Fantastic location
The apartment wasn’t clean looked under sofa juice bottles food crumbs mats hairs was disgusting- stairs also very dangerous and no proper lights when dark

It was spotless. Every utensil under the sun. Exceptional welcome booklet that had everything you will need for your stay. Made everything so easy. I felt if there were any problems we could contact you and get a very quick response. Excellent communication. Helpful with an early check-in.
The curtains were to far away from the window so come 4am it was daylight. Could do with a blind. Or thicker curtains.
Saturday night the flat opposite decided to have a party from 12- 2 which kept us all awake. Appreciate there is nothing you can do about this and its probably not every weekend, this hasn't put us off booking again! Just one of those things.

Beautiful little apartment. Perfect for the week I stayed to visit family. Loved the Bee 🐝 decor.
Super comfy bed!
Great place
Could have used a quick guide for expectations.
How the shower works, where the outside bins are,
If we are to strip the beds after the stay ect.

Lovely apartment. Had a good vibe. Very clean. Great location. Very comfy beds and big towels which is always a plus.
Have recommended it to people already and would stay again ourselves
Could do with a light on the middle stairs. Had to get phones out at night to see

The spacious, well-furnished, comfortable and clean rooms.
The large wardrobe space (daughter was graduating so superb to hang our posh clothes).
The large sofa with movable foot rests as at home I use a recliner chair.
Ample kitchen equipment as we self-cater due to food in-tolerances but could always do with more variety of microwavable containers.
The only things we complained about to each other was the poor quality of the kitchen and toilet paper. Less would have been used if better quality! False economy?
My fault for not map-reading correctly but I didn't realise how close to the railway line we would be! But this didn't keep us up all night! Also, the tenement access stairs not easy for folks with mobility issues or high heels! Again, my fault!
We left a note to say that 2 bulbs weren't working in the main living room overhead light but another floor lamp was available. Also the horrendous weather meant that puddles of water had formed on window sills so the owners were made aware of these problems but they did not detract from our enjoyment of staying there.
Didn't get to the Beach because of Weather and lack of time, but have been before as daughter was a Dundee University student for nearly 10 years! Sunniest Uni In Scotland (usually)!

Property was spotless, plenty of towels, all the kitchen appliances I needed and tea, coffee provisions provided. With two bedrooms it was perfect for my needs. I recently sold my property in the Ferry and am currently looking and waiting for a new property to come up I like, therefore, I know the area well. This apartment is very central so excellent for bars, cafes, restaurants and the waterfront. I am in the area for around two weeks every couple of months so will probably look to stay here again at some point in the future, while I look for a new property
Nothing... all was good for my needs
