Wifi connection goes off fully sometimes. Property still under renovation.

Great place for family on the way to dham trip

Staff was very helpful, and the place was clean with all the facilities. The usp was attached to the bathroom with the rooms with hot water,

Very nice property at a very nice location.

The location is great.. in the valley..very peaceful and equipped with OD ID games, music, party. Won't forget Max and Daisy to mention. 2 German shepherds. Daisy is permanent there while Max visits with property owners. Both are adorable and very playful..

Nothing much here to say.. just a suggestion for Kitchen - foods mentioned in the menu should be available in the kitchen as well. Slight disappointment when kids ordered custard and that was not available. Even next day it was not made available. Chef refused to cook Puri for one person citing the cost of LPG 🤔. We had to order 2. 🤣 Overall it was a great experience and we will definitely visit again.

Serene and pretty place in hills

We were not sure about the place at first while booking the place. Saraiville was better than it can be seen in pictures. the property has very serene and healing vibes. it gets more pretty after 5-6 in the evening. the food was good but the service cam be improved for better guest experience. overall it was a good stay and we will return again

Beautiful and peaceful place for a holiday

We had a pleasant stay at the accommodation. Few things that particularly stood out for us were - The place is newly setup and hence provides a very clean and premium experience. The two rooms were provided with oil based heaters that really helped with cold at night. The staff is proactive in addressing concerns. There is a jacuzzi available to use. We could personally not use it but that definitely is a plus point of the property. The staff had also set up bon fire and a projector outside for us on request for a movie night

They said they dont take booking from booking.com. they cancelled it without informing us. Luckily i called before going. Owner was rude and irresponsible and didnt give two hoots about it.

Cheaters dont go there

Cheaters don't go there. THEY ARE CHEATERS. I DRIVE FROM DELHI TO DEHRADUN WITH FAMILY THERE. CALLED THEM AND CONFIRMED THE BOOKING BUT ON LAST MOMENT WHEN I REACHED THERE THEY CANCEL THE BOOKING.

I was with family and they did not provided the rooms instead they said we dont take seriously the bookings made on booking.com

Beautiful stay located on outskirts of Dehradun. There was a hot tub jacuzzi in our cottage where we enjoyed. Meals were served fresh and good taste. Service could be a little better but overall a good stay with beautiful views. We extended our stay for 2 more days and cancelled stays in Mussuorie after visiting them.

Stayed at Saraiville for the 2nd time. They have added one more cottage with modern interiors and jacuzzi, this is located next to the river. Has beautiful views on the mountains from balcony. This is our go to place now. Thanks to the host for good food and good vibes

I booked this apartment for a week in a group and to summarize my stay in one sentence; it is a perfect stay for a group who wants to feel home during their vacation! Clean, and accurate information. The manager is also very helpful and made our stay very comfortable.

This is the most beautiful getaway property I’ve ever been to. All thanks to our host Shivam who made my stay with my family and my pet so perfect and memorable one. Rooms were so spacious and well maintained which was really a plus point for me. The garden is plush green with such an amazing view. Really loved it!

God property Poorly maintained

Staff was helpful and willing, once they were told what to do.

Rooms and linen were dirty even though we reached late and had clearly informed the manager to ensure cleanliness. TV was not working. Food prices were exorbitant.

LOCATION AND STAFF GOOD

COMMUNICATION WITH STAFF WAS NOT GOOD .. AS NO INTERCOM FACILITY AVAILABLE FROM ROOM TO KITCHEN AREA, NO DRINKING WATER, NO TOILETRIES SERVED. PRICE IS QUITE HIGH COMPARED TO THEIR SERVICE AND OTHER. WATER ISSUE IN TOILETS, PROVIDED TWO TOWELS FOR THREE PERSONS , AFTER MANY REQUESTS .

Relaxing, can take few days break from busy schedule.

It was like you were staying in the middle of the forest. Natural water flows nearby, kind of small river. Crystal clear water. Kids can enjoy it. Wonderful location. Economical stay. Can stay a few days with family and relax.

Only 4 or 5 rooms are there, it can be improved. Now they are making a few more interesting rooms. all the best.
