Everything as described. Patio very pretty.
Bathroom lights incredibly bright and turned on automatically with a click when you went past the door- unsuitable if you get up in the night.
Cottage very nice for 2 maybe plus child but would not recommend it for 4 adults. Second bedroom is minute with just room for the bed, door does not really shut and if it did you wd suffocate - with it open bathroom lights wake you if anyone gets up.

Lovely, comfortable and well equipped cottage in delightful Nayland. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here and would certainly return. Manager and owner both helpful and friendly. Parking was easier than we thought.

Modern finishes with a cosy feel. Provided everything you would need for a getaway. Staff went the extra mile supplying milk and muesli.
Lack in cleanliness. Stained bedding and towels provided, and dirty floors (dead bugs and flower petals- just needed a quick hoover).
