We were in for a concert at Geodis Park and could easily walk there and back. Lots of steps but it was great exercise! Loved the rooftop terrace!

We were pleased with the townhome. The home was clean and as advertised. It was nicely decorated and plenty of space for everyone. The owner was responsive to questions and was prompt to reply when we had a question after we arrived.

The new units being built make privacy an issue.

The property was as described! Our family and friends all really enjoyed the townhouse and the location made it convenient for us to Uber to Broadway. Very clean and spacious. The rooftop lounge area was great for hanging out/grilling. We don’t have to look any further for another property as this has won it for future Nashville trips!!! Overall, awesome experience, stay, and communication! 5 stars!

We absolutely loved our stay at this location! The convenience of each bedroom having its own bathroom was fantastic, and the ample space allowed everyone to relax and unwind comfortably. Jonny was incredibly responsive and communication was top-notch. We'd jump at the chance to stay here again!

What a beautiful home! So very quiet inside, even though there is construction outside where they are building more condos! Everything was well appointed, beds were fabulous. We were only 2.5 miles from Broadway and all the fun venues with music! Our first time to Nashville and we would MOST definitely stay here again! I couldn't figure out the TV and reached out to the owner who immediately replied and helped me get the TV up and running! easy peasy! Thank you again for the wonderful home away from home!

Host was great with communication, check out is super simple. Easier than a hotel. Caution, if you have anyone older or who just doesn’t like stairs there are three flights & we found ourselves running up and down a lot. So convenient to GEODIS park; we saved SO much time and hassle not having to drive to our event. The finishes are on the low end & the whole place needs a detailed paint job. Please replace all the shower heads; they’re terrible particularly if you need to wash your hair. Also, LOTS of construction nearby so noisy during the week. Garage is a little tight & for a place that sleeps 10, only two parking spots can be a challenge but we made it work. Minimal street parking, our extra cars were a block away. Not a deal breaker for us but could be a pain if you had older guests or younger kids. Overall, the location made it worth it & a couple minor updates would make this place 5 stars!

Overall, we had a great stay in Nashville at the Hurwood Heights property. The owners were very friendly and really accommodating for our group, making the check in/ check out process seamless, as we came from out of town in off hours.
The unit was one of three townhouses and was tidy and aesthetic with great decor. It is located in an industrial area of town without too much that is within walking distance, but close enough to Uber downtown in ~10 minutes.
The unit appeared very clean, but we noticed that the floors were quite dirty–all of our feet and socks were covered in a layer of black dirt within hours of arriving (we did not walk through the unit with shoes on). The lip of the top of the stairs had been removed when we had arrived and there were some exposed nails posing a safety risk; we had to cover it during our stay to ensure no one tripped or stepped on the nails, especially in the dark.
Despite this, the rooms were spacious and perfect for our group of 8, with three king beds, a cot, and a pull out couch. There were plenty of linens and towels available. Overall, we had a great first trip to Nashville and would consider this property for a group again if we visit in the future.

Excellent Rental!!
This rental was exactly what we were looking for! The bedrooms were large, all 3 with king size beds, plus there was a foldout bed if needed. The decor was pleasing and the kitchen was awesome, particularly the gas stove and large ice maker built in to the refrigerator. High ceilings and oversized doors added to the spacious feeling. The garage easily fit a 2021 Ford Bronco and 2022 Chevrolet Malibu. The location was about 3 miles from Broadway and Ubers were cheap, well worth not fighting for parking or worrying about driving after adult beverages! Communication with the rental company was very fast and efficient, utilizing texts. The unit was very clean and very modern.
Now for the cons, which in no way affected our experience but worth mentioning. Parking could be tricky for inexperienced drivers or oversized vehicles as you essentially HAVE to use the garage since the driveway is narrow and there are 4 units using the same driveway. I believe we may have been the first to stay in the unit as there were some unfinished items for construction with blue tape in some spots and an outlet not being finished in the half bathroom. The hardware on the kitchen cabinets were a little loose and would shake as you pull out certain drawers, but it did not affect the functionality. The shower heads could’ve been nicer, still the water pressure was more than adequate.
As for recommendations, there is a rooftop area that could be really awesome! Some patio furniture, a gas fire pit, lights etc up there would really add a nice feature. Also, the door leading to the rooftop could use some blinds as the sunlight beating through the large window creates quite a bit of heat that the A/C has to fight.
My group was very happy with this property and would absolutely rent it again. Highly recommend!
