Location, location, location — you’re a three-minute walk to three separate beach access points when you stay at this spacious home in Panama City Beach! Inside, you’ll find plenty of room to spread out over the 3,000 square feet of living space. Grab a cup of coffee and hang out together on the screened lanai in the morning before heading out to explore. A furnished rooftop deck offers another outdoor space to breathe the coastal air.

At breakfast time, there are two full kitchens — and three refrigerators — so you can easily whip up a meal to feed a crowd. Both kitchens feature a full suite of appliances and one of which has been recently upgraded. Two dining tables for four provide plenty of seating space for the whole group to eat together. After you eat, it’s time to head to the beach. You’re less than 0.1 mile away, and you’ve got three public access points to choose from. And best of all, you’re close enough to run home during the day for lunch, snacks, or a nap. You’re also walking distance to lots of shops, bars, and restaurants.

As the evening comes to a close, gather together in one of two seating areas – one featuring a sectional, and one with matching double futon couches – to watch a little TV. Kids and adults alike will appreciate the game room, complete with Ping-Pong and skee ball. You'll also love the brand-new dressing room with two vanities, and at bedtime, you'll have four comfortable rooms to choose from. A Pack 'n Play is provided for those traveling with little ones.

This house easily accommodated our 11 guests and was a short walk to the beach. I booked it thinking it had a fenced yard for our dog, but it doesn’t…just an FYI. The house wasn’t spectacular and we had some issues with the air and fridge, but it was a decent stay and we had a good time.

We left a day early because I am going to school and needed internet to do my schoolwork for the week. Since I didn't have internet, I was not able to do that while I was on vacation. I spoke to someone with Vacasa and they apologized but that did not help the issue. There was not a router to plug up to so there was no TV or internet for the whole time we were there.

Great house. Horrible company. Unresponsive. Said they would fix our urgent issue with the garage and just never came. If you try and call they will redirect you for hours

House was not ready by 4. House was dirty beer bottles, bloody bandage, painting wear not in the wall, we couldn't use garage because they had furniture in it. And they send people the next day, they went in with out asking permission or notified me. And didn't do nothing but go into all rooms. If one family member wouldn't of stay behind I don't know what would of happen.

I'll preface this by saying that I've stayed in PCB before as well as other rentals in other cities, so I have a baseline to compare this rental to. There are cockroaches and palmetto bugs, I get it, it's Florida, roaches are common BUT there were literal roaches crawling across the floor, wall, and they even took up residence in the clock face on the oven. The house used to be quite small but the front half was added on at some point and the air conditioning system does not sufficiently cool the front half while simultaneously freezing the back half of the house. The doors are weird in this house... some rooms don't even have them and then others have them in weird places. One bedroom door cut off access to 2 bathrooms. A bathroom has a tub that you step DOWN into? For what? People with small children should beware of that bathroom, in my opinion. There weren't basic cleaning supplies so that we could do the bare minimum of cleaning up after ourselves. There was a broom but the handle was broken so we were hunched over while sweeping an entire beach worth of sand up every time we came back from the ocean because there's not an outdoor shower to rinse feet off before coming inside. The hose tap doesn't work either. So, be prepared to have sandy feet the whole time you're there. There wasn't any glass cleaner to clean the glass top on the dining table which was kind of gross when we got there, food crumbs had gotten underneath it from previous renters. The yard wasn't fenced in, don't know if that was clear in the photos. While that's not a huge problem it would have been good to know before we chose this place to rent because we have small kids and hanging out outside is fun for us. Chasing kids down when they start to leave the yard is NOT fun for us. The bunk bed room was sketchy. No door. The ladder on one bed was not fully attached, the beds were a bit wobbly, and the mattresses rather thin. Most of the other beds were rather comfy and I slept well on mine! There was a complaint of a noisy bed in the back room with two queens, though. There are two futon couches, two twin beds, two trundle beds in the back half of the house that are great! The downside was that there weren't any spare sheets, blankets, or pillows for the futons or trundles. There were plenty of towels for everyone but it took a day or two to find them stored under one of the 5 bathroom sinks. The kitchen had dish soap and paper towels, complimentary. I don't know if there are rules against it but having a few spices are very helpful so that people aren't buying whole things of salt and pepper + others, but there weren't any here, it was very bare bones. Plenty of pots and pans! The can opener DOES NOT work, we had to step out to get one so that we could cook the food that we bought. If you're wanting to grill out like we were, be sure to check the grill out before you buy the meat. It's very rusty, wobbly, and overall, decrepit. We ended up not using it because it looked sketchy so we tossed meat that was otherwise good. Speaking of food, The Salty Goat on the corner is GREAT. The service was good, it's reasonably priced, and the food is delicious. The tots and fries are yummy. We went to Sharky's and loved it as well. The SeaScreamer was worth every penny, my kids had a blast! If you are an active family or group, check out Cypress Springs Adventures or Coldwater Excursions, so you can go swimming in the springs! AMAZING. The water is cold but it's worth the kayak rental fee ($40) and trip. We went to Ponce De Leon ($8 a car) and it was also very cool! We went to Morrison Springs as well (free entry) and it was more crowded but bigger than the other two. Water wasn't quite as clear there either. I will say that the house was pretty soundproof, you had to be very loud to hear things across the house which is great for sensitive sleepers. If you like to wa...
