Situated just 2.5 blocks to the beach, just east of Avalon’s north end recreation and a 5-10 minute stroll to town centers shops, dining, and nightlife This location has something for everyone! The spacious 3 story conventional floor plan features 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and an open first floor with a beautiful kitchen with 2 dishwashers and family room. Outdoor living is abundant throughout the property including on the screened front porch or covered porch overlooking the sunny rear yard with newly built pool and hot tub. The elevator will take you quickly to additional bedrooms on the second level and the third-floor main suite with marble bath and French doors to private deck and steps from the main bath. Additional highlights include elevator, sink & mini refrigerator, and additional washer/dryer on the third level, natural gas barbecue grill with 10’ x 12’ out building with sink (water), 3 zone HVAC, main bathroom with hand-held rain shower and body sprays. Outdoors there is a shed that houses bikes, beach chairs etc. and there is an enclosed outdoor shower.

1st floor - enter through the covered porch, front living room with TV, kitchen, laundry room and back family room with wet bar, (wine and beverage refrigerator and ice maker) this leads to the covered deck pool and hot tub
2nd floor - 1 King bedroom with private bathroom and private covered deck, 2nd and 3rd queen bedrooms share a jack and Jill bathroom - one that leads to an awning covered front deck, 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds with trundle beds and private bathroom. Also accessible to the front deck.
3rd floor - Main bedroom with king bed, private deck and Ensuite bathroom. Additional stackable washer and dryer here. The 3rd floor outside shower is not available for use. There is an outside shower on the ground floor.
The 6th bedroom is a custom bunk bed with a couch, TV and leads out to a deck.
