We would definitely stay here again!

The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed was just right, shower had tons of pressure and hot water. Especially loved the kitchen area for an added bonus.

Clean, modern, amazing staff.

From the moment we checked in, to the moment we checked out, the entire hotel staff was phenomenal. The rooms were really nice and clean. Great water pressure. The tub was even big enough for me and I'm 6'1". This hotel will ALWAYS be my go to in Lawton and I'll never go anywhere else. Thank you MySuites!

Disgusted regretting the positive reviews earlier stays

I have always had a good experience with this hotel stayed here multiple times in the past 2 months. On my final visit before I checked out I noticed av250 charge from the hotel for smoking. No innquirey or notice or questions asked they wiped my account out. I am a non smoker. I had family pick me up that drove here from Texas and they are smokers. When they arrived I literally packed up and had them load while I checked out. You want to tell me that gives you the right too make a 250 dollar charge . Absolutely disgusted.

I would stay there for one night but coming with a group. I probably would choose a different option

I thought there was a Pool because of the pictures, the breakfast had no options for a diabetics. I realize it was continental, but there are still options with continental. We had plumbing problems in one bathroom 2 nights in a row. Air conditioning we like to froze to death the first night. The media room was a joke. You couldn't watch anything so for television. So you might as well stay in your room. The name machines could have been a lot better choices.

The room was nice. I heard no outside noise.

The Tuesday morning front desk employee, Grace, was exceptional. She was open, friendly, smiling. I could feel that she enjoyed her job. I let her know how much that meant to me.

In contrast to Grace above, the two employees at my checkin Monday night were just ok. They didn't smile. They did their job but weren't memorable like Grace.

Great stay for a great place!

The staff were very pleasant. There was a lot of space in our room. Great value! It was our granddaughter's first stay in a hotel; you knocked the ball out of the park for her.

I wish you had a little larger selection of fresh fruit on breakfast bar

I enjoyed my stay here with friends, it was a great experience and would stay again.

I really liked how spacious the rooms were. We had gotten a two bed queen room and it was more than enough room and space for like 6 people to relax

The floors seemed like they hadn’t been mopped in who knows how long. But it was fine, I just didn’t walk around without shoes or only socks on. The bed and every was perfectly clean and very comfortable

Awful.

We checked in on July 3rd the first night we had absolutely no issues. July 4th comes and we were able to watch the fireworks from our room. Very cool. That night without knowing it we were bit by what we can only assume was bed bugs. Both my kids and myself were bit. They tried to tell me it was more than likely some other bug. We did let management know they came up and looked for a total of 5 minutes at both mattresses saying they didn’t find anything. They didn’t take flashlight to really examine everything. They didn’t look under the night stands or anything like that. So I asked for a pest control guy to come out the next day manager told no problem. Few hours later he told me it wouldn’t be until the following Monday of us checking out that the pest guy could come due to the company being based out of Oklahoma City. That’s an hour and half away from this hotel. I contacted booking for a refund the hotel was happy to do it. We checked out about 5 due to all the back and forth and figuring out a plan. The hotel refused to take care of any clothing or anything that could have been in contact with the bed bugs they have. When asked when the last people to stay in the room he told us the night before us. According to google bed bugs feed every three days so if someone else was there the 2nd and we show up on the 3rd and bit to hell the night of the 4th. First set of pictures are from the morning of the 5th second set of pictures are today 7/6/23
