I feel like I was robbed of my money

All the plugging points of the apartment were not working as a result the fridge,kettle,microwave and the TV was not working.I phoned the owner to let her know but she had completely had empty promises to me because nothing was done about that.The owner is Yenziwe for unit 37

Disappointed

Location was perfect, the accommodation size was good. Had what we needed .

Been lied to about the air-conditioning not working. Was told it just was recently faulty, clearly a lie. As the unit outside on the Verandah was rusted to death. The heat was so unbearable, only one fan in the main room. I had to go buy fans at the local mall. The wooden spoons had mold on them. Doors and windows latches rusted and half falling off. Just will not be going back. Easy to take ones money, but without upkeep it's no!

Short and Sweet Stay

The property is spacious. Good Kitchen, dining area, patio, bathroom 1, bedroom 1, bathroom 2. Complex is well equipped and safe. It has tennis courts, swimming pool, access to a private beach, it is quiet and peaceful.

2nd Bedroom is small. Little details, charging plugs were rusty, Not everyone had a wine glass, if you forgot a charging plug, for your phone you did not have one, visibility of wifi code and perhaps a loadshedding schedule (just a nice to have)

Neat Complex and sea views

Mould on walls, spider webs , damp smell. Had to book another unit ,daughter with allergies couldn’t sleep there.Dirty shower floors and sticky cups. Doors not locking and bathroom window not closing. Place is tastefully decorated but needs a lot of upkeep maintenance

It was the most uncomfortable stay ever mainly because of cleanlinesses

The location is the only bonus point for this accomodation.

The host needs to do better.The place was dirty when we arrived we had to wait 3 hrs for the place to be cleaned up.Aircon not working.Linen was dirty.The same duvet covers were used and not changed from the previous people that slept there.Carpets were extremely dirty and very smelly , we had to roll them and take them out because of the smell.Bathroom sink not draining water.Showers are horribly dirty.Place is not well maintained.White linen on the beds looked brown.The sheets had stains.Towels looked dirty, it was extremely difficult to use any facilities as everything looked dirty

The manager that women didn't like us at all myb it's because we are black I don't know. She was complaining about everything we are touching , especial pool , She was on our case straight...

The property is very nice, images of the property on booking dotcom represent the property exactly as it is.

During our stay ,we were not lucky enough to get ahold of the host. Aircon wasnt working, we ended up buying a fan because of the heat.

Uncomfortable, dirty and insufficiently equipped

The location

The oven had dirty casseroles which were mouldy. There was 1 toilet roll for the entire unit. There was only 2 tumblers and insufficient equipment in the kitchen. There is an infestation of ants. There is only 1 couch and the other two seats are not very comfortable. The loadshedding is ridiculous but to make matters worse, there is no gas facilities, no lights, no candles, no inverter to assist. We had no lights more than we had lights and we had no assistance in this regard. We were just left in the dark. It was terrible.

The braai and entertainment area was good. Kids enjoyed the pool.

The room was not very clean. Infested with ants and cockroaches. Aircon didn't work, no fans, back door didn't lock. Dishes were not clean. Towels and linen need to be replaced, very old and over used. The host was never available to take our call. We actually deserve a refund!

Loved the proximity to the beach, but the apartment, can be improved upon

The apartment was pretty and well furnished, the location was excellent with an easy walk to the beautiful beach.

The only airconditioner in the apartment did not work, it was incredibly hot, there were some small spiders in the apartment, and the showers needed to be cleaned, there were no toilet rolls provided, fortunately the shops were close by, the door from the lounge to the patio did not lock.

The apartment was beautiful and modernized, Wenzi the host was so nice, we booked on a Friday to Sunday but we only came on Saturday due to some circumstances so she let us stay another day at no cost which was very thoughtful of her.

Wonderful family vacation

Amazing location and beautiful and spacious apartment for a family of four.

There needs to be fans or airconditioners in the bedrooms - the nights were humid and we battled without any cooling systems in the rooms.

The flat has all you need

No one assisted with cleaning. I was will to pay extra if need be, but there was no one on site to offer services.

Everything about that proparty, so allegent and beautiful

Kindly please do also put a Drayer machine for Towels and clothes. Atleast two more bigger pots for people like me who travels with family. Use something for ants, toomuch ants.

The place is good but the owner needs to consider some tlc on this unit.

The place was not that clean TV remote wasn't working the pillows, and bedding was not very comfortable lots of ants in the kitchen and the cupboards was smelling tried to use the toaster but was very rusty inside.
