Although originally stated dog friendly on arrival we were told no dogs allowed and that it was supposed to have already been removed from booking.com. Therefore we did not stay at property very unhelpful

It was near the shops and pubs ideal location 😃

A little noisy at night but it is living with students; reminded me of my own student days, which is partly why I booked it. Had a river view, which was excellent, and a double room so had a little more space and it was also very central for my stay in Greenock. No meals available but a fully fitted communal kitchen if you don't want to eat out. All good and would book again - but maybe in the summer holidays?! For the nicer weather, obviously 😉
A little noisy at 3am from one room, but not a party, so ok.

Shower tray defective and leaking water therefore unable to use it as water poured out on to the floor.

We were travelling on the Waverley Paddle Steamer for the day so this place was perfectly positioned for that as it sits on the waters edge just near the docking area.
Not a lot really, it was what it said on the can.

Bed very comfortable and plenty storage in room.
They are in need of a deep clean, particularly the kitchen, which would settle for just being cleaned.
The worktops had been wiped down but that was it, the oven, cupboards, and cooking items all need a scrub.
The bedroom had fresh linen and the ensuite had been cleaned, but it generally feels like some tlc is needed to make the room feel fresh, and the same with the stairs and corridors.
At the price I wasn't expecting huge standards, and the room itself was comfortable, but the rest needs attention

Didn't even go in. Looked like a block of flats. No help on where it is or where to park.

Check in easy, room as expected, great location, clean, comfortable, excellent value for one night.
For the money nothing. It's typical student accommodation, bit dated, needs redecorating.
