Super Lage mitten in der wunderschönen Stadt. Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Belle ambition, mais des points de progrès à réaliser pour viser l'excellence !

Bel hôtel qui pourrait s'inscrire dans les "boutiques hôtels" de Dijon, si certains points étaient revus. La Direction veut faire au mieux mais des points de progrès sont nécessaires pour gommer les scories qui peuvent à force nuire à l'établissement. Jeune équipe à l'accueil toujours disponible et à l'écoute, sympathique et voulant bien faire. L'hôtel est de qualité et bien placé, les chambres assez grandes et correctement équipées. Le petit-déjeuner est correcte.

Encore quelques problèmes rencontrés dans cet établissement dont je pense que les travaux de rénovation ont été parfois fait trop rapidement et pas toujours dans les règles, avec des moyens de qualité insuffisants. En effet, climatisation très bruyante dans la chambre, puis qui fuit sur le parquet et finalement qui tombe en panne. Pas d'eau chaude un matin (le chauffe-eau s'est mis à l'arrêt; télévision en panne (cause orage la veille), mais pas vérifié... Ménage réalisé d'une façon très aléatoire et pas approfondie (manque de serviettes, drap posé au sol pas changé et remis...), cheveux ne m'appartenant pas dans la salle de bains, plinthes sales, appui de fenêtre dans la SDB pas nettoyé depuis des semaines, miroir avec traces durant 3 jours, robinet du lavabo mal serré, couchette de douche Kitch, eau ayant du mal à s'écouler dans le bac, etc. On m'a confié qu'il était très difficile de trouver du personnel de qualité et qualifié, surtout pour du mi-temps bien évidemment. Mais c'est un poste incontournable lorsque l'on veut un hôtel de qualité. Par ailleurs, je trouve très très ferme la literie ainsi que les oreillers, mais cela est personnel. Je précise que je suis un voyageur professionnel et habitué de l'hôtellerie. Mes remarques n'ont pour unique but que d'éclairer les futurs visiteurs et aider la Direction à progresser selon leurs ambitions affichées. La preuve, j'y retourne ! Bien cordialement

Bel établissement mais des réglages à opérer sans tarder !

Accueil sympathique par une équipe de jeunes, emplacement idéal dans la ville et rénovation de l'hôtel récent. La climatisation est un plus en ces périodes de chaleur.

La qualité de la literie à revoir ! le matelas était extrêmement ferme et le sommier très sommaire. Le petit déjeuner est très, très moyen... Le rapport qualité/prix, pour 260 euros par nuitée, absence de chausson dans la suite, pas de peignoir, pas de kit soin des chaussures, pas de chausse-pied, pas de miroir plein pied, un seul set de produits de soin pour l'ensemble du séjour, rouleau papier toilette presque fini en place dans les WC lors du check in... Attention pas d'ascenseur !

Good for a short stay over in Dijon, friendly staff and good location

There was a nice and warm welcome when we arrived at the hotel, very friendly staff. Room was clean and no nose. Also the location was at a very good spot.

Room was on the third floor, without elevator. Room was very small and the bed wasn't very comfortable. It was small and certainly not flat.

A good 4-night stay in a nice room with excellent breakfast.

A lovely little hotel (9 rooms) recently renovated and with excellent staff and service.

You need to be aware that there is no elevator so if this is an issue best book a lower floor room.

we stayed overnight back from skiing trip - hotel and Dijon could use much more time

Location excellent, breakfast excellent but best was the subtle choice of fittings throughout this interesting building. When we return we will be visiting the basement again, this time for the wine tasting.

car parking in Dijon is difficult - but free after 7pm on roads if you can find a spot. Best to drop bags and use a multi story close by.
